Abstract

This research is based on the importance of improving the performance of health center staff who can give positive impact in achieving agency goals through performance measurement, puskesmas are encouraged to give good value to the organization activity and improve service for the society. When self efficacy and job discipline are low, the employee can not provide maximum service and indirectly it will affect the performance of health personnel. In this study using primary data collected by survey method and technique of sampling in the form of purposive sampling on 103 employees using questionnaires with Likert scale at Puskesmas in Lempuing Jaya Subdistrict Ogan Komering ilir Regency. Data quality testing uses validity and reliability test. Normality test, variance homogeneity test, linearity test and regression significance as test of requirements analysis and data analysis technique using path analysis.Based on the result of the research using path analysis showed that self efficacy (X1) had a positive direct effect on service (X3) of 0,018, work discipline (X2) did not positively influence the service (X3) 0,010, self efficacy (X1) employee performance (Y) of 0.747, work discipline (X2) has no direct positive effect on employee performance (Y) of 0.013 and service (X3) has a direct positive effect on employee performance (Y) of 0.252.Keywords: self efficacy, discipline, employer performance service

Abstract

Human Resources is a Company asset that must constantly be improved. If the SDM on a good company, it will have a positive impact in creating a positive image (good image). A good company image in the eyes of the people will bring good luck to the business development of the company. As the human resources that are reliable, the employee is required to be able to work properly, discipline and certainly most proud of is able to achieve maximum performance. In addition to technology, supporting equipment use, environment, loyalty, and the ability of employees, motivation, ability to work and organizational climate also has a very important role.  The background of this research on the problem of discipline employees of YAYASAN PENDIDIKAN MEDIKA CENDIKIA Metro City that will have an impact on employee job performance both in quality and quantity.  This study focuses on the effect of work motivation, ability to work and organizational climate on employee performance at YAYASAN PENDIDIKAN MEDIKA CENDIKIA Metro City.In this study using the data collection methods with a survey that is research taking samples for examination and use questionnaires as the principal means of collecting data. Data analysis methods used are quantitative.The test results show that the hypothesis has been proved to be no direct influence on the working motivation variable work achievement, the variable Work Ability to Work Performance and Organizational Climate variables on Job Performance. Furthermore, with the same variable Work Motivation, Ability Work and Organizational Climate determine which variables work achievement of 73.20 percent (R Square = 0.732). Based on the value to indicate that work motivation is more significant than the variable ability thitung work and organizational climate variables (motivation thitung work = 9.193 is greater than the value thitung the ability to work = 3.092 and thitung the organizational climate = 1.705) Keywords: work motivation, work ability, organizational climate, job performance

Abstract

Industri perbankan Indonesia saat ini telah menjadi lebih luas dengan adanya dan semakin berkembangnya industri perbankan syariah. Bank-bank syariah dituntut untuk lebih inovatif terhadap suatu produk dan jasa yang menjadi pendukung utama keberhasilan perusahaan untuk mampu bersaing. BRI Syariah KCP Metro Lampung salah satu bank yang terus melakukan inovasi-inovasi produk dengan berusaha memenuhi kebutuhan nasabahnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini (1) Mengetahui kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman pada pemasaran produk KPR BRI Syariah KCP Metro Lampung, (2) Memperoleh strategi pemasaran yang tepat untuk produk KPR BRI Syariah bagi BRI Syariah KCP Metro Lampung dalam meningkatkan pendapatan bank. Perolehan alternatif strategi diperoleh dari matriks SWOT dan untuk memilih strategi yang terbaik dengan Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). Berdasarkan hasil analisis matriks IFE dan EFE, diketahui bahwa kekuatan utama yang dimiliki BRI Syariah KCP Metro Lampung adalah memiliki Top Brand Produk KPR FLPP (KPR Sejahtera Tapak), sedangkan kelemahan utamanya adalah jumlah kantor cabang dan ATM masih terbatas. Peluang utama bagi BRI Syariah KCP Metro Lampung adalah KPR FLPP merupakan produk yang memiliki keunggulan kompetitif, sedangkan ancaman yang dihadapi perputaran (turnover) SDM Bank Syariah relatif tinggi. Berdasarkan QSPM diperoleh alternatif strategi pemasaran yang tepat dalam penelitian ini adalah market penetration strategy (nilai TAS 5,8174). Kata Kunci: Manajemen Strategi, Analisis SWOT, QSPM

Abstract

This study investigates job satisfaction and its effects on organizational commitment, where procedural justice and distributive justice are used as mediation variables. The method used in this study is a case study on employees of educational institutions in Purwokerto. Questionnaires were given to 74 employees from the management level to the staff level as respondents. Data analysis technique used is the analysis of PLS (Partial Least Square) using SmartPLS 3.0. The results showed that Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on Procedural Justice and Distributive Justice, Procedural Justice has no significant effect on Commitment of Oganization, while Distributive Justice has a significant effect on Organizational Commitment. It also proves that distributive justice mediates the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment, but procedural justice can not mediate the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Keywords: distributive justice, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, procedural justice.

Abstract

The aim of this research were to determine the influence of product quality, service quality and trust to customer satisfaction and customer loyalty and customer satisfaction to customer loyalty.  The quantitative approach is implemented in this research. The method of research survey on 100 respondents is taken by purposive sampling (judgment sampling) and questionnaire as an instrument of research. Analysis testing requirements used normality test, homogeneity test, and linearity test with model testing is path analysis. Findings signify that product quality and service quality has no positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. While on the other hypothesis there is a very significant relationship. This indicates that the customer has not been satisfied with the products and services available and given to the customer. Therefore it is expected Reli Boutique can improve services to customers and maintain the quality of products to be sold to customers. Keywords :   Product quality, service quality, customer trust, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty.

Abstract

Industri layanan medis saat ini semakin kompetitif. Hal ini mendorong rumah sakit rumah sakit untuk lebih meningkatkan kinerjanya. Tak terkecuali Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah Metro. Salah satu usaha yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dengan meningkatkan kepuasan kerja. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini ada untuk mengetahui apakah pengaruh budaya organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah Metro.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah pengaruh budaya organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah Metro. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel karyawan sebanyak 93 dari populasi 170 karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode SEM (Structural Equestions Modeling). Dari hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan diketahui bahwa (1). budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerjadan kinerja karyawan, (2). gaya kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, tetapi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (3). Kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Keyword: Budaya Organisasi, Gaya Kepemimpinan, Kepuasan Kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

AbstractBased on the fact system in the business field of Randusari Banjarrejo UKM, East Lampung, it still uses a conventional or full costing system in which the cost of production is determined by collecting all of the expenditures that have been spent during the production process and dividing it to the amount of output produced. Therefore it raises the question of how much the cost of production is right and efficient for the products of Randusari Banjarejo UKM in East Lampung in accordance with the conditions in the field by using Activity Based Costing systems. For calculations with the activity based costing system itself has never been tried or examined so research needs to be conducted to analyze the determination of the cost of production based on the history of the use of raw materials and supporting materials in the Randusari Banjarrejo UKM in East Lampung.The method used in this study is the tabulation method with the help of software Microsoft Excel 2010. The data obtained in the form of both primary and secondary data is compiled and simplified and presented in tabulation form. The analytical method used is qualitative and quantitative methods. Analysis of cost of production using the activity based costing method. The results of the research on the cost of production of kapok mattresses by using an activity based costing system resulted in lower cost of production compared to the cost of production using a company system and the cost of producing foam mattresses with a system using an activity based costing system resulting in lower cost of production compared to principal prices production using a company system. Keywords: UKM, Production Cost, Activity Based Costing

Abstract

This research is meant to analyze the influence of efficiency, reward system and corporate culture toward work satisfaction and the impact to employees performance in Muamalat Bank of Lampung Branch. The sample for this research are 50 employees. The result of this research shows that: 1) efficiency have direct positif influence and significant toward work satisfaction, 2) reward have not significant influence toward work satisfaction, 3) corporate culture have direct positif influence and significant toward work satisfaction, 4) efficiency have direct positif influence and significant toward performance, 5) corporate culture have direct positif influence and significant toward performance, and 6) work satisfaction have not significant influence toward performance.   Keyword: Efficiency, reward, corporate culture, work satisfaction and performance
