Abstract

Population mobility from rural to urban areas is basically an economic phenomena that hit developing countries. A wide range of factors behind a decision making process by migrant population mobility to urban areas. This study covered 82 migrants residing in the Pdangsambian Village, West Denpasar District. The techniques of data analyze used logistic regression analysis showed that the independent variables used overall significant effect on decision to perform nonpermanent mobility. Impact of population mobility tested with “different test” showed a significant positive impact on migrant income. Some of efforts needed to reduce the rate of mobility of the population to urban areas by improving rural infrastructure until development gap between in rural and urban area can be overcome. Abstract

The government's efforts to reduce inequality and poverty through various programs, such as: Presidential Instruction (Instruction), and the provision of credit to the economically weak communities in rural areas to increase employment opportunities, productivity and business opportunities. The research was conducted on LPD in South Denpasar District which aims to determine the effect of the amount of credit, deposits, number of customers, and the amount of labor to revenue LPD in South Denpasar District. Data analysis techniques used in this research is the analysis of multiple linear regression with an error rate of 5 percent (0.05). Before performing the multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that variable amounts of credit, deposits, number of customers, and the number of workers affected by partial to income LPD in South Denpasar District with a significance value of less than 5%. Simultaneous testing showed that the number of loans, deposits, number of customers, and a significant amount of labor to revenue LPD in South Denpasar District.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine whether there was an effect simultaneously and partially between capital, labor and technology for industrial production handicraft wood carving Ubud in Gianyar district. Samples are taken as much as 83 business units, with probability sampling methods, especially proportionate stratified random sampling. Data collected through observation, interviews and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of data analysis showed simultaneous capital, labor and technology significant effect on industrial production handicraft wood carving in Ubud Gianyar district. Partially technology does not affect the production of wood carving handicraft industry, and labor sementaramodal positive and significant effect on the production of wood carving handicraft industry in Ubud Gianyar district. The government is expected to help the woodcraft industry was in terms of capital, labor maupunteknologi. This can be done by providing training, financial aid and help the marketing of wooden craft products of industry was that the industry can be developed which will boost the economy in particular and the District of Ubud Bali in general.

Abstract

This study intends to determine the factors that affect labor productivity af micro, small and medium enterprises. Research was conducted in the village of Jimbaran. Study sample totaled 38 micro, small and medium chosen at random and based approach Slovin and Stratified Random Sampling method. Technical analysis used the multiple liniear regression. The result showed that the factors that effect work productivity of micro, small and medium enterprises in Jimbaran is the quality of labor, capital and technology assistance.

Abstract

Using binary logistic techniques, this study aims to determine the effect of administration, duration of the process and guarantees the merchant's decision in the use of services of moneylenders. The results of analysis of 71 respondents indicate administration Kedonganan Fish Market, a long process and simultaneously guarantee a significant effect on the decision to use merchant services moneylenders. Partially, the administration had no significant effect, while the old process and guarantee a significant effect on the decision to use merchant services moneylenders. Use of moneylenders services pose a major risk for small traders. Convenient services moneylenders should be a picture of the formal financial institutions in more role to facilitate accessibility.

Abstract

Unemployment in the province of Bali each year in which fluctuated in 2003 and 2005 is the number of unemployed during the previous 10-year period, the unemployment rate may cause bad impact on the economy of Bali, because it can cause a variety of social and cultural issues such as poverty, crime and other. In fact, economic growth, education levels within a period of 10 years Bali has increased when in accordance with economic theory should be able to absorb the existing workforce. This research aims: 1) to determine the effect of economic growth, minimum wage, and education level either simultaneously or partially on the number of unemployed districts/cities in Provinces Bali. 2) To determine the variables that affect the number of unemployed dominant districts/cities in the province of Bali. The research was conducted in the province of Bali which divided the eight regencies and one city by using data over a period of 7 years, as the data retrieval The studies sampled using a purposive sampling method and using 63 data points as a sample. Data collected through non-participant observation. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the analysis simultaneously, it was found that the growth of the economy, and the regional minimum wage levels significantly affect unemployment districts / municipalities in the province of Bali. Testing is done by comparing the partial count t and t table or view its significance to the 95 percent level of confidence gained that real economic growth positively, negatively affect regional minimum wages significantly affect unemployment districts / municipalities in the province of Bali, while negative real levels of education, and economic growth have the most dominant effect on unemployment districts / municipalities in the province of Bali. The study is expected to be useful for the government in decision-acquired sufficient regarding labor issues in particular the problem of unemployment. The studies are expected to be useful in future studies as references and can develop further addition of variables
