This study examines the power consumption of the Arduino-based rocket payload position tracking system. The system device consists of Arduino Mega 2560, Sensor Compass, Barometer Sensor, GPS (Global Positioning System) Sensor, LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) character, Xbee-Pro 900HP, and two servo motors. Testing is done using a Digital Watt Meter tool that is able to read the voltage, current, and power used in the system. Test method by observing digital watt meter when the system runs tracking the rocket payload. Data retrieval interval is once every 10 minutes for 1 hour and calculates usage time, until the battery reaches the maximum usage limit. This research has been carried out successfully. When test performs on interval of 1 hour, the power usage by the system is 0.470 Ah until the battery voltage reaches 11.8 volts and the average power reaches 5.56 watts. Usage time of a Li-Po 1300 mAh battery is 3 hours 56 minutes until the battery voltage reaches 10.08 volts.

Taekwondo is one of the martial arts competitions competed in the Olympics. Taekwondo comes from Korea, Tae means "kicking or destroying with legs"; Kwon means "boxing"; and Do means "road" or "art". The taekwondo match is led by a referee and a judge who is responsible for giving scores to athletes who get points. During taekwondo match training, the assessment is still done in a manual way so that electronic score equipment is needed that is portable and easy to operate. Based on this, there is a desire to make electronic score equipment used for taekwondo match training by creating a scoring board using an Arduino-based joystick. The Arduino-based scoring board uses two PS3 sticks that are connected to Arduino wirelessly using Bluetooth and received by the joystick receiver. The display value of this match training will be displayed on the LED Matrix display in the form of numbers / scores. The time and the taekwondo match training round are displayed on the seven segment display and are set at the beginning of the practice match using a blue joystick. When the match time runs out, there will be a sound issued by the buzzer. From the research conducted, it is expected to be able to facilitate assessment when competing in taekwondo training.

Weather forecast information is very important for tourism in Indonesia, especially Bali as one of the main tourist destinations. That information must be easily accessible by the users, as one of them through a mobile phone. In this research developed an application to showing the city weather forecast information and area tourist weather forecast information in Bali through mobile devices based on android operating system. The data sourced from Indonesian Agency for Meteorological, Climatological and Geophysics (BMKG). Generally, the system is divided into two parts, such as the server and client (user). Admin created in the form of web server by using HTML, PHP and JavaScript that used for the management of weather forecast data and convert data from Indonesian Agency for Meteorological, Climatological and Geophysics (BMKG), while on the client side is an application based on adroid to access the weather forecast data. In the design of the application, the planning begins with the analysis of system requirements, the implementation of coding until testing applications. The result of this research is an application of the city weather forecast information and area tourist weather forecast information in Bali which can be displayed on the mobile devices based on android operating system. Based on the result of the application testing with black box method overall funcional application has been running well.

Salah satu Transformator di Gardu Induk Sanur mengalami uprating dari kapasitas 30 MVA menjadi 60 MVA. Bertambahnya kapasitas transformator tidak diikuti dengan uprating peralatan pengaman surja atau lightning arrester, sehingga perlu adanya kajian untuk mengetahui hal tersebut. Metode teori pantulan berulang dengan diagram tangga digunakan untuk mengetahui lightning arrester pada saat memotong kecuraman gelombang tegangan surja. Uprating Transformator diketahui berpengaruh terhadap lightning arrester. Lighning arrester pada transformator 30 MVA memiliki waktu percik 9,18 ?det, arus pelepasan 3,35 kA, dan tegangan kecuraman gelombang tertinggi tiba pada transformator 666,8 kV, sedangkan lighning arrester pada transformator 60 MVA memiliki waktu percik 8,14 ?det, arus pelepasan 3,98 kA, dan tegangan kecuraman gelombang tertinggi tiba pada transformator 816,8 kV atau sebesar 8,9 % diatas TID transformator tetapi tidak melewati standar yang diizinkan sebesar 20 % dari TID, Lightning arrester tidak diganti karena masih mampu mengisolasi transformator 60 MVA pada jarak tetap antara lightning arrester dengan transformator

The need for electricity in this global era is increasing, so that a more reliable electrical system is needed. A reliable system cannot be separated from interference, so there needs to be a system reliability analysis and power loss to the feeder by configuring the network. This research was conducted to find the reliability index value in the form of interference frequency and duration of interference (SAIFI and SAIDI). In one Tabanan feeder the results obtained exceed the standard so reconfiguration is performed Based on the analysis obtained before reconfiguration, the reliability index for SAIFI is 6,7456 (failure / year) and SAIDI is 11,4767 (hour / year) and power loss by 6,27 %. After reconfiguration of Tabanan feeder, the reliability index was better, for SAIFI is 5.2475 (disturbance / year) and SAIDI is 9,8798 (hour / year), the power loss was 2.82%. Sanggulan feeder is a new feeder reconfiguration result from Tabanan feeder, where the analysis was carried out to find out the reliability index of Sanggulan feeder, it was obtained the SAIFI value of 4.5753 (disturbance / year) and SAIDI of 9.5297 (hour / year) and power loss of 4,80%.

Load imbalance will always occur in low voltage network systems (JTR), this is due to the uneven use of one phase load on customers coming from household elektrical appliances. The uneven use of loads will cause power losses in the network and drop in voltage. Load equalization on the network is one way to reduce power losses and voltage drop. This research was conducted by analyzing power losses and unbalanced load voltage drop and balanced load on the KL0005 transformer secondary distribution network on the Klungkung Feeder. Based on the result of the analysis, the power losses in the unbalanced load state obtained a result of 3.029 kW and the voltage drop in phase R was 6,1%, phase S was 3,5% and phase T was 0%, while the result of the power loss analysis balanced load obtained 2,9 kW and voltage drop in phase R is 2,6%, phasa S is 1,3% and phase T is 3% with difference in balanced load efficiency and unbalance load of 0,1%.

Protection systems play an important role to maintain the reliability of distribution line. Over current relay (OCR) is one of the equipments used as a protection line of 20 kV distribution. Feeder of Bukit Jati is equipped over current protection relay equipment installed in Recloser of Banda and relay in the substation feeder. Based on the data of PT. PLN (Persero) APD Bali, there are 5 time-short circuit disorders which one of them tripped the Bukit Jati feeder. Problems over current relay coordination failures can be overcome by analyzing the coordination of protection systems in the feeder of Bukit Jati. The analysis was done by recalculating the over current relay setting and create the coordination curve of the existing setting and compared it with the coordination curve setting according to the calculation result. The results of the calculation of instant recloser recycling settings obtained by 1.246 A with time multiple setting (Tms) of 0.11 while the value of the instant current setting of the feeder of 2.992 A with Tms of 0.38. Based on the simulation result using ETAP program, it is known that over current relay coordination has worked according to the protection zone when the noise occurrence behind the recloser bus did not result in a trip feeder.

Electricity energy needs in Bali have increased annually by 135,2 GWh, as a result, the State-Owned Electrcity Company (PLN) is being required to add new power plants or the addition of transformer to serve load side fedeers. New transformer have been added to Padang Sambian substation and the reconfiguration of Padang Sambian feeders. The reconfiguration causes the feeder impedance value to change, thus affecting the protection system such as Over Current Relay (OCR) and Ground Fault Relay (GFR). Calculation of current setting and OCR and GFR relay work time can minimize the interference that occurs. The amount of short circuit current that occurs in Padang Sambian fedeers was calculated to determine the value of relay settings. The result of the analysis showed that the OCR current setting value for the incoming side of 0,91 A with Time Multiplier Setting (TMS) was 0,2 SI and OCR on the outgoing side of 2,063 A with TMS of 0,161 SI. The value of current setting for the incoming GFR was 0,01 A with TMS of 0,27 SI and the setting value of the GFR current on the outgoing side was 0,16 A with TMS of 0,106 SI. The result of Electrical Power System Analysis (ETAP) simulation obtained an OCR and GFR coordination curve that did not intersect the Time-Curve Current (TCC) characteristic. This shows that coordination runs well and meets sensitivity, reliability, selectivity and speed requirements.

Speech disorder is an individual who has difficulty in communicating. Speech disorder people is using non-verbal communication or sign language to be able communicate with other individuals. INSERT (Integrated Speech Disorder Helper Tools) is a prototype created to help communicate for speech disorder people so that it can make easier in communicating for speech disorder people. This tool using motion sensors in the work, that will translate sign language used by speech disorder people to voice. By using a Wireless Router device based on OpenWrt operating system will be applied database system that allows for updates of sign language that can be recognized by the tool.

Agriculture in Bali generally using Subak system as an irrigation system. This irrigation system is regulated by a traditional leader who is also a farmer in Bali. Water distribution is carried out according to the area of farmers land. The problems that can be happened on this irrigation system, such as the community that opens the floodgates to the rice fields, are not in accordance with the time provided by traditional leaders, and that can break the unity in the area. In addition, during the dry season the distribution of water is sometimes uneven because the availability of water in the dam does not meet the needs. So that Arduino-based Solar Powered Smart Irrigation is designed as one of the tools to facilitate the management of subak water distribution. The modeling made is to simulate 3 pieces of rice fields that are drained by water with the main source being the river and the source of the reserve in the form of a reservoir. This system is controlled based on the programmed time on the RTC module and the monitoring system uses the GSM SIM900 module. The data obtained is the value of water discharge in the rainy season of 2.090 L / s, the dry season of 11.18 L / s, and 0 L / s in the hard dry season.
