Media Penelitian Pendidikan : Jurnal Penelitian dalam Bidang Pendidikan dan Pengajaran, dengan nomor ISSN 1978-936X (cetak) dan ISSN 2528-0562 (online) adalah jurnal yang diterbitkan oleh Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat Universitas PGRI Semarang. Media Penelitian Pendidikan : Jurnal Penelitian dalam Bidang Pendidikan dan Pengajaran merupakan Jurnal Nasional Terakreditasi Peringkat 5 sesuai SK Menteri Riset dan Teknologi/Kepala Badan Riset dan Inovasi Nasional Republik Indonesia No.: 85/M/KPT/2020, memiliki fokus utama pada pengembangan ilmu-ilmu di bidang pendidikan. Lingkup bidang pendidikan antara lain meliputi pendidikan di jenjang PAUD, TK, SD, SMP, SMA, sampai Perguruan Tinggi. Tujuan dari publikasi jurnal ini adalah untuk menyebarluaskan pemikiran konseptual atau ide-ide yang telah dicapai di bidang pendidikan. The purpose of this study is to improve the learning achievement of the material Operate the Application Presentation through the application of learning models peer tutors of class X Automation and Office Management (OTKP) 1 Vocational High School 2 Tegal even semester 2017/2018 academic year. This research is in the form of classroom action research, which is a study conducted collaboratively between researchers, students, and teaching teachers in Office Technology subjects. The subjects of this study were class X OTKP 1 Tegal Vocational High School 2 totaling 32 people. The implementation of the action is carried out by the planned researcher together with the peer teacher. The data sources of this research are informants, places, events and documents. Data collection techniques used are observation, testing and documentation techniques. The research process was carried out in two cycles considering the researcher was the teacher of the subject. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely action planning, action implementation, observation and evaluation, and analysis and reflection. Each cycle is conducted in three meetings and each meeting is 4 x 45 minutes. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that there was an increase in learning achievement of Office Technology of class X OTKP 1 students at SMK Negeri 2 Tegal through the application of peer tutoring learning models. The results of the research that have been carried out are that there is an increase in student office technology learning achievement from 18 students (56%) who completed the pre-cycle to 24 students (75%) who completed the first cycle and increased to 31 students (97%) who reached the completion limit learn. The average value of knowledge in the first cycle is 75.31, increasing by 4.68 from the average pre-cycle value. While the average value of skills in the first cycle is 79.06, increasing by 7.81 from the average pre-cycle value. The average value of knowledge in the second cycle was 80.78, increasing 5.47 from the average cycle I. While the average value of skills in the second cycle was 86.72, it increased 7.66 from the average value in the first cycle.

Indonesia's national juridical foundation in the opening of the 1945 Constitution states that Indonesia's national goal is to educate the nation's life, so the teacher as a pioneer of educational success has a big contribution to realize these goals. The problem in this study is how to increase student learning activities and outcomes on the basic competencies of comparative story through scientific methods. The method used in this writing is a qualitative descriptive method, the form is a class action. This research is a collaborative research (PTK). The subjects of this study were the sixth grade teachers and observers. The implementation of class action is carried out in 2 cycles. The results obtained were student learning activities in Cycle I obtained a score of 67.5%, and in Cycle II 87.5%. As for the learning outcomes obtained by students after participating in the learning of comparative story problems by applying scientific methods in Cycle I obtained an average score of 72.94% and in Cycle II obtained an average score of 82.35%.

The results of preliminary observations at SD Negeri 2 Tlogopucang found problems in learning Mathematics in Flat Build Material. Teachers dominate more and involve students less in the learning process. If we observe the current learning, the teacher has not managed the class well. The teacher has not used the right learning model. Students are less active in learning, the research used is Classroom Action Research which consists of two cycles. In each cycle two meetings were held. Data collection uses observation sheets and by conducting evaluation tests. Data analysis techniques use qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results of the pre-cycle research, the average grade of 61 with a percentage of graduation 50%, students complete learning 8 children, students have not completed 8 children, the percentage of 50%. In cycle 1, it was obtained the average grade of 76, the percentage of completeness 65.75% the number of students who had completed learning 11 children, not yet completed learning a total of 5 children with a percentage of 35.25%. In cycle 2, all students meet the minimum completeness criteria, a percentage of 100% is obtained with an average grade of 96.25. The conclusion is the use of nail board media can improve the learning outcomes of students in class II of SDN 2 Tlogopucang in the academic year 2017/2018.

The study was conducted to determine the effect of students' interest in learning in the subjects of Creative Products and Entrepreneurship on the achievements of students of class XI SMK Competence in Industrial Electronics Engineering. This research is a quantitative study, quantitative research emphasizes the process so that in seeing the relationship between variables in the object under study are more interactive that is the mutual influence. Subjects studied were the Effect of Entrepreneurial Characteristics on Subjects of Creative Products and Entrepreneurship on the Achievement of Grade XI Students in Industrial Electronics Engineering at SMKN 4 Semarang. The source of data in this study is the XI grade students of Industrial Electronics Engineering at SMKN 4 Semarang in the academic year 2018/2019. With a sample of 70 students to test the increase in learning achievement. This class action research was conducted with the Classroom Action Research method which consisted of 2 cycles. Actions in each cycle are interrelated, The steps of each cycle consist of: Making Planning (planning), carrying out actions according to planned (acting), observing the actions to be performed (Observing), reflecting descriptive comparative (reflecting). Data obtained from test results and questionnaire. The analysis technique used is the Normality Test, R square Test, ANOVA Test to determine the magnitude of the influence of several indicators in the study.

Vocational High Schools are predicted as young generation printers who are ready to face the world of work and industry. In this case it means that SMK graduates are ready to work in industry or are entrepreneurs so that they can create their own jobs. However, in reality the last few years there have been various surveys conducted by statistical bodies which state that SMK graduates actually contribute the most to unemployment in Indonesia. Based on data from the Central Statistics Agency in February 2017 the number of unemployed people in Indonesia was 7.02 million with the highest percentage coming from vocational graduates at 9.84% (available at finance.detik.com accessed on April 1, 2019). The phenomenon is getting worse because in August 2017 the unemployment rate increased to 7.04 million. In August 2018 the unemployment rate of SMK graduates reached 11.25%. That number increased from February 2018 which had reached 8.92%. Actually this can be overcome by instilling an entrepreneurial spirit in students. If students are trained to be entrepreneurs at least even if students are not absorbed in working in the industry, they can still create their own business and the surrounding environment. For this reason researchers as principals at SMK Negeri 1 Blado carry out entrepreneurial tasks with a transformative visionary leadership style to form entrepreneurial printing schools. This best practice text aims to describe the implementation of transformative visionary leadership to form an entrepreneurial printing school along with the results, impacts, supporting factors, constraints and counter measures. The conclusions of this best practice script are (1) transformative visionary leadership to form entrepreneurial printing schools implemented by translating visionary ideas into factual reality, working together with all school members and the community which then proceed with the preparation and implementation of the program. The implementation of the entrepreneurship printing school program emphasizes three activities namely, entrepreneurship printing school worshop, entrepreneurship training, and industry visits to foster interest and talent of students in entrepreneurship and (2) the results of the application of transformative visionary leadership to form entrepreneurship printing schools are as many as 35 students of State Vocational Schools 1 Blado joined the program. One student managed to get a turnover of over five million rupiah over three months and had the opportunity to showcase his products at the 2019 national entrepreneurship exhibition. The obstacle factor in this program is the limited internet signal in the Blado region. The supporting factors of this program are support from the government and the development of information and communication technology. Follow-up from this program is that it will continue to be implemented in the second half of 2019 to encourage students to be more active in practicing their entrepreneurial abilities.

The background of this research was the poor ability of writing Javanese Alphabet in Javanese Language subject of the fourth grade students in SD N 1 Alasmalang. The purpose of this research was improving the ability of writing Javanese Alphabet through cooperative learning model of round table type using flashcard media. This classroom action research was conducted in two phases, which were cycle I and cycle II that included twice meetings in each cycle. The subject of this research were 20 students of the fourth grade students in SD N 1 Alasmalang in academic year 2018/2019, which consisted 11 males and 9 females. The instruments used were test and non-test. The classroom action research that was proposed by Kemmis and Mc Taggart involved planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The observation result in the learning process of cycle I and cycle II showed that the students’ ability of writing Javanese Alphabet was improved. The result of the cycle 1 achieved 59,5% with enough criteria and the cycle II was improved into 80% with good criteria. The students’ ability of writing Javanese Alphabet had achieved the indicator of success that was determined with good criteria at least 75% from the minimum criteria of mastery learning (KKM), which was 70. From the findings, it can be concluded that Round Table using flashcard media was able to improve the ability of writing Javanese alphabhet.

This research was conducted to be based on a problem that was considered crucial by the fourth grade teacher namely the mathematical problem. This research is felt to be carried out immediately because students get poor learning outcomes and low classical completeness. Because if left unchecked this problem will continue to the next level. After the researchers made observations, the root cause of the problem was found. Then researchers collaborate with class teachers looking for solutions to solve these problems. Learning with the RME model is chosen to treat existing problems. The learning outcomes of grade IV students of SDN Jomblang 03 Semarang in learning to solve mathematical problems after the RME model has been applied the aspects of skills and aspects of knowledge have increased. The skill aspect gained a 44% percentage of completeness in cycle I, increasing in cycle II 94%. Aspects of knowledge in the first cycle of 44% increased to 67% of the total number of students. It can be concluded that the improvement of research learning through the application of the RME model has been successful because it can improve student learning outcomes.

Burhān al-Dīn al-Nu’mān ibn Ibrōhīm al-Zarnūjī in his treatise entitled “Ta'līm al-Muta'allim Ṭorīq al-Ta'allum” informed that the academic achievement has six things dependency: ingenious acumen, fervent desire, resilience, sufficent sustenance, guidance of a teacher, and length of time. Based on this perspective, we was empirically tested students scientific literacy through correlational research. In particular, first, multiple intelligences was examined based on Multiple Intelligences Survey (MIS). Second, science learning motivation was explored used Science Motivation Questionnaire II (SMQ-II). Third, scientific literacy was tested that focused on competence domain and environmental content. The participants of the study were 128 students in Kabupaten Kudus choosen by random sampling technique. We used Pearson r to elaborate relation of scientific literacy with each type of multiple intelligences nor component of science learning motivation. It reveals that naturalistic intelligence and self-efficacy has strong correlation with scientific literacy. The findings suggest that it is important to facilitate students’ intelligence and motivations to guide them on achieving scientific literacy.

The background of this research was the low achievement of the students, which revealed the number of the students who did not pass the standard of Javanese Language score was 100%. The objective of this research was to enhance the students’ achievement in puppet story material, Bima Bungkus and Nggoleki Gung Susuhe Angin through active knowledge sharing strategy using puppet media. The subjects of this research were the fourth grade students of SD Negeri Kalikidang with the number of the students were 32, which were 15 students of them were male while 17 students of them were female. This research was a classroom action research that involved two cycles. Each cycle included two meetings. The implementation of each cycle involved planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. The data collection tools used were observation sheet of teacher activity, observation sheet of students’ activity and student evaluation sheet. The students’ improvement could be seen in each cycle. The indicator of students’ learning achievement was the enhancement of learning achievement at least 75% from the number of students who passed the minimum criteria of mastery learning (KKM) of Javanese Language, which was 70. The students’ achievement in the first cycle was 70.31% whereas the second cycle was 82.45%. From the findings, it can be concluded that the learning strategy of active knowledge sharing using puppet media was able to make students became more active in the teaching process. Therefore, it enhanced the students’ achievement in puppet story material, Bima Bungkus and Nggoleki Gung Susuhe Angin at the fourth grade students of SD Negeri Kalikidang, Sokaraja Sub-distric, Banyumas District.

The background of this study is the low student learning outcomes mathematics subject matter calculating the area of flat shapes, students do not have the motivation to learn, learning activities are not interactive and less interesting because the teacher in learning has not used an innovative learning model and has not used the cooperative type model Numbered Head Together (NHT). The purpose of this study was to improve mathematics learning outcomes in calculating flat area in grade VI students of semester I of SD Negeri Karanggedong through the cooperative model Numbered Heads Together (NHT). This research was conducted at Karanggedong State Elementary School with 39 students. The data source in this study used 2 data, primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from the results of student tests for each cycle, while secondary data were obtained from the observations of teachers and students during the study, student list, and documentation. Data collection techniques using test and non-test techniques. The data collection tools are in the form of test items and observation sheets. Data validation uses data triangulation. Data analysis in this study uses comparative descriptive. The results showed that there was an increase in mathematics learning outcomes material to calculate the area of the flat build class VI semester I of SD Negeri Karanggedong in the academic year 2015/2016. Learning outcomes during pre-cycle average class 57.31 increased to 76.89 in the first cycle and increased again in the second cycle to 84.64. The percentage of completeness of KKM 70 students which was originally 41.03% in pre-cycle increased to 74.36% in the first cycle and increased to 92.31% in the second cycle.
