Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand image, store atmosphere dan product assortment terhadap purchase desicion pada Hypermart di di kota Ternate.Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah orang yang pernah berbelanja di Hypermart Ternate dan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 80 respnden.Data dalam penelitian ini merupakan data primer yang diperoleh secara langsung dari kuisioner yang telah diisi oleh responden penelitian, dan menggunakan alat bantu program SPSS 23.Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Brand image berpengaruh signifikan terhadap purchase decision; 2) Store atmosphere berpengaruh signifikan terhadap purchase decision; 3) Product assortment berpengaruh signifikan terhadap purchase decision; 4) Brand image, store atmosphere dan product assortment berpengraruh siginfikan terhadap purchase decision.Kata Kunci: Brand image, store atmosphere, product assortment, purchase decision

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Audit Committees, Independent Commissioner, and Institutional Ownership on Profitability. This study also determines whether Audit Quality can moderate the influence of the Audit Committee, Independent Commissioners, and Institutional Ownership on Profitability. The samples are 44 companies from the Chemical Sub-Sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2018-2021 period. The research method used is quantitative research with secondary data collection techniques. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis and moderated regression analysis (MRA) and the analysis tool used is SPSS 26. The results showed that the Audit Committee had a significant positive effect on profitability, the Independent Commissioner had a negative effect on profitability and institutional ownership did not affect profitability. Audit Quality can moderate and strengthen the influence of the Audit Committee and Institutional ownership on profitability, but Audit Quality does not moderate the influence of independent commissioners on profitability.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of training dan career development on employee performance with employee engagement as an intervening variable for Sinergi Sriwijaya Peduli Office employees. The sampling technique used in this research is non-probability sampling, which is a saturated sample of 40 employees who are the staff level and have a minimum two years of work. The data analysis method in this study used path analysis with the help of SPSS 26 software. The result of this study indicate that 1) training has a effect on employee engagement 2) career development has a effect on employee engagement 3) training and career development has a effect on employee engagement simultaneously 4) training has no effect on employee performance 5) career development has no effect on employee performance 6) training, career development, and employee engagement has a effect on employee performance simultaneously. The Sobel test showed the employee engagement has an indirect effect on each training and career development variable on employee performance.

Abstract

Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) dapat menentukan suatu wilayah/negara mengalami peningkatan dalam pembangunan atau tidak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh tingkat kemiskinan, pengaruh tingkat pendidikan indikator Rata-rata Lama Sekolah (RLS) terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, dan upaya meningkatkan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM). Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) yang terdiri dari : Data Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) 2017-2021, data Tingkat Pendidikan (RLS) 2017-2021, Tingkat kemiskinan di Jawa Tengah 2017-2021,Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) 2017-2021. Analisis data menggunakan Aplikasi Stata dengan metode kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan apabila peningkatan nilai Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) sebesar 1% maka akan meningkatkan PDRB sebesar 0.0258421%. Nilai Indeks Manusia (IPM) berpengaruh secara signifikan positif tehadap PDRB di Jawa Tengah. Semakin tinggi nilai IPM, maka akan berdampak pada peningkatan PDRB. Sedangkan Tingkat Pendidikan (RLS) juga mempunyai signifikasi positif terhadap peningkatan PDRB. Kata Kunci: Pengangguran, Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, Kemiskinan, IPM, Pembangunan

Abstract

D.I Yogyakarta Province's domestic investment has fluctuated for the past six years. However, in 2020 there was a very drastic decrease of IDR 3.615,4 billion from 2019. This study aims to analyze the effect of interest rates, per capita income and inflation on domestic investment in the Province of D.I Yogyakarta. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression with time series data from 1992-2021. The results of the study show that interest rates have a significant positive effect on domestic investment in the Province of D.I Yogyakarta. Income per capita has no significant effect on domestic investment in the Province of D.I Yogyakarta because the low provincial minimum wage makes people more concerned with their living expenses. Inflation has a significant negative effect on domestic investment in the Province of D.I Yogyakarta because the increase in inflation in 2021 is caused by a decrease in people's purchasing power.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to find out and predict how much the independent variable, namely Earning Per Shares (EPS), Debt to Equity Ratio, company size, Tax Planning and interest rates, can affect the dependent variable, namely stock returns in conventional banking in 2018-2020. examined in this study were all conventional banks registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2020. The sampling technique was selected using the purposive sampling method, obtained 117 observational data. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The coefficient of determination, F test and t test as measuring tools used. The results of the study show that earnings per share (EPS), debt to equity ratio (DER), company size has no effect on stock returns, while tax planning and interest rates have a positive effect to stock returns.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis pusat-pusat pertumbuhan di Kabupaten Nagekeo. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis skalogram, analisis gravitasi untuk penentuan pusat-pusat pertumbuhan di Kabupaten Nagekeo berdasarkan ketersediaan fasilitas pelayanan dan prioritas keputusan stakeholder.  Menganalisis interaksi (tingkat keterkaitan) antara pusat pertumbuhan dengan kecamatan disekitarnya menggunakan analisis gravitasi.Hasil analisis menunjukkan yang menjadi pusat pertumbuhan atau hierarki Ⅰ (satu) dari 7 (tujuh) kecamatan ialah terdapat dua Kecamatan yaitu, Kecamatan Aesesa dan Kecamatan Boawae. Kecamatan dengan besaran interaksi tertinggi dari kedua Kecamatan pusat pertumbuhan ialah Kecamatan Aesesa Selatan dan Kecamatan Mauponggo. Kecamatan Aesesa dengan Kecamatan Aesesa Selatan memiliki besaran interaksi sebesar 1.206.408,27. Sedangkan Kecamatan Boawae dengan Kecamatan Mauponggo memiliki besaran interaksi sebesar 1.434.281,18.

Abstract

The aims of this research is to analyze the influence of financial literacy and lifestyle-hedonism on student financial behavior. This quantitative research took a sample of UNTIRTA’s Faculty of Economics and Business students. Students were used as sample considering that they are tendency to behave according to follow the trends. The samping technique used purposive sampling and obtained a total of 120 respondents. Data analysis uses validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests and multiple linear regression tests. The result show that the greater understanding of financial literacy followed the greater financial management behavior of students. Increasing lifestyle-hedonism will also be followed by increasing financial behavior, especially in terms of controlling the use of money.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of inflation, economic growth, BI rate, and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) on the market share of Islamic banking in Indonesia for the period 2015 - 2022. The data used is secondary data in the form of quarterly time series data. sourced from Indonesian Central Bank (BI), Statistics Central Bureau (BPS), and Indonesian Financial Authority (OJK). The method used is multiple linear regression and uses the SPSS 25 program. The results of this study indicate that partially the Inflation and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) has a significant positive effect, and the BI rate variable has a significant negative effect on the market share of Islamic banking in Indonesia. Meanwhile, economic growth variables have no effect. Simultaneously, all independent variables have a significant influence on the market share of Islamic banking in Indonesia.

Abstract

Pengembangan sektor pariwisata dapat meningkatkan peerekonomian masyarakat , melalui sector pariwisata ini masalah seperti pengentasan kemisikinan dan pengangguran bisa diatasi.pengembangan pariwisata memberikan manfaat bagi masyarakat di sekitar objek pada khususnya . pariwisata juga merupakan suatu kegiatan yang secara langsung melibatkan masyarakat sehingga membawa berbagai dampak terhadap masyarakat setempat.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang bagaimana strategi pengembangan objek wisata seperti apa yang dilakukan pemerinrah setempat di kawasan objek wisata dan dampaknya terhadap masyarakat di Desa Oetuke. Jenis penelitian ini menggunkan penelitian lapangan, yang bersifat deskriptif kualitatif. dimana pengumpulan datanya menggunakan metode observasi, Wawancara, dan Dokumentasi, dan semua data-data dianalis menggunakan Analisis SWOT (Strenght, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat).Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa strategi yang digunakan yaitu dengan melakukan pemebrdayaan masyarakat seperti sadar wisata, selain itu dnegan peningkatan sarana dan prasarana, melakukan promosi di berbagai media dan elektronik, serta meningkatkan infrastruktur dan dampaknyanya terhadap ekonomi masyarakat di Desa Oetuke dalam meningkatakan pendapatan yang berada di dekat objek wisata serta retribusi dapat  membantu pengurus BUMDES  untuk mengembangkan objek wisata.         Kata Kunci : Strategi , Dampak , objek wisata, Ekonomi
