Abstract

Perempuan yang bekerja akan memiliki kontribusi berupa pendapatan dalam peningkatan ekonomi rumah tangga, yang secara tidak langsung mampu meningkatkan status sosial keluarga. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengalaman kerja dan jumlah tanggungan keluarga terhadap intensitas kerja, 2) untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengalaman kerja dan jumlah tanggungan keluarga terhadap pendapatan rumah tangga, dan 3) untuk menganalisis pengalaman kerja dan jumlah tanggungan keluarga berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan rumah tangga melalui intensitas kerja sebagai variabel intervening Perempuan Pengrajin Seni Lukis Wayang Kamasan Kabupaten Klungkung dalam Pendapatan Rumah Tangga. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini antara lain observasi, wawancara dan wawancara mendalam. Teknik analisis yang digunakan analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil dari penelitian ini pengalaman kerja dan jumlah tanggungan keluarga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intensitas kerja perempuan pengrajin seni lukis wayang kamasan, pengalaman kerja dan jumlah tanggungan keluarga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan rumah tangga perempuan pengrajin seni lukis wayang kamasan, dan pengalaman kerja dan jumlah tanggungan keluarga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan rumah tangga melalui intensitas kerja sebagai variabel intervening Perempuan Pengrajin Seni Lukis Wayang Kamasan Kabupaten Klungkung dalam Pendapatan Rumah Tangga. Abstract

A group of young people trying to survive with "trade" seeking profits through selling a variety of goods. This research aims to find out how the influence of variables that affect income traders. This study examines the factors that influence income traders such as hours of work, working capital, location and product type. This research was conducted in the village of Jimbaran, Kuta South District. Researchers using a sample with a total 106 respondents using a Stratified Random Sampling method. This study used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that the variables that affect revenue is working hours, working capital, business location and product type. Hours of work are the dominant factor affecting the market traders in Jimbaran.

Abstract

The unemployment rate is included in one of the indicators as a measure developed or advancement of a country. The problem of unemployment is one problem that is very difficult to control. The study has a goal to know how to influence the rate of inflation, economic growth and minimum wages to the unemployment rate of Bali Province and partial simultaneously. The data used in this study is that the data obtained from the BPS Bali Province in the form of secondary data. The analytical method used is the associative method and technique of regression analysis of data by the method of Ordinary Least Square. Based on the results of data processing, obtained that the rate of inflation, economic growth and minimum wages have a significant effect simultaneously and the Bali provincial unemployment rate, while the partial test results obtained that the rate of inflation and the minimum wage has a negative and significant effect of the level of unemployment in Bali province, while the rate of economic growth does not affect the rate of open unemployment Bali Province.

Abstract

In a study entitled "The Effect of Hours of Work, Work experience, Industry and Education Against Revenue Embroidery in Denpasar." Has a purpose: First, to determine whether hours of work, work experience, and education simultaneously affects the earnings of employees in the embroidery industry in Denpasar. Second, to determine whether hours of work, work experience, and the partial effect of education on earnings of employees in the embroidery industry in Denpasar. This study uses primary data by conducting in-depth interviews and observations to the embroidery industry employees in Denpasar. Hypothesis testing using analytical tools, namely multiple linear regression analysis, F-test, T-test and was preceded by the classic assumption test. The results showed that simultaneous variable working hours, work experience, and education have a significant effect on the earnings of employees embroidery industry in Denpasar and variable working hours, work experience, and the partial effect of education on earnings of employees in the embroidery industry in Denpasar. Based on the data obtained from the processing of Standardized Coefficients, variable work experience has a dominant influence over the other independent variables of 0.363.

Abstract

Rice is the main food for people in Indonesia. Demand for rice in Indonesia is so high. Therefore, to meet this demand Indonesia has to import its rice from another country. If a country import its stuffs from another country that means this country has a good growing economic condition. The purpose of import is to supply basic commodities or consumer goods, purchases of raw materials for industry in the country, and for the procurement of capital goods that cannot be produced in the country itself. The purpose of this paper was to determine the effect of prices, foreign exchange reserves, and number of population against Indonesian’s rice import in the period 1997-2012 by using multiple linear technical analyses. The results of this study indicating that the price, foreign exchange reserves, and population simultaneously effected on rice imports in Indonesia from 1997 to 2012 significantly. Partially prices had positive influence and foreign exchange reserves had a significant positive effect, while number of population did not effect on Indonesian rice imports in the period 1997-2012.

Abstract

Improved performance of SMEs hit by a variety of obstacles and challenges in the face of competition. Lack of capital is owned SMEs is challenge faced today. SME entrepreneurs difficulty to obtain loan capital because it does not have sufficient assets to meet the requirements of the loan at the bank. To address the problem, the government issued a policy in the form of loan program for SMEs with a guarantee that the pattern of KUR. KUR is expected to help SMEs to increase business capital, so that business performance can be improved. The aim of this study was to determine differences in the production, labor, earning and cost of SMEs before and after using the KUR. This research was conducted in Jembrana with the of amount sample was 382 respondents. The method used observation, questionnaire and  interviews. This research uses different test that Wilcoxon to see the difference in performance of SMEs before and after using the KUR of BRI. The result showed that the performance of SMEs seen from production variables, variable labor, variable income and variable cost in Jembrana increased. SME entrepreneurs can improve their business performance after getting assistance from BRI KUR. From the results obtained , it is expected there are the role of financial institutions ,the Department of Labor, Department of Industry, Trade and Cooperatives to improve the performance of SMEs and SMEs entrepreneurs are expected to add to the labor cost of treatment to ensure the safety of workers.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of simultaneous and partial working hours, gender, age and working capital to revenue bamboo craftsmen in the village Belega Gianyar regency. The population in this study are all bamboo craftsmen in the village Belega Gianyar regency. The samples used are as many as 80 bamboo craftsmen using sampling methods ie Non Probability Sampling. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The analysis showed working hours, gender, age and working capital simultaneously significant effect on the income of bamboo craftsmen in the village Belega Gianyar regency. Partially working hours and working capital have positive and significant impact on the income of craftsmen in bamboo handicraft industry in the village Belega Gianyar regency. Partially gender variable effect on revenue craftsmen in bamboo handicraft industry in the village Belega Gianyar regency. There are differences in income earned by male workers and female. Meanwhile, partially age have  significant negative effect on revenues in the industry bamboo handicraft artisans in the village Belega Gianyar regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the competitiveness of Indonesian cocoa beans exports and the effect of land area, US dollar exchange rate and IHPB on the export of Indonesian cocoa beans in 2000-2015. Data source used secondary data. Data analysis techniques used are RCA (Revealed Comperative Advantage) analysis to calculate competitiveness and multiple linear regression analysis. The analysis shows that the average RCA of Indonesia is 0.946 <1, so it can be categorized as having weak competitiveness. Philippines has a higher average RCA index than Indonesia at number two, and Singapore in third position. The results of multiple linear regression showed simultaneous and partial land area, US dollar exchange rate and WPI positive and significant impact on Indonesian cocoa exports in 2000-2015. The most dominant variable affecting the export of Indonesian cocoa beans is US dollar exchange rate.

Abstract

Trade openness is a forthcoming challenge for Indonesia. There will be advantages regarding to access in goods but it also heating up the market competitiveness. In regards to facing the market competitiveness, Indonesia has to face the ugly truth that the demands of important thing needed to increase productivity, which is capital goods, are fulfilled by imports from other countries. This study examines the impact of GDP, exchange rate, wholesale price index, and FDI on capital goods import in Indonesia. Time series data is used within 20 years period of time, from 1994 to 2013. Regression analysis is carried out using SPSS.  After the analysis is out it is revealed that all four independent variables simultaneously affect the dependent one in significant way while partially, GDP, wholesale price index, and FDI has positive and significant impact on capital goods import. On the other hand, exchange rate has negative and significant impact on capital goods import. Analysis of the standardized coefficient beta values revealed that among four independent variables tested, FDI has the largest effect on capital goods import of Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the customers willingness to pay for clean water service that provided by PDAM in Badung Regency and identify the factors that influence the customers wilingness to pay for water service as a responce to the water service from PDAM in Badung Regency. Using Logistic Regression Model, the study found that customers willingness to pay for clean water connections varies between one region and others. Meanwhile, the significant factors that affect customers willingness to pay for clean water service are number of family members, quantity and quality of water, total family income, and ownership of water source beside the connection taps. While not significant factor that affect customers willingness to pay is the level of education.
