Abstract

Loyalitas merupakan kesetiaan dan kesediaan karyawan untuk menyelesaikan tugas yang diberikan guna memberikan hasil maksimal bagi perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan karena terdapat fenomena yang terjadi pada PT. Sanur Jaya Utama, yaitu kurangnya loyalitas karyawan, tidak konsistennya kepemimpinan trasnformasional yang dijalankan, motivasi yang kurang dari pimpinan, serta tidak maksimalnya karyawan dalam menerapkan work-life balance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi, dan work-life balance terhadap loyalitas karyawan PT. Sanur Jaya Utama. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 40 orang karyawan dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode wawancara, dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis ditemukan bahwa Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan di PT. Sanur Jaya Utama, Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan PT. Sanur Jaya Utama. Work-life balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan PT. Sanur Jaya Utama. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan implikasi praktis, yaitu diharapkan mampu menjadi bahan pertimbangan dan masukan bagi pemimpin PT. Sanur Jaya Utama untuk konsisten mejalankan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi, dan work-life balance. Loyalty is the loyalty and willingness of employees to complete assigned tasks in order to provide maximum results for the company. This research was conducted because there is a phenomenon that occurs at PT. Sanur Jaya Utama, namely the lack of employee loyalty, the inconsistent implementation of transformational leadership, the lack of motivation from the leadership, and the employees not being optimal in implementing work-life balance. This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership, motivation, and work-life balance on employee loyalty at PT. Sanur Jaya Utama. The number of samples used was 40 employees using a saturated sample. Data collection in this study was carried out using interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty at PT. Sanur Jaya Utama, Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty at PT. Sanur Jaya Utama. Work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty at PT. Sanur Jaya Utama. The results of this study provide practical implications, which are expected to be material for consideration and input for the leaders of PT. Sanur Jaya Utama to consistently carry out the transformational leadership style, motivation, and work-life balance.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan pengaruh masing-masing variabel kualitas produk, harga, dan citra merek terhadap niat beli smartphone Oppo di Denpasar. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pengguna smartphone di Denpasar. Sampel ditentukan dengan metode purposive sampling terdiri atas 120 responden. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner google form. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat beli produk smartphone Oppo. Hal ini berarti semakin baik kualitas produk maka semakin meningkatkan niat beli konsumen. Harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat beli smartphone Oppo. Hal ini berarti semakin terjangkau harga produk, semakin baik daya saing harga, semakin sesuai dengan kualitas, dan semakin sesuai harga dengan manfaat, maka niat beli terhadap smartphone Oppo juga akan meningkat. Citra merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat beli. Hal ini berarti semakin baik citra merek yang tertanam di benak konsumen, maka semakin tinggi niat beli konsumen terhadap smartphone Oppo. The purpose of this study was to explain the effect of each product quality, price, and brand image variable on the purchase intention of Oppo smartphones in Denpasar. The population of this research is smartphone users in Denpasar. The sample was determined by purposive sampling method consisting of 120 respondents. Data was collected using a google form questionnaire. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that product quality has a positive and significant effect on the intention to buy Oppo smartphone products. This means that the better the quality of the product, the higher the consumer's purchase intention. Price has a positive and significant effect on the intention to buy an Oppo smartphone. This means that the more affordable the price of the product, the better the price competitiveness, the more in accordance with the quality, and the more suitable the price is with the benefits, the intention to buy Oppo smartphones will also increase. Brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. This means that the better the brand image that is embedded in the minds of consumers, the higher the consumer's purchase intention for Oppo smartphones.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sanksi, razia lapangan dan program E-SAMSAT terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak kendaraan bermotor yang berada di kabupaten Sumbawa barat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah wajib pajak kendaraan bermotor yang menggunakan E-SAMSAT dan terdaftar di kantor SAMSAT Taliwang Kabupaten Sumbawa Barat dengan jumlah sampel 100 orang wajib pajak. Teknik analisi data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa sanksi perpajakan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak kendaraan bermotor, razia lapangan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak kendaraan bermotor, dan program E-SAMSAT berpengaruh positif terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak kendaraan bermotor. This study aims to determine the effect of sanctions, field raids and the E-SAMSAT program on the compliance of motorized vehicle taxpayers in the district of West Sumbawa. The population in this study is motor vehicle taxpayers who use E-SAMSAT and are registered at the SAMSAT Taliwang office, West Sumbawa Regency with a sample of 100 taxpayers. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression with data collection using a questionnaire. Based on the results of the study, it shows that tax sanctions have a positive effect on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance, field raids have a positive effect on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance, and the E-SAMSAT program has a positive effect on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance.

Abstract

Perusahaan dihadapkan pada tantangan untuk memenuhi tuntutan pelanggan yang semakin meningkat. Penerapan Total Quality Management (TQM) merupakan standar dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan perusahaan yang dapat memperbaiki kinerja perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengevaluasi pengaruh variabel TQM seperti fokus pada pelanggan, obsesi terhadap kualitas, upaya perbaikan yang berkesinambungan, dan kerja sama tim terhadap kinerja CV Sari Yoga Katering. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode asosiatif dan teknik analisis data berupa regresi linear berganda. Hasil utama penelitian menyatakan: 1) Variabel fokus pada pelanggan dan perbaikan berkelanjutan memberikan pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan. 2) Variabel obsesi terhadap kualitas, kerja sama tim tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan pada kinerja perusahaan. Dapat disimpulkan perusahaan yang fokus memberikan pelayanan terbaik serta selalu memperbaiki proses yang ada, akan meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan. Companies are faced with the challenge of meeting the increasing demands of customers. The implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) is a standard in improving the quality of company services that can improve company performance. This study aims to identify and evaluate the effect of TQM variables such as customer focus, obsession with quality, continuous improvement efforts, and teamwork on the performance of CV Sari Yoga Catering. This study uses associative methods and data analysis techniques in the form of multiple linear regression. The main results of the study stated: 1) The variables focus on customers and continuous improvement have a positive and significant impact on company performance. 2) The variable of obsession with quality, teamwork does not have a significant effect on company performance. It can be concluded that companies that focus on providing the best service and always improving existing processes will improve companyperformance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran motivasi kerja memediasi pengaruh pengembangan karir terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Mitra Krida Mandiri Jimbaran. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Mitra Krida Mandiri Jimbaran dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 66 orang karyawan yang ditentukan dengan sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode kuesioner dan wawancara dengan alat analisis statistik inferensial Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja; pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja; motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja; dan motivasi kerja memediasi secara parsial komplementer pengaruh pengembangan karir terhadap kepuasan kerja. Implikasi penelitian ini secara teoritis selaras dengan penelitian terdahulu, secara praktis pihak manajemen PT. Mitra Krida Mandiri Jimbaran dapat meningkat kepuasan kerja karyawan dengan memberikan pengembangan karir kepada karyawan agar karyawan menjadi termotivasi sehingga merasakan kepuasan dalam bekerja. This study aims to analyze the role of work motivation in mediating the influence of career development on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Mitra Krida Mandiri Jimbaran. This research was conducted at PT. Mitra Krida Mandiri Jimbaran with a total sample of 66 employees determined by saturated sampling. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires and interviews with the PLS-based inferential statistical analysis tool Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of the study show that career development has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction; career development has a positive and significant effect on work motivation; work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction; and work motivation partially mediate the complementary effect of career development on job satisfaction. The theoretical implications of this research are in line with previous research, practically the management of PT. Mitra Krida Mandiri Jimbaran can increase employee job satisfaction by providing career development to employees so that employees become motivated so they feel satisfied at work.
