Changing attitudes dan behavior patterns of people in Denpasar are turning to the use of cosmetic products that are healthy dan environmentally friendly than chemical based products, lead to behavior change dan purchase intention. The purpose of this research was conducted to determine the influence of consumer attitudes dan subjective norms, dan to see the gender differences on the intention to buy green cosmetics brdan Oriflame in Denpasar. Data collection was performed using the non-probability sampling method in the form of purposive sampling. These results indicate that the regression models used have met the assumptions of classical test. This study concludes that each variable attitudes dan subjective norms positive dan significant effect on purchase intention, besides there are positive but not significant differences between consumer purchase intentions of women to men on purchase intention

ABSTRACT There are several factors that led to the desire of employees to leave the company, one of which is the job stress and organizational commitment. Frequent occurrence of intention to quit very direct impact on the company. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work stress and organizational commitment to the intention to quit. The study, titled "The Effect of Job Stress and Organizational Commitment Of Intention To Quit Employees at PT BPR Tish research design associative causal relationship with a sample of 35 people. Methods of data collection, observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis, the classical assumption test, regression test simultaneously (Ftest), and partial regression test ) (ttest). Based on the results of analysis show that work stress variables and organizational commitment significant effect partially and simultaneously to the intention to quit employees on PT.BPR Tish in Batubulan. The implication of this study is to strengthen the previous theory, the formation of the theoretical basis of behavior used in conjunction with the intention to quit the behavior is influenced by factors of job stress and organizational commitment

Job satisfaction of employees in a company very important role in order to create optimal performance. This study aimed to determine the effect of compensation and physical work environment for motivation and job satisfaction of employees. Sampling using nonprobability sampling method is sampling saturated with 45 respondents. Data analysis method used is the analysis of the path (path). The analysis showed that the compensation positive effect on motivation, physical work environment positive and significant effect on the motivation of compensation positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, physical work environment positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, motivation and significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction and motivation mediates the effect of compensation and physical work environment on employee job satisfaction. Based on the research results, the company should compensate embracing the principles of security, pay attention to the temperature of the air at the workplace, improve job security and do promotion.

The aim of the study to determine the influence of attitude and subjective norm against the customer complains intention 100 Sunset 2 hotels in Kuta. This study was conducted on 100 Sunset 2 hotels in Kuta. The samples used were 100 respondents with non - probability sampling method is purposive sampling. Data collected through questionnaires. Data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results found that the attitude and subjective norm positive and significant effect on the intention customer complains on 100 Sunset 2 hotels in Kuta. 100 Sunset 2 hotels in Kuta should be able to provide the best service for customers that attitude and subjective norm becomes positive customer so that the customer intention to complain reduced.

Tujuan Penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui signifikansi pengaruh struktur aktiva, tingkat pertumbuhan penjualan, profitabilitas , dan pertumbuhan perusahaan terhadap struktur modal PT. PLN (Persero) Distribusi Bali tahun 2004-20011. Berdasarkan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda ditemukan bahwa struktur aktiva, tingkat pertumbuhan penjualan, profitabilitas , dan pertumbuhan perusahaan berperngaruh signifikan terhadap struktur modal sebesar 94,8%. Secara parsial hanya variaber struktur aktiva dan profitabilitas yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap struktur modal PT. PLN (Persero) Distribusi Bali. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan cenderung menggunakan dana internal untuk pembangunan infrastruktur pendistribusian listrik.Kata Kunci : Struktur Modal, Struktur Aktiva, dan Profitabilitas

Companies with good performance will be able to achieve the goals to be achieved by the company, which is to maximize the value of the company. That goals can be achieved by increasing the profitability of the company. The purpose of this study was to determine the significance of the effect of leverage, sales growth and firm size to profitability. This research was conducted at the Food and Beverage Industry company in Indonesia Stock Exchange with a sample of 12 companies that obtained through purposive sampling method. The resulted of the study with multiple linear analysis found that leverage had a significant negative effect on profitability, while sales growth and firm size had no significant negative effect on profitability.

The existence of modern retail in particular retail businesses increasingly penetrated into the daily activities of the community. The development of higher retail business and competitive force employers retail business to be able to determine the right strategy in order to survive in the competition and gain customer satisfaction, one of them by applying a mix of retail strategy consisting of price, merchandise, services, store locations, promotions, and store atmosphere. The number of samples was 168 respondents, with purposive sampling method. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques and based on the results of the analysis found that the retail mix simultaneously significant positive effect on customer satisfaction.

Purpose of this study for examine and analyze 1) the influence of the quality of service that consists of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy for customer satisfaction Baruna Sanur Restaurant. 2) The difference between customer satisfaction of men with female customers. Design research using associative method. These samples included 115 who were taken using purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed by multiple linear regression and Man - Whitney Results analysis of the data shows that overall service quality variables (tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy) and a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction Baruna Sanur Restaurant, where there is customer satisfaction differences between men and women to the service of Baruna Sanur Restaurant. The implications of this research, Sanur Restaurant Baruna more attention on the five dimensions of service quality, especially in terms of responsiveness that customer satisfaction is met according to the desired expectations

This study aimed to determine the effect tam applications and trust in the interest of students using e-commerce in the purchase of clothing and accessories at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Udayana. The data analysis technique used is the method of analysis of Multiple Linear Regression (Multiple Linear Regression). The results of this study indicate that the usefulness, ease of use, and trust simultaneously positive and significant effect on the interest in using e-commerce in the regular program students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Udayana. Based on the research of e-commerce services managers to pay attention to e-commerce transactions to be more accelerated in order to deal more effectively. Managers also must maintain the grammar, the reputation of the website, as well as check feature in the transaction so that more people use the services of e-commerce.

This study aims to investigate the influence of product knowledge and price perception of the consumer's purchase intention, and role in moderating the price perception of product knowledge to the consumer's purchase intention. The sample was determined by purposive sampling, the sample size of 110 respondents to the survey method using a questionnaire measured with Likert scale, analytical techniques using MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis). The results showed product knowledge significant positive influence on consumer purchase intention. Perception of price significant positively effect on purchase intention, and perception can become a moderating variable price, but weaken the influence of knowledge about the product to the consumer's purchase intention.
