Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) the effect of the number of workers on the GRDP of Bali Province; (2) the effect of wage level on GRDP in Bali Province; and (3) the influence of Domestic Investment (PMDN) on GRDP in Bali Province. The research method used in this study is descriptive quantitative. The data used is data that has been processed from the results of the National Labor Force Survey (SAKERNAS), as well as data from the Bali Province GRDP in the sector. These data are annual data released every year and obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics of Bali Province. Meanwhile, for investment data obtained from BKPMD (Regional Investment Coordinating Board) Province of Bali. The data analysis method used in this study was multiple regression and classic assumption test consisting of normality test, multicolonearity test, autocorrelation test and heterocedasticity test. Based on the results of the study showed that (1) the number of workers, wage rates and domestic investment simultaneously had a positive effect on GRDP in Bali Province; (2) Labor, wage rates and domestic investment partially have a positive and significant effect on GRDP in the Province of Bali.

Abstract

PUAP is a program which established by the ministry of agriculture, to tackle some challenges such as capital, marketing, and the under-qualified human resources that caused the low productivity of our farmers. The main reason of this research is to analyze how well the program (PUAP) works for the pigs’ farms at Macang Village in Karangasem regency, and to learn what factors that affecting the effectiveness of the program. This study took place at Macang Village, including some groups of farmers (Gapoktan) called Tunjung Mekar. There are 98 of researches that had been done, which is only half of the total farmers in the group of Tunjung Mekar. The research uses 2 methods in its study, first is descriptive analysis, to analyze the effectiveness of the program. And, second is confirmatory factor analysis, to confirm/ ensure the latent variables and its indicator. The result shows the effectiveness of this program is about 81,75 percent and categorized as effective. The most influential variable in the program are process, followed by output and last but not least the input.

Abstract

The role of the industrial sector aimed at strengthening the the economic sector nasional and mutual support between sectors, boost the national economy, provide employment in order to reduce proverty and community development is also expected to boost per capita growth. Technology is a whole means toprovide goods for the survival and comfort of human life. With the help of capital intensive technology in the form of machines, then the process product company will more easily and quickly. Technology as a tool can be utilized in the production process, so that efforts to increase sales can be optimally performed and revenue increased. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the raw materials, capital, labor, and technology influence simultaneously and partially on operating revenues of bamboo crafts in Bangli regency. The research design for this study is the use of regression with moderating variable. Location or scope of this area of research conducted in Bangli regency. Object of this research is the object of bamboo handicraft industry in Bangli regency. Source of data used is primary data. The results showed that raw materials and significant positive effect on the income of bamboo handicraft business in Bangli regency. Modal positive and significant impact on the income of bamboo handicraft business in Bangli regency. Labor and significant positive effect on the income of bamboo handicraft business in Bangli regency. Technology able to moderate the influence of raw materials, capital and labor to the revenue bamboo handicraft in Bangli regency.

Abstract

Manggarai Regency is an area with their economy potential diverse , but their economic structure starting diverted. This study aim’s to analyze economic structure shifting, leading sectors, and the contribution of the economy on the future. This research used secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics of Nusa Tenggara Timur Province and Manggarai Regency started from 2010 until 2015 by using Typologies Klassen analysis, Location Quotioent (LQ), Ratio Growth Model (MRP), Overlay, Shift Share, and Projection with Shift Share approach. Result of research in general shown us that leadings sectors in kabupaten manggarai were mining and quarrying sector; government administrative, defense, and social security compulsory sector; and information and communication sector. Manggarai Regency economic structure has shifted because a change the contribution of the economy to the sector primary to the tertiary sector based on shift share analysis.GDRP of Manggarai Regency on 2016 are Rp. 2.796.281.870.000,00.

Abstract

Karangasem regency needs special attention of the government to solve the economic problems that it faced . Karangasem regency in this research ranked second lowest in terms of economic growth and to obtain a high number for the percentage of poor people in the province of Bali after Jembrana . Besides that, Karangasem is also fairly low which is reflected in the GDP per capita of Karangasem regency over the past five years occupies the lowest position in the province of Bali . This study aims to determine the classification of economic growth pattern and sector base of each district in Karangasem and to know how much connection / attraction between districts which are defined as the center of economic growth in Karangasem with other sub-districts in Karangasem regency . The analytical tool used is Klassen Typology , Location Quotient ( LQ ) , and analysis of Gravity Model . Based on the analysis results obtained from the three analysis tools are used , that Kecamatan Manggis and Kecamatan Karangasem  is appropriately set as the center of growth because it has the criteria developed and rapidly growing area ( Type I ) , has a relationship with the surrounding sub-districts , and has a sector potentially export base.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze economic growth and income disparities among districts in Gianyar regrency. This research used secondary data have been applied Klassen Typology, Williamson Index and Regresion methods. Klassen typology analysis result that Gianyar regency in divided in to four classifications of growth: rapid growth region, retarted region, growing region, relatively backward region. According to williamson index disparity income in Gianyar regency generally increased from the period 1993 until 2009. Although still relatively low increases limp average value of 0,300 (stil below 0,5). Kuznets hypothesis showing the relationship between economic growth and inequality inverse U-Shaped effect in Gianyar This researchis recommended to the local goverments implemanted and take more attention to the low growth and low income districts without neglecting areas that have been developed and equality of results  outcomes of development

Abstract

Economic development is the economic growth that is accompanied by changes in other aspects of the economy such as the development of education, the development of labor skills, technological improvements, and an increase in the level of prosperity of society. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of variable tourist arrivals, economic stability and foreign investment simultaneously and partially on employment in the province of Bali. In addition, research is also carried out to determine which variables are the dominant influence on employment in the province of Bali. This study used is secondary data collection methods of data in the form of a literature study. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that tourist arrivals, economic stability and foreign investment simultaneous and partial have significant effect on the employment period 1994-2014. Variable tourist arrivals are variables the dominant influence on the employment period 1994-2014.

Abstract

Indonesia is an agricultural country in which to grow a variety of plants that can survive in the climate of Indonesia, one of cashews. Cashew Nuts in Indonesia is still exported as logs not in the form of processed so that the export price is still cheap compared to the price of processed cashew. This study aims to determine whether there was an effect simultaneously or partially between production, land area, the United States dollar exchange rate and climate on cashew nut exports as well as to determine the competitiveness of Indonesian exports of cashew nuts against other countries in the US market. The method used in this research is the analysis of the RCA, multiple linear analysis, the classical assumption test and tests of significance. The results of data analysis showed simultaneous production, the US dollar exchange rate and climate have a significant effect on exports cashews 1996-2013. In partial production and land area has a significant positive effect on exports of cashew nuts 1996-2013. Climatic variables and the US dollar exchange rate has no significant effect on exports of cashew nuts 1996-2013. Production variables in this study most dominant influence dibandingnkan other variables. The results of the analysis of RCA to export cashew nuts to the United States menunjukam that the German state has a level of competitiveness when compared with Indonesia, Brazil, India and France.

Abstract

The research was meant for knowing how to rate the effectiveness of women's savings and credit activities of poor households in the district denpasar eastern city of Denpasar. Effectiveness is measured activities of a variable input, process and output. The method of analysis used in this study is a quantitative method / math simple, descriptive analysis and factor analysis. The data used are primary data of poor households (RTM) which is supported by as many as 440 and as many samples taken 88 people. Based on the research activities of the Women's Savings and Loans (SPP) in the District of East Denpasar, Denpasar said to be very effective in the amount of 84.20 percent, and of the three studied variables that contributed most to the effectiveness of the activities of the Women's Savings and Loans (SPP) in the District East Denpasar, Denpasar is the effectiveness of the input.
