Abstract

Over the past view decade, consumption patterns only know traditional market as a place for find their needs. Threats to the existence of traditional market arise due to the legality of foreign ownership of the retail company and also the interest of traditional market has not accomodated yet. In addition of negative image that attached on traditional market, income's increasing is the most influential factor to the changes of purchasing power and people's lifestyles. Traditional Market Revitalization Program was initiated with the intention of solving the exist problems with physical condition's touching and market governance that will increasing the visit of the consumer so that will bring real impact on traders income. The goal of this study was for determine the the effectiveness and impact of the revitalization program of traditional markets in Pasar Agung Peninjoan. With a total sample of 78 traders from the total population of 353 with accidental sampling method. By descriptive analysis and Wilcoxon test, then obtained results show that the effectiveness of the traditional market revitalization program running quite effective with total more less 71.79 percent. This program give a significant and positive impact to the market physical condition, market governance and traders income.

Abstract

Souvenir shop or art market are become a kind of souvenir shopping for a tourist, both for a foreign or domestic, particularly a modern souvenir shop becomes very rapid development. The growth of modern souvenir shop have a bad affected to the traditional souvenir market, apprehensively it would harm the traditional souvenir market. The purposes of this research to determinate the effect of simultaneous or partially between certainty of price, the quality of goods, and facilities towards the decision of shopping the domestic tourist (case study in Denpasar City). The samples in this research were domestic tourist who shopping in modern souvenir shop, taken 120 people with Accidental Sampling Method. The analysis technique used the multiple linear regressions. The results of the analysis was showed, the simultaneously certainty of price, quality of goods, facilities have significantly effect on the decision of domestic tourist to shop at the modern souvenir shop. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.681, it means 68.1 percent of decision the domestic tourists to shopping at modern souvenir shop is affected by certainty of price, quality of goods and facilities, while the remaining 31.9 percent are affected by other variable that not include in the research model. Partially, certainty of price, quality of goods and facilities positively and significantly affected to the decision of the domestic tourist to shop in modern souvenir shop. The owner modern souvenir shop in Denpasar City should set a price based on the quality of the goods, maintaining the quality of the offered goods and if it necessary improve the quality of goods, especially in terms of diversity and packaging as well as more attention to the modern souvenir shop physical building.

Abstract

The economic sector in Bali increased by the influence of the industrial sector, whereas Gamelan is one of the successful industry in Tihingan village in regency Klungkung.Wage, work experience and technology are the key influence of increscent productivity of Gamelan industry in Tihingan village. This research aims is to understand the influence of wage, work experience and technology by simultan and partial and to understand regarding the dominant variable that influence the productivity of workers for Gamelan industry. This research was conduct in tihingan village with samples of 66 participants. Technic of this research used multiple linear regression. Results of this research shows that wagess, work experience and technology are significantly influencing to the productivity coefficients of determination (R2) 0,649. Partically, wage and technology are the positive influence of the productivity, while the work experience has no effect partially. Wage are the dominant variables influencing the productivity of workers.

Abstract

Agricultural land is increasingly narrows as well as necessities of life that the higher cause the decline in agricultural production and result in a decrease in people's income, especially farmers. Thus for efficient land use of farmers use intercropping farming system in perkebnannya. Intercropping is planting two or more types of plants on a land area of. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of land area, the number of Labor (hours of work) and the price of commodities simultaneously as well as partial to the income of farmers in the village of Munduktemu, know the variables that influence the dominant as well as find out if there are differences in the income of farmers with or without using intercropping systems. This research was conducted in the village of Pupuan, district Munduktemu, Tabanan Regency using samples as much as 92 people. Data analysis techniques used in the analysis of the multiple linear and two different average (pair sample t test). The results of data analysis shows the land area, the number of Labor (hours of work) and the price of commodities simultaneously and partial effect on farmer income with a coefficient of determination (R2) 0,912. Land area is the most dominant variable effect on farmer income as well as income-there is a difference with or without the use of intercropping systems.

Abstract

Exploitation of mineral resources or minerals such as sand is one of supporters of the construction sector, both physically, economically and socially. The need for materials such as sand mining is increasing along with the development of the construction of various facilities and physical infrastructure in various regions in Indonesia. The purpose of this study were: (1) to determine the effect of working capital, working hours, and technology simultaneously on revenue sand miners in Rendang village, (2) to determine the effect of working capital, hours worked, and technology  partially on income sand miners in Rendang village; (3) to determine differences in income sand miners in Rendang village when the use of modern technology and traditional technology. In this study the amount of sand miners were observed as many as 27 people. The data analysis technique used is the method of multiple linear regression analysis. The analysis showed that the variable capital, working hours, and technology simultaneously significant effect on earnings sand miners in Rendang village. Variable capital and working hours in partial positive and significant effect on earnings sand miners in Rendang village, and sand miners income in Rendang village using modern technology is higher than using traditional technologies.

Abstract

  The purpose of this research was to determine the influence of level of education, hours worked, income and family dependents of housewives who work in the informal sector in Village Dauh Puri Kauh, district West of Denpasar. Sampling is done by proportional sampling techniques. Data collected through observation of non-participation, and structured interview questionnaire. Analytical techniques used was multiple linear regression. From the results of hypothesis testing simultaneously obtained that level of education, hours worked and the amount of income to families dependent housewives who work in the informal sector in village Dauh Puri Kauh. Partially, the third free variable is positive and significant effect on the income of housewives who work in the informal sector in village Dauh Puri Kauh.
