Abstract

So far, kaifiyat mu]adalah remains unknown as a term, albeit this term has come to Indonesia since centuries and even found in Alquran itself (QS. 16: 125). As a method of dakwah, mujadalah means a way or strategy to call for, to influence others, and to practice Islamic teachings more effectively and efficiently.To better-know the concept of mujadalah, this account seriously examines some basic assumption corceming kaifiyat mujadalah: from its definition, subject matters, meanings and functions, to its relationship withother scientific efforts. Besides, it also discusses the concept as revealed within Alquran and as found amid the historical realities, its other names, sources, legitimacy, and problems faced by mujadalah. It is clear  throughout the examination that mujadalah is a methode of dakwah that has a so firm argumentative grounds that it is closely related with the intellectual values.

Abstract

The background of this research is based on the access of people in Sambas Regency, West Kalimantan Province who know and read the bulletin of Al-Islam published by Hizbut Tahrir Indonesia (HTI). It’s happen because the Bulletin Al-Islam is widely circulated in mosques in Sambas District. The purpose of this research is to know the publishing management of bulletin Al-Islam issued by HTI of Sambas Regency. This research uses qualitative method with field research and using case study. The results of this study are firstly the topic of news prioritized by editors of Al-Islam bulletin is the news that is discussed by reader of Sambas Regency. Secondly, the editorial frames of language and facts are in line with the perceived by the readers, as a result it is personal interaction between the bulletin and the readers. Thirdly, the editor frames the bulletin for gaining intention and response of the event so the local governments could make policies that can realize the concept of Khilafah Al-Islamiyah through the local regulations. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada banyaknya masyarakat Kabupaten Sambas Provinsi Kalimantan Barat yang mengetahui dan membaca buletin Al-Islam yang diterbitkan oleh Hizbut Tahrir Indonesia (HTI). Ini terjadi karena Buletin Al-Islam banyak beredar di masjid-masjid di Kabupaten Sambas. Untuk itu penelitian ini ingin mengetahui bagaimana manajemen penerbitan buletin Al-Islam yang diterbitkan HTI Kabupaten Sambas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian field research dan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini di antaranya pertama, topik berita yang diprioritaskan redaksi buletin Al-Islam adalah berita yang sedang hangat dibahas masyarakat Kabupaten Sambas. Kedua, redaksi membingkai bahasa dan fakta yang sesuai dengan yang dirasakan masyarakat sehingga terjadi interaksi personal antara buletin dan pembaca. Ketiga, redaksi membingkai buletin dengan maksud memberikan sebuah tanggapan dalam peristiwa yang terjadi agar pemerintah daerah membuat kebijakan yang dapat mewujudkan konsep khilafah Al-Islamiyah melalui peraturan-peraturan daerah.

Abstract

The research to find out the evaluation activities of Special Event in Indonesia Congress of Muslim Students (ICMS) held by Hizbut Tahrir Indonesia especially evaluation of input, process and outcome. This evaluation performed because of the habits in organizing activities by the organization that never concern to the evaluation results from previous activities because the evaluation activities considered as formalities. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The result of the research shows that the process of input evaluation were discussion of accountability report and finance of the event, evaluation of process discussing problems and handling during the implementation of the event, and evaluation of outcome done by monitoring and polling media. This evaluation has an impact on improving the quality of HTI activities in the future.

Abstract

Although academic explanations for ilmu dakwah  have been elaborated relatively often, the nature of ilmu dakwah as a science remains a big question This paper supplies another explanation of that kind in order to provide philosophical grounds necessary to every single science to stand alive.It elaborates ilnm dakwah from an ontological point of view. In doing so, it starts from the very basic tenet of scientific search, which is the ontology of philosophy itse1f. Having clear about this, it goes on explaoiog the  ontology of dakwah. Eventually, it discusses the maio concern of the philosophy of dakwah, defined mainly as a sean:h for the nature of dakwah.From the viewpoint of philosophy, dakwah can be understood as the close interactions of the elements of dakwah as an activity. These interactions create huge problems of dakwah, that can be categorized in such a way as to constitute  the subdisciplines of ilmu dakwah. These subdisciplines call altogether for humanization, liberation, and  transendention

Abstract

The study aims to describe therapeutic processes, strategies, methods and techniques of drug abuse victims. The method used is case study. The research explains, the process of rehabilitation conducted Inabah II Putri at various stages of rehabilitation, found steps in the healing process, namely the existence of communication process between the coaches with child development, communication is therapeutic. Strategy is done by coaching to the child of bina through interaction verbal communication and nonverbal therapeutic, by giving teachings of Tariqat Qodiriyyah Naqsabandiyyah, that is; Talqin dhikr, bath repentance, prayer, dhikr and khataman. Coaching is done to help reduce the burden of thoughts and their feelings so slowly but surely the child can be recovered, have the awareness to always be on the path that is pleasing Allah SWT.Penelitian bertujuan mendeskribsikan proses, strategi, metode dan teknik komunikasi terapeutik terhadap korban penyalahgunaan narkoba. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus. Penelitian menjelaskan, proses rehabilitasi dilakukan Inabah II Putri pada berbagai tahapan rehabilitasi, ditemukan langkah-langkah dalam proses penyembuhan, yaitu adanya proses komunikasi antara para pembina dengan anak bina, komunikasi tersebut bersifat terapeutik. Strategi dilakukan dengan pembinaan kepada anak bina melalui interaksi komunikasi verbal dan nonverbal terapeutik, dengan memberikan ajaran Thariqat Qodiriyyah Naqsabandiyyah, yaitu; talqin dzikir, mandi taubat, sholat, dzikir dan khataman. Pembinaan dilakukan untuk membantu mengurangi beban fikiran dan perasaan mereka sehingga pelahan-lahan tapi pasti anak bina bisa pulih, mempunyai kesadaran untuk senantiasa berada di jalan yang diridhai Allah SWT.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan dan menganalisis urgensi strategi komunikasi pada pasar modal syariah yang berbasis cyber PR. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan dalam kajian ini adalah deskriptif analitis. Berkat kemajuan teknologi dan informasi, internet telah mengubah praktik public relations dalam menggunakan media. Pengguna media sosial di Indonesia jumlahnya begitu besar. Oleh karena itu, sudah saatnya cyber PR menjadi basis strategi komunikasi dan diseminasi informasi terkait pasar modal syariah, selain itu dengan menggunakan cyber PR sebagai basisnya maka penyampaian informasi kepada para stakeholder dan investor terkait pasar modal syariah akan lebih cepat, aktual, serta akurat untuk memperkenalkan pasar modal syariah baik dalam lingkup regional maupun pasar internasional.

Abstract

In the field of ilmu dakwah, guidance  counseling is one of the four professions of dakwah. Experts on ilmu dakwah suggest that there are at least  three methods of guidance and consouling: ahsan qaul (best words), hiwar  (dialogue), and khithabah (speech). The main objectives of these methods have been refreshing and stimulating the inner spiritual feelings as servants of God Besides, they also aim at helping clients overcome problems they are facing. These methods are oral in form and use the necessary apparatuses of communiation.As process of communication, guidance and consouling need a support from theories of communication to develop effective communication skills. 1bis paper asserts that the kind of communication fitting to this process of communication is interpersonal communication since it is involving two sides or more in a two-way traffic communication this is certainly different from that of mass communication which is involving ane-way communication. The earlier is a dialogue whereas the latter is a monologue.

Abstract

Filantropi sebenarnya merupakan sebuah istilah yang relatif baru di Indonesia dibandingkan dengan istilah-istilah zakat, wakaf atau sedekah dan infak, yang sudah akrab di telinga masyarakat. Oleh karena itu kajian filantropi belum banyak mendapat perhatian dari para sarjana. Sehingga dengan adanya kajian tentang manajemen filantropi Dompet Ummat Kabupaten Sambas dapat memberikan penjelasan pengelolaan filantropi dari sebuah organisasi. Selain itu juga melalui kajian ini dapat melihat pemberdayaan ekonomi umat Islam yang dibantu oleh Dompet Ummat kabupaten Sambas. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif, dengan pendekatan sosiologi. Sedangkan metode yang digunakan dalam riset ini adalah metode deskriptif. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori manajemen dari Stephen P. Robbins dan James A.F. Stoner, yaitu adanya perencanaan, pengorganisasian, kepemimpinan dan pengendalian. Keberhasilan dalam manajemen filantropi yang dilakukan oleh Dompet Ummat yaitu dengan menerapkan empat unsur manajemen. Empat unsur tersebut adalah perencanaan, pengorganisasian, kepemimpinan dan pengendalian. Pemberdayaan ekonomi umat Islam di kabupaten Sambas oleh Dompet Ummat dilakukan melalui penyaluran bantuan dari hasil sumbangan donatur, maupun dari zakat, infak dan sedekah yang disusun berdasarkan program kerja yang telah dibuat. Program kerja yang dibuat oleh Dompet Ummat adalah bidang, kesehatan, pendidikan, ekonomi, sosial dan keagamaan maupun sosial bisnis.

Abstract

Guidance and counseling become one of the pillars to overcome bad morality and to improve good morals. One form of guidance and counseling in universities in accordance with the conditions in Indonesia is comprehensive guidance and counseling covering academic, social-personal, and career. This paper aims to develop a model of guidance and counseling in Islamic Religious College for students, based on guiding concepts that have been done by academic supervisors with categorization aspects of trust, tawadhu, qana'ah and tawakal. The method used in this research is research and development (R & D) to UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung students. The result is the effort of academic advisors in improving the noble character of the students through the guidance is classified as less effective and needs to be improved.

Abstract

Philosophical base for any science is a sine quo none, including ilmu dakwah. It is hence an indispensable necessaty for ilmu dakwah and all experts on it are required to have a good mastery on it, without which they would not be capable enough to develope ilmu dakwah. Tbis paper aims at providing some necessary materials as an attempt to enlift ilmu dakwah and to empower its scientists.In doing so, this paper will first take the advantage of Alquran as the inspirational source of the philosophy of dakwah. It is here held that Alquran provides huge sources for ilmu dakwah to be more developed and established.Secondly, it attempts to makes clear the definition and goals of the philosophy of dakwah. Tbis is to draw distinctive features of academic bases of the philosophy of dakwah. Then, it uncovers the need of hwnan beings to the activities of dakwah. Here the writer insists the inseparability of mankind from the movement of dakwah in support of their life. Finally, it explores the basic principles and epistemology of the philosophy of dakwah, as a way of providing a sort of guidelines for any effort of developing lmu dakwah.
