Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Agar mencegah terjadinya kerugian dari proyekkonstruksi, diperlukan suatu Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja(SMK3) yang mengatur dalam pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi. Metode penelitiandilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan pembagian kuisioner. Respondenpenerapan Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (SMK3) adalah 30responden. Hasil analisa ketersedian fasilitas pendukung K3 adalah kelengkapan helmsebesar 80% tersedia, layak, namun kurang lengkap dan 20% tersedia,layak danlengkap, Kelengkapan sepatu safety 66,70% tersedia, layak, namun kurang lengkap dan33,30% tersedia, layak dan lengkap, Kelengkapan sarung tangan sebesar 100% yaitutersedia, layak, dan lengkap di lokasi proyek , Kelengkapan Rompi sebesar 80% yaitutersedia, layak, namun kurang lengkap dan 20% tersedia, layak dan lengkap,Kelengkapan Masker sebesar 100% yaitu tersedia, layak dan lengkap, KelengkapanKacamata Safety sebesar 93,33% tersedia, layak dan kurang lengkap dan 6,67% tersedia,layak dan lengkap, Sarung Tangan las sebesar 66,66% tersedia, layak, namun kuranglengkap dan sebesar 6,68% tersedia, layak, dan lengkap, Untuk kelengkapan, bodyharness, Ear Plug, Face Shield dan Sepatu Boat memiliki hasil presentase yang samayaitu 66,70% tersedia, layak, namun kurang lengkap, dan sebesar 33,30% tersedia, layakdan lengkap.

Abstract

Kondisi sektor pertanian di Kabupaten Paser saat ini terus berkembang.Mengingat kontribusi masing-masing lapangan usaha terhadap nilai nominal PDRB, pertumbuhan ekonomi dipengaruhi oleh sektor dominan yaitu pertanian dengan nilai 11,52 persen terhadap nilai total PDRB. Oleh karena itu, setidaknya hal yang perlu dilakukan untuk melakukan pengembangan sentra pertanian tersebut, yaitu memetakan lokasi dan infrastruktur jalan pada kawasan sentra produksi pertanian. Luas lahan pertanian Kabupaten Paser adalah 1090,380 hektar, yang terdiri dari 13,729 hektar lahan sawah dan 1076,651 hektar lahan bukan sawah. Sedangkan, luas lahan bukan pertanian kabupaten paser adalah sebesar 69,934 hektar. Pada sub sektor perkebunan didominasi perkebunan kelapa sawit sebanyak 20,534 hektar di Kecamatan Tanjung Harapan. Sementara itu, untuk komoditas karet kakao sebanyak 8,382 hektar. Konektivitas kebutuhan infrastruktur jalan dengan sentra produksi bersifat tidak menyeluruh, mengingat kondisi jalan diKabupaten Paser sebagian besar rusak. The condition of the sector in Paser Regency is currently growing. Given the contribution of each field to the nominal value of GRDP, economic growth is influenced by the dominant sector, which is 11.52 percen of the total value of GRDP. Therefore, at least the things that need to be done to develop these agricultural centers, namely the construction of locations and road infrastructure in the areas of agricultural production centers. The agricultural land area of Paser Regency is 1090,380 hectares, which consists of 13,729 hectares of paddy fields and 1076,651 hectares of non-rice  fields.  Meanwhile,  the  area  of non-agricultural  land  in  Paser  Regency  is  69,934 hectares. The plantation sub-sector is dominated by oil palm plantations covering an area of 20,534 hectares in Tanjung Harapan District. Meanwhile, for cocoa rubber commodity as much as 8,382 hectares. The connectivity of road infrastructure needs with production centers is comprehensive, considering that most of the roads in Paser Regency are damaged.

Abstract

Clay soil is a soil composed of various materials, including kaolinite, montmorillinite and illite group. The mineral montmorillinite has a sensitivity to the influence of water, it is very easy to expand and shrink. The level of swelling and shrinkage of clay soil is determined by the high and low content of montmorillinite in the clay grains. To improve soil properties, stabilization of the soil is carried out by including testing the physical and mechanical properties of the soil. in this study using the addition of a percentage of 5%, 10%, and 15% cement, stabilization with cement affects the decrease in the properties of the plasticity index, the compressive strength test increases and the CBR (california bearing ratio) increases. Soil improvement occurred at 15% stabilization cement percentage.Tanah lempung merupakan tanah yang tersusun dari berbagai material antara lain kaolinite,montmorillinite dan illite group. Mineral montmorilinite mempunyai kepekaan terhadap pengaruh air, sangat mudah untuk mengembang dan menyusut. Tinggi rendahnya tingkat kembang (swelling) dan susut (shrinkage) tanah lempung ditentukan oleh tinggi rendahnya kandungan montmorilinite pada butiran lempung. Untuk memperbaiki sifat tanah dilakukan stabilisasi terhadap tanah dengan mencakup pengujian sifat fisis tanah dan mekanis. pada penelitian ini menggunakan penambahan presentase 5%,10%, dan 15% semen, stabilisasi dengan semen berpengaruh terhadap penurunan sifat indeks platisitas, uji kuat tekan meningkat dan CBR (california bearing ratio) meningkat. Perbaikan tanah terjadi pada presentase semen stabilisasi 15%.

Abstract

Inspection of DPRD D office building by building inspection procedures using non-destructive inspection (NDT) method. By using the finite element method, the element discretization approach is used to solve the problem of finding the displacement of vertices/relations/lattices and structural forces. Discrete element equations are related to the matrix method for structural analysis and the results obtained are identical to those of classical analysis for structures. The discretization can be done with one-dimensional, two-dimensional or three-dimensional elements. LISA, a popular finite element analysis application, was used to estimate temperature rise for three different heat exchanger models. From the results of the behavior occurring in normal and post-combustion columns, it can be seen that there is a significant change in stress due to axial loading of the column and that the displacement behavior also changes quite significantly.Pemeriksaan bangunan gedung kantor DPRD D dengan metode pemeriksaan gedung menggunakan metode non-destructive inspection (NDT). Dengan analisis menggunakan Metode Elemen Hingga pendekatan diskritisasi elemen untuk menyelesaikan masalah pencarian perpindahan simpul/hubungan/kisi dan gaya struktural. Persamaan elemen diskrit terkait dengan metode matriks untuk analisis struktur dan hasil yang diperoleh identik dengan analisis klasik untuk struktur. Diskritisasi dapat dilakukan dengan elemen satu dimensi, dua dimensi atau tiga dimensi. LISA, aplikasi analisis elemen hingga yang populer, digunakan untuk memperkirakan kenaikan suhu untuk tiga model penukar panas yang berbeda. Dari hasil perilaku yang terjadi pada kolom normal dan pasca pembakaran terlihat adanya perubahan tegangan yang signifikan akibat pembebanan aksial kolom dan juga perilaku perpindahan yang berubah cukup signifikan.

Abstract

Air transportation plays an important role. Along with the development of the economic and tourism sectors in an area, the development of airports is very much needed. This study aims to find out how the potential for developing H. Aroeppala airport is in an effort to support tourism in South Sulawesi Province. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative and direct observation at the survey site. The results of the validity test were obtained by comparing the Pearson Correlation (product moment correlation) value with the R-table R-table value of 0.268. The results of the reliability test were carried out by analyzing the test using the Cronbach alpha technique. The results obtained in this study for the airport service factor of 0 with 0.826 good reliability. this shows that the potential for airport development has a major influence in efforts to support tourism in Selayar Regency. and tourism in South Sulawesi Province. Transportasi udara memegang peranan penting. Seiring dengan berkembangnya sektor perekonomian dan pariwisata di suatu daerah, maka pengembangan bandar udara sangatlah dibutuhkan keberadaannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana potensi pengembangan bandar udara H. Aroeppala dalam upaya mendukung pariwisata di Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Deskriptif kualitatif dan Pengamatan langsung di lokasi survey. Hasil uji validitas diperoleh dengan membandingkan nilai Pearson Correlation (korelasi product moment) dengan nilai R-tabel R-tabel sebesar 0,268. Hasil uji reliabilitas dilakukan dengan menganalisis pengujian yang menggunakan teknik alpha cronbach. Hasil yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini untuk faktor pelayanan bandar udara sebesar 0 sebesar 0,826 reliabilitas baik. hal ini menunjukkan bahwa potensi pengembangan bandar udara memiliki pengaruh besar dalam upaya mendukung pariwisata di Kabupaten Selayar Kesimpulan menunjukkan bahwa  dari upaya pengembangan bandar udara maka diperlukan fasilitas sarana dan prasarana yang memadai dalam mendukung pariwisata di Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan, maka akan sangat menunjang dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi dan pariwisata di Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan
