However, they not discuss about leader ability to affect follower at all. Thislimitation may be due to this study has carried out through qualitative approach. Despite this limitation, there is one interesting matter must be observed attentively. Locke et al. points out the importance ofmanagement of meaning must be possessed by a leader, so he/she can manage and define situations as acritical ability that can be used as a guidance of action by the followers.

Even the more crucial thing was the increase in the fertility rate that in fact occurred in theyounger age group (15-19), which was from 18 to 48 per 1000 women during the period of 2007-2012. This conditionindicates that lately early marriage tended to increase. This research was conducted in three areas, namely Bangli, Gianyar and Denpasar. The selection of these threeregions is based on the structure of the economy, with the following details: (1) Bangli represents a region withthe economic structure that largely oriented towards Primary Sectors, (2) Gianyar represents a region with nearlybalanced economic structure between Primary and Non-Primary Sectors and (3 ) Denpasar represents the area witheconomic structure of Tertiary Sectors (services). In each region, it was selected four villages (except in Denpasarthat was for five villages), and the selection of villages was done randomly. Furthermore, of all selected villages, itwas chosen as many as 600 respondents randomly. Respondents were the wifes of the couples who got marriedwithin the last five years (2009-2013). The data collection was conducted by using structured interviews, and dataanalysis technique used was multiple linear regression.Important conclusions obtained from the research were (1) the respondents’ education, access to mass media, thevalue of assets of the parents, and the working status, respectively had a positive effect on the age at first marriage;(2) the number of family members, the habit of parents encourage their children to get married at the youngerage, and the better treatment of parents of boys than girls would negatively affect the age at first marriage (3) theknowledge about early marriage did not affect the age at first marriage; and (4) the respondents who were marriedbecause of “MBA” (married by accident), their first age of marriage were younger than those who got married notbecause of “MBA”. Abstract

A growing body of empirical studies on work engagement has been conducted to investigate the predictors of work engagement from a resource perspective. However, previous research on work engagement has focused solely on the ownership of job resources, dismissing personal resources owned by individuals as distinct entities. The current study evaluates the literature on work engagement, identifies the research gaps, and proposes a research agenda for the future. A systematic literature review of 54 articles from top-tier journals was conducted to achieve the research objective. This study adds to the literature by constructing a conceptual analysis that expands on the theoretical understanding of work engagement. As such, it sheds light on how personal resources play a critical role in increasing work engagement. Personal resources may supplement and reinforce job resources, allowing individuals to articulate the company's vision into more effective business processes. The potential role of self-efficacy as a strong personal resource that can predict and enhance work engagement is one of the most significant findings in this study. Furthermore, the current study emphasizes the need for methodological advances, multilevel analysis, and the expansion of work engagement construction across a wide range of contexts and industries around the world.
