Abstract

Pembuatan blueprint merupakan satu hal yang perlu diperhatikan dalam pengembangan mutu suatu institusi. Mengapa ITTP perlu melakukan hal tersebut? Hal tersebut perlu dilakukan agar ITTP dapat menghadapi persaingan yang semakin kompetitif dengan mengenali faktor – faktor internal yang dimiliki. Blueprint ITTP dapat dibuat menggunakan analisis SWOT dalam menentukan strategi bisnisnya. Analisis SWOT dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data dan menganalisis semua unit yang terlibat dalam proses bisnis ITTP. Hasil dari blueprint ITTP yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT dapat diketahui bahwa ITTP memiliki peluang yang besar dengan ancaman yang pasti dapat diatasi dengan mengadakan upgrading pelatihan ISO dan standar – standar lainnya. Selain itu dapat juga diatasi dengan terus mengembangkan teknologi sistem informasi dengan memanfaatkan IT Support yang dimiliki ITTP.

Abstract

Higher population growth and urbanization to seek a better life keep the city's population increasing and if not controlled it is estimated that by 2030 it will reach 70% of the urban population. The higher the population then the service to the community must be further enhanced because the city's problems will be more complex. The ability of government to adapt to all changes requires artificial intelligence in order to process the data obtained, understand and provide effective and efficient actions in order to serve all its citizens. The result of this survey study is to present artificial intelligence techniques such as search, reasoning, planning, and learning. Artificial intelligence method that is widely used is an artificial neural network to solve the problem.

Abstract

Talun sub-district is a government institution that provides public services to the public, which at this time there is no assessment of service satisfaction from the community so that the District Talun cannot know the assessment or complaints from the public to public services provided. The research aims to determine the level of public satisfaction of Public Service in Talun Sub-district. AHP is a complex multi-criteria decision-making method, in an unstructured situation into sections that are then shaped into functional hierarchies to present problems to be solved and then build a priority sequence for alternatives by pairwise alternative comparisons based on judgments of decision makers against a system. The appraisal application yields the value of the public satisfaction level and the eigenvector ranked according to the highest data as the final value of the AHP calculation so that the eigenvector value obtained can facilitate the Camat to see which elements of service are not good.

Abstract

The Internet of Things (IoT) should be able to handle heterogeneous systems in a transparent and stable manner by providing open access to the selected data subset for the development of a large number of digital services. Building a common architecture for IoT is a very complex task, mainly because of the huge variety of devices, different technologies and services required. In this paper, we focus exclusively on large urban IoT systems. IoT's development is designed to support smart city’s vision to utilize the most advanced communications technologies to support value-added services for city administration and for citizens. The paper provides a comprehensive survey of technologies, protocols, and architectures that allow for urban IoT.

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil observasi pada SMK Negeri 5 Semarang, pengelolaan administrasi masih bersifat manual dan beberapa arsip digital disimpan dalam komputer yang tidak terkelola dengan baik serta sangat terbatas pada aksesnya. Beberapa aplikasi pengelolaan administrasi yang digunakan sudah dapat diakses melalui media internet, seperti Google Drive, Icloud, Dropbox dan SkyDrive. Bagaimanapun, layanan pada aplikasi tersebut masih menggunakan infrastruktur yang sangat bergantung pada provider sehingga pengguna memiliki beberapa keterbatasan seperti kendali akses penuh, kebijakan keamanan data, keberlanjutan layanan dan pemulihan data. Jika pengelolaan administrasi dilakukan pada sekolah maka perlu dipertimbangkan penggunaan sistem yang tidak bergantung pada suatu provider. Pengembangan sistem pengelolaan administrasi yang mandiri sangat diperlukan sehingga dokumen/arsip yang sangat penting dan bersifat rahasia dapat terjaga ketersediaan dan keamanannya. Untuk itu, diperlukan infrastruktur yang memadai dalam membangun independent cloud storage atau penyimpanan mandiri serta aplikasi pengelolanya. Pada proses bisnisnya, sistem ini dilakukan secara terdistribusi sehingga pengelolaan administrasi tidak lagi terpusat pada satu pengguna (staf tata usaha) melainkan semua entitas/pengguna (guru, kepala sekolah, staf tata usaha, bagian akademik, bagian kesiswaan, dan lain-lain). Untuk itu, kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang akan dilaksanakan meliputi pengembangan sistem pengelolaan administrasi menggunakan independent cloud storage secara terdistribusi. Dengan adanya kegiatan tersebut diharapkan dapat memberikan solusi pada permasalahan pengelolaan administrasi dan selanjutnya juga dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan di SMK Negeri 5 Semarang
