Abstract

The existence of students at the same education level is likely similar in terms of their age; but actually, they are heterogeneous individuals. They have different mental, social, and emotional maturity, ability, interest, and their achievement. The difference demands different treatment and guidance. Accordingly, education orienting to the student development should be interpreted as the conscious efforts to prepare students referring to the individualized instruction principles, even though is accomplished classically. School institutions, in fact, commonly generalize and do not educate students based upon their characteristics to achieve their truly development. The question is why students look boring and reluctant to join a certain subject in very complicated and ambitious curriculum? It can be that they receive all immediately, while they are still unready to accept in a such development. What kind of process that can help their development? To do so, school institutions need the education process suitable with student development closely relating to physical and psychological development. This includes education that helps physical growth, cognitive and emotional development, creativity enhancement, aptitude, social relation development, as well as language and moral development.

Abstract

This article describes a model of interrelating determinants of father involvement, the recent issue in developmental psychology. In 1970s to 1980s some psychologists like Lamb (1981) views that child development research has forgotten the contribution of father involvement. They only focus on the maternal behavior that influences on child’s outcomes. Nowadays, many researchers have revealed some empirical evidences to strengthen the importance of father involvement. Antecedent variables have been found and being modeled. In Western culture, some of them fit into empirical findings. But, we should verify this model to Eastern culture. In this phase, testifying the father involvement model needs a good theoretical framework and research findings. Three theories will be used to analyze father involvement. The positive and negative aspects of theories are used to put them on proportional perspective.

Abstract

Teachers should be the center controller of student education. The presence of teachers is not only to transmit knowledge and fill in the students’ brain. Their presence should be thorough as the figures giving affection to the students. Education can only be accomplished if teachers come with heart filled of knowledge and affection. Educating through heart means strategies and methods based upon teacher-self identification as the blossom figures having correct comprehension to their students. Their presence is not to be admired, to seek their mistakes or create fear but to give heart, knowledge, and affection. Educating through heart – at least, deals with the education process accomplished by comprehending the characteristics of student brains, giving attention, and revitalizing the student unique intelligence originating from observing efforts of students’ heart energy. Educating through heart can only be done by teachers having ‘’gold heart’’, or vice versa, through heart education strategy, teachers will have ‘’the gold heart’; the heart giving birth students having ‘’the gold heart’’ too.

Abstract

Raising spiritual energy in teaching is actually the output of voluntarily process to perceive teacher professionalism as the best profession given by the Almighty God, Allah SWT. The process can be achieved through spiritual accomplishments originating from opening, managing, and functioning heart. The heart voice is the center of true intuition. Heart tends to good deed that does not contradict with true principles and values. The totality teaching accomplishment is the teacher efforts to teach in accordance with the common student potential. In fact, teaching professionally may interest students. Personalities framed by the goodness may bring about teacher affection to students and make them treating their students as their children.

Abstract

Religious education is not absolutely difficult in terms of its materials. The objective of the education is, however, complicated because it aims at perfecting children in terms of cognitive as well as affective aspects. The very beginning comprehension of the children to the concept of God as well as their psychological characteristics of their religiosity will be helpful to the choice of actions in the context of religious education for the children. Religion hold a significant role to educate children, as a start point to provide the fundamental aspect of every part of future live.
