<![CDATA[Abstract: Effect of Production Capability, Land Area and Production Costs on ProductionAmounts and Banana Farmer Income. This research was conducted in Selemadeg BaratDistrict, Tabanan Regency with respondents from banana farmers covering the area of eachvillage in Selemadeg Barat District, Tabanan Regency. The sampling technique used is SimpleRandom Sampling. Sample in this study amounted to 92 respondents. This study uses path pathanalysis techniques to analyze the direct influence between variables one with other variablesand the sobel test analyzes indirect effects through intervening variables. Based on the resultsof the study concluded that the production capacity, land area, and production costs have apositive and significant effect on the amount of banana production in the Selemadeg BaratDistrict. Production capability has a positive and insignificant effect on the income of bananafarmers in Selemadeg Barat District. Production costs have a negative and insignificant effecton the income of banana farmers in Selemadeg Barat District. Production capability, land area,and production costs have an indirect influence on the income of banana farmers through theamount of production in the District of West Selemadeg.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract: Analysis of Potential Sectors in Klungkung Regency. Klungkung Regency as one of the regions in Bali Province has a considerable opportunity in developing the potential of the region it has in order to support the economic development of Klungkung Regency. This study aims to analyze the potential sectors in Klungkung Regency in terms of Gross Regional Domestic Product. The data used secondary data. This study used GRDP data from the period 20122016. The analysis technique used are Location Quotients (LQ) analysis, Growth Ratio Model (MRP) and Overlay. The results show that the potential sectors in Klungkung Regency during the 2012-2016 period are 4 sectors, namely (1) manufacturing industry sector ; (2) information and communication; (3) health services and social activities; and (4) other services. The results of the analysis which show that for these four sectors have a positive growth rate and make a large contribution in the GRDP of Klungkung Regency. The government should make several policies to improve the performance of these sectors by providing stimuli in the form of capital. With the existence of capital, in this case such as credit loans and subsidies so that later sectors that have not this potential can develop into a potential sector.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract: Effect of Asset Ownership, Availability of Infrastructure, and Education on Incomeand Well-being of Poor Households. The purpose of this research is to know 1) the influenceof asset ownership, infrastructure availability, and education on poor household income;2) Influence of asset ownership, infrastructure availability, education, and income to poorhouseholds ' welfare; 3) indirect influence of asset ownership, availability of infrastructure, andeducation to prosperity through poor household income. The study uses primary and secondarydata with Path analysis methods. The study took 81 samples in the East Bali development area,a sample withdrawal per district in the East Bali development area is each of 27 samples. Theresults concluded that asset ownership was positively influential but insignificant to revenues.The availability of infrastructure has no effect on revenue, while education is positive andsignificant towards revenue. This reflects that the development of human capital througheducation is a crucial determinant to lower the number of poor households. Variable assetownership does not affect welfare, the availability of infrastructure positively affects the welfare,education and income positively and significantly to the welfare.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract: Effect of Quality of Human Resources, Organizational Commitment, Use ofInformation Technology on the Effectiveness of Accrual-Based SAP Implementation. Basedon knowing the influence of the quality of human resources, organizational commitment, andthe application of information technology on the effectiveness of applying accrual-basedgovernment accounting standards to SKPD Karangasem Regency. As many as 134 civilservants in the financial section are the population as well as samples from this study becausethe sampling technique used is saturated samples. multiple linear regression is the analysistechniques that used in this study,and the results show that the quality of HR, organizationalcommitment and the application of information technology have a positive influence on theeffectiveness of accrual-based SAP implementation in the SKPD of Karangasem Regency.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract: Effect of Levels of Education, Creativity, Work Experience on Productivity andIncome of Woven Craft Industry Workers. The manufacturing industry sector has an importantrole in increasing national development, within two years the woven craft industry in the cityof Denpasar has decreased theh number ofh workers resulting from productivity that is notoptimal in meeting the targets set by the company. The purpose of this study is to analyzethe effect ofh direct and indirect levels of education, creativity, work experience on laborproductivity andhhincome. This research uses path analysis methods. The results of the studystate thathhthe level of education, work experience hasha negative effect andhis not significanton labor productivity, while creativity has a positive and significant effect on labor productivitywith a valuehof 0.338, and direct influence on education level, labor productivity has a negativeeffect and is not significant towards labor income , while creativity has a positive and significanteffect on labor income with a value of 0.118, and work experience has a positive and significanteffect on labor income with a value of 0.819. The results of testing the indirect effect state thatthe level of education, creativity, work experience does not have an indirect effect on incomeand work through labor productivity.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract: The Effect of Organizational and Individual Career Planning on Job Satisfactionand Employee Performance. The aims of this research is to determine the influence oforganizational and individual career planning to job satisfaction and employee performancePDAM Denpasar. The sample in this study was 135 people from PDAM Employees Denpasarthat taken by proportional stratified random sampling method. The data analysis techniqueused is structural equation modeling (SEM) which computerized by using the program AMOSversion 6. The results showed that organizational and individual career planning has positiveand significant impact on employee job satisfaction PDAM Denpasar. Organizational careerplanning and individual influence on employee performance PDAM Denpasar and jobsatisfaction affects employee performance PDAM Denpasar. <![CDATA[Abstract: Effect of Labor, Technology and Farming Experience on Productivity of Farmerswith Training as Moderating Variables. This study aims to analyze the effect of simultaneousand partial labor, technology, farming experience, training and interaction of labor andtraining on the productivity of asparagus farmers in the District of Badung. The data used areprimary data, the population is all asparagus farmers. The number of samples was 93 farmers,the sample was determined by the proportionate stratified random sampling method. The dataanalysis technique is multiple linear regression with moderating variables. Based on the resultsof the analysis found simultaneously the variables of labor, technology, farming experience,training and interaction of labor and training affect the productivity of farmers. Partially thevariables of labor, technology and farming experience have a positive and significant effect onfarmer productivity, while partially training does not have a positive and significant effect onfarmer productivity. Training is a moderating variable for the effect of labor on the productivityof asparagus farmers in Petang District, Badung Regency.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract: Analysis of the Influential Factors on the Production and Income of Roof TileEntrepreneurs. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of labor and capital onincome through production. The analysis technique used in this study is path analysis. The resultsshowed that labor and capital directly had a positive and significant effect on production, andalso labor, capital and production directly had a positive and significant effect on the incomeof tile industry entrepreneurs. The sobel test results show that labor and capital indirectlyaffect income through production. It is hoped that entrepreneurs can improve the quality ofthe workforce with the latest production methods by using the latest technology and can addworkforce in the field of marketing and financial management, and also increase capital foroptimal raw material purchases and to increase competitiveness. Entrepreneurs can increaseproduction by marketing it through digital media such as social media and e-commerce thatcan increase revenue optimally.]]>

<![CDATA[Firm value is investor’s view on the company which is related with stock price that may foster a positive signal to open the investment opportunities. This research aims to determine the effect of dividend policy, investment decision, firm size and managerial ownership on firm value of consumer good industry sector at Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017. The sample is selected using purposive sampling method on 11 companies. Furthermore, the data is processed using multiple linear regression analysis. The Results of research showed that dividend policy and investment decision have significant positive effect on firm value. But firm size and managerial ownership have significant negative effect on firm value.]]>
