Abstract

Pertumbuhan ekonomi merupakan indikasi keberhasilan pembangunan ekonomi. Pertumbuhan ekonomi menjadi salah satu indikator yang sangat penting untuk mengevaluasi hasil pembangunan dan mampu menyebabkan kesejahteraan bagi masyarakat. Pertumbuhan ekonomi yang baik bagi suatu negara adalah perekonomian yang selalu meningkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengeluaran konsumsi rumah tangga, tingkat pendidikan, dan investasi secara simultan dan parsial terhadap terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Bali. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang bersumber dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Provinsi Bali dengan jumlah pengamatan sebanyak 81 pengamatan yang terdiri dari 9 cross section yaitu 9 kabupaten/kota serta time series selama 9 tahun pada periode 2011-2019. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program Eviews 10 dengan metode analisis data panel. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pegeluaran konsumsi rumah tangga, tingkat pendidikan, dan investasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Secara parsial pengeluaran konsumsi rumah tangga, tingkat pendidikan, dan investasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Bali Periode 2011-2019.

Abstract

One goals of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) is achieve community welfare all levels. Although welfare of people Bali Province has increased, increase tends to be low and there is still a disparity in the distribution. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of regional economic growth and financial independence on the economic structure and welfare of the community. The data used in this study is panel or combined data, which combines time series data from 2012 – 2019 with cross section data, namely 9 districts/cities in Bali Province. Therefore, the number of observation points in this study is 72. The results of the analysis show that: 1) Economic growth and regional financial independence have a positive effect on the economic structure in the Regency/City of Bali Province, 2) Economic structure has a positive and significant impact on the welfare of the community in the Regency/City of Bali Province, 3) Economic growth and regional financial independence has a positive and significant impact on the welfare of the community in the Regency/City of the Province of Bali, 4) Economic growth and regional financial independence have a direct effect on the welfare of the community through the economic structure of the Regency/City of the Province of Bali. Abstract

The industrial sector an important role because development of the industrial sector increasing, which has a major impact on economic development and growth. One type of business in the industrial sector is the wood sculpture industry. The existence of wooden sculpture crafts in Badung Regency is an alternative in overcoming the increase in unemployment and is a place for craftsmen to earn income. This study aims to analyze effect of working hours, educational level, and technology simultaneously on the income of craftsmen in the wood sculpture industry in Badung Regency, to analyze the effect of working hours, education level, and technology partially on the income of craftsmen in the wood sculpture industry. Badung Regency. This research uses primary data. Retrieval of data through non-behavioral observation, structured interviews, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis techniques. According to the analysis found that 1) variables on the income of craftsmen in the wood sculpture industry in Badung Regency, 2) variables working hours, education level, and technology partially have a positive effect on the craftsmen's income. in the wood sculpture industry in Badung Regency. Abstract

Regional autonomy policies have implications for local governments. The implementation of decentralization reduces the role and contribution of the central government to local governments, so that local governments need to prepare relatively large funds. The purposes of this study are to analyze the effect of the number of lodging, the number of alcoholic beverage traders, and the number of residents simultaneously and partially on regional levies in the Regency/City in Bali Province and to know the variables that have the most dominant influence on the retributions to the regencies/cities in the province of Bali. The data used is secondary that 45 observations are obtained. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that (1) the number of lodging, the number of alcoholic beverage traders, and the number of residents simultaneously had a significant effect on regional levies in the Regency/City in Bali Province, (2) the number of lodging, the number of alcoholic beverage traders, and the number of residents partially affected positive on regional levies in regencies/cities in Bali Province, and (3) the number of lodging is the variable that has the most dominant influence on regional levies in regencies/cities in Bali Province. Abstract

Poverty is a fundamental case that is experienced in every region in the Province of Bali which is of course the shared responsibility of both the regional government, the private sector as well as individual communities. The purpose based on this research is to analyze the impact of PAD, investment & regional expenditure on poverty levels in the Regency/City of the Province of Bali. The data source used is secondary data for 2016-2020. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis technique in the form of panei data. The resuIts according to this study show that PAD, investment & regional expenditure simultaneously affect the level of poverty in the Regency / City of Bali Province. For PAD & investment partially negative & insignificant effect on the poverty level in the Regency / City of Bali Province. Meanwhile, regional expenditure partially has a negative & significant effect on the poverty level in the Regency/City of the Province of Bali.

Abstract

The economic growth of the Province of Bali shows a fluctuating disparity between regencies/cities, and even tends to slow down every year. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of population growth, education level, and district/city minimum wages simultaneously and partially on the economic growth of districts/cities in Bali Province and the dominant variables affecting district/city economic growth in Bali Province. The data used is secondary data in 9 districts/cities in Bali Province in the period from 2015 to 2019 (5 years), so the number of observations is 45. The analytical technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that population growth, education level and the district/city minimum wage simultaneously had a significant effect on economic growth. Population growth partially has a negative and significant effect, while the level of education and minimum wages partially has a positive and significant effect on economic growth. The district/city minimum wage is the variable has dominant influence on the economic growth of districts/cities in Bali Province. It is hoped that the government will more evenly distribute development between regions through the construction of new growth centers in all regions in accordance with the potential of each region, in addition to paying attention to the education budget so that it tends to increase according to applicable regulations, namely at least 20 percent of the APBD, and companies must be more committed in implementing wages so that workers can maximize their work. Abstract

Economic growth important benchmarks in success economic development. Economic growth in North Sumatra very good picture compared to national economic growth although there are still gaps between regions. The research are to analyze (1) direct influence of unemployment rate and education level on economic growth in districts/cities in North Sumatra Province; (2) direct influence of the unemployment rate, education level and economic growth on the poverty rate in districts/cities in North Sumatra Province; (3) indirect effect of unemployment rate and education level on poverty level through economic growth in regencies/cities in North Sumatra Province. The observations 99 points with path analysis techniques. The results are (1)Unemployment Rate hasn’t significant positive effect, but Education Level has a significant positive effect on economic growth; (2) Unemployment rate has no significant positive effect, but unemployment rate and economic growth have a significant negative effect on the poverty rate of districts/cities in North Sumatra Province; (3) The unemployment rate does not indirectly affect poverty through economic growth, but the level of education partially indirectly affects the poverty rate through the economic growth of districts/cities in North Sumatra Province. Abstract

MSMEs have an important existence because they are supporters of the national economy (Adebayo and Moshood, 2014). Realizing the huge role of MSMEs in the national and regional economy, especially in Denpasar City, it is natural to get greater attention to the existence of MSMEs, especially in strengthening the people's economy in Bali Province. Thus, it is hoped that the provision of People's Business Credit (KUR) can increase the income of business actors. Other benefits, it is hoped that business production will increase and job opportunities will also be wider. This study aims to analyze 1) the effect of People's Business Credit (KUR) on the income of KUR recipients, 2) the effect of labor absorption on the income of KUR recipients, 3) the effect of length of business on the income of KUR recipients in East Denpasar District. This study uses primary data for KUR recipients in East Denpasar District. The data were then analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that there is a positive and significant effect of KUR on the income of KUR recipients in East Denpasar District. There is a positive and significant effect of length of business on the income of KUR recipients in East Denpasar District. There is a positive and significant effect of employment on the income of KUR recipients in East Denpasar District. There is an effect of KUR, length of business, and absorption of labor together on the income of KUR recipients in East Denpasar District.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh tingkat pengangguran, upah minimum dan jumlah penduduk miskin secara simultan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Provinsi Bali tahun 2011 – 2018, dan (2) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh tingkat pengangguran, upah minimum dan jumlah penduduk miskin secara parsial terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Provinsi Bali tahun 2011 – 2018. ata yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Pengamatan yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu selama 8 tahun. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tingkat pengangguran, upah minimum, dan jumlah penduduk miskin secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Tingkat pengangguran secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Sedangkan upah minimum dan jumlah penduduk Miskin secara parsial berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Kata kunci: tingkat pengangguan, upah minimum, jumlah penduduk miskin dan pertumbuhan ekonomi

Abstract

The occurrence of disparities in economic growth in the districts/cities of Bali Province. This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of investment, local revenue (PAD), and general allocation funds (DAU) on economic growth in the districts/cities of Bali Province and to determine the dominant variables affecting economic growth. The data source is secondary data using panel data consisting of time series data for five years and cross section data of nine districts/cities that produce 45 observations. The analytical technique used in this research is the multiple linear regression analysis model. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously investment, local revenue (PAD), and general allocation funds (DAU) have a significant effect on economic growth in the districts/cities of Bali Province. Local revenue (PAD) is the dominant variable that influences economic growth in Bali Province. Keywords: economic growth, investment, PAD, DAU
