Abstract

Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui analisis deskriptif penyebab terjadinya kredit bermasalah. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh debitur yang mengalami pengembalian bermasalah dan petugas kredit. Sampel penelitian ini diambil dengan teknik cluster random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu dengan angket dan observasi. Variabel penelitian ini adalah Kredi bermasalah. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif presentase. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, sebanyak 50% debitur tujuan awal pinjaman digunakan untuk modal usaha dengan 20% debitur tidak menggunakan pinjaman sesuai tujuan awal. 66% debitur menganggap bahwa bunga yang dibayarkan belum sesuai dengan kemampuan membayar. 41% debitur memiliki total pinjaman sebanyak Rp 17.600.001,- sampai Rp 25.200.000,- dengan 47% debitur memiliki masa pengembalian selama 24 bulan. Total penghasilan 73% debitur sebesar Rp 2.900.000,- sampai Rp 13.420.000,- dengan total pengeluaran 75% debitur sebanyak Rp 2.000.000,- sampai Rp 11.855.000,-. Strategi pemberian pinjaman yang dilakukan memiliki persentase sebesar 90% dengan kriteria sangat baik. informasi tentang debitur memiliki presentase sebanyak 77% dengan kriteria baik. interverensi dari debitur, atasan dan pemilik memiliki prosenase sebanyak 34% dengan kriteria baik. Dan persaingan antar BPR atau lembaga pembiayaan lain memiliki persentase sebanyak 93% dengan kriteria sangat baik.The purpose of this study is to determine the cause of the descriptive analysis of the credit crunch. The population in this study are all troubled borrowers experiencing repayment and loan officers. The study sample is take with the cluster random sampling technique. Methods of collecting data with questionnaires and observation. The variables of this study is non performing loans. Analysis use in this study is a descriptive analysis of the percentage. Based on the results of the study, as many as 50% of the debtors original purpose is used for working capital loans with 20% loan debtors do not use the appropriate initial goal. 66% consider that the debtor has not paid interest in accordance with ability to pay. 41% of borrowers had a total loan of Rp 17,600,001, - to Rp 25,200,000, - with 47% of borrowers have a repayment period of 24 months. 73% of the debtors total income of Rp 2.900.000, - to Rp 13,420,000, - with 75% of the debtors total spending of Rp 2.000.000, - to Rp 11,855,000, -. Lending strategy that do have a percentage of 90% with the criteria very well. information about the debtor has a percentage of 77% with the criteria as well. interverensi of debtors, employers and owners have prosenase as much as 34% by both criteria. And competition among RBs or other financial institutions have a percentage of 93% with the criteria very well.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara ikatan keuangan, ikatan sosial dan ikatan struktural secara langsung dan tidak langsung terhadap loyalitas nasabah serta mengetahui pengaruh antara kepuasan terhadap loyalitas nasabah. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada nasabah yang sedang melakukan transaksi di Bank BRI Kantor Unit Pageruyung. Pengujian dan pengolahan data menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS 16. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial ikatan keuangan, ikatan sosial, dan ikatan struktural berpengaruh positif secara langsung terhadap loyalitas nasabah. Serta kepuasan berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas nasabah. Namun, secara parsial ikatan keuangan, ikatan sosial, dan ikatan struktural tidak berpengaruh positif secara tidak langsung terhadap loyalitas nasabah. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa apabila ikatan keuangan, ikatan sosial dan ikatan struktural yang diterapkan meningkat, maka loyalitas nasabah juga akan meningkat. Serta apabila kepuasan nasabah meningkat, maka loyalitaspun akan meningkat.The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of financial bonding, social bonding, and the structural bonding directly and indirectly on customer loyalty, and also to determine the effect of customer satisfaction toward customer loyalty.The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to customers who are conducting transactions at Bank BRI unit Pageruyung. Testing and processing of data using SPSS software.The results showed that partially financial bonding, social bonding, and the structural bonding have positive effect on customer loyalty. And satisfaction has a positive effect on customer loyalty. On the other hand, financial bonding, social bonding, and the structural bonding partially have no positive effect on customer loyalty.So it can be concluded that if financial bonding, social bonding, and the structural bonding is applied increased, it will also increase customer loyalty. As well as increased customer satisfaction, then loyalty increased.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keputusan investasi, keputusan pendanaan dan kebijakan dividen terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2009-2011 yang berjumlah 35 perusahaan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah keputusan investasi yang diukur dengan price earning ratio berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan yang diukur dengan price book value, keputusan pendanaan yang diukur dengan debt to equity ratio berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan yang dukur dengan price book value dan kebijakan dividen yang diukur dengan dividend payout ratio berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan yang dikur dengan price book value.This study aimed to determine the effect of investment decisions, financing decisions and dividend policy on firm value. The sample in this study is a manufacturing company in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2009-2011 period totaling 35 companies. The result is that investment decisions are measured with a price-earnings ratio and a significant positive effect on firm value as measured by price-book value, funding decisions are measured with the debt to equity ratio significant negative effect on firm value that dukur to book value and price policy dividend payout ratio was measured with a positive and significant effect on firm value that dikur the book value price.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh experiential marketing dan kepuasan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Rumah Makan Pring Asri. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pelanggan Rumah Makan Pring Asri dan sampel yang diambil sebanyak 115 responden, dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah experiential marketing, kepuasan pelanggan dan loyalitas pelanggan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuesioner yang diukur dengan menggunakan skala likert. Untuk menganalisis menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif persentase dan analisis regresi berganda.This study aimed to determine the effect of experiential marketing and customer satisfaction to customer loyalty Eating Pring Asri. The population was customers Eating Pring Asri and samples taken 115 respondents, selected using accidental sampling technique. Variables used in this study is experiential marketing, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Methods of data collection using questionnaires that measured using a Likert scale. To analyze the percentage using descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh antara EPS, PER, ROA, DER dan MVA terhadap Harga Saham, baik secara simultan maupun parsial, pada perusahaan dalam kelompok Jakarta Islamic Index Tahun 2008-2011. Teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian dipilih secara purposive sampling dari 30 perusahaan dalam kelompok Jakarta Islamic Index yang menjadi populasi penelitian dan 21 perusahaan yang menjadi sampel penelitian. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan EPS, PER, ROA, DER dan MVA berpengaruh terhadap Harga Saham dalam Kelompok JII tahun 2008-2011, dan secara parsial hanya EPS, PER dan MVA yang berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Harga Saham sedangkan ROA dan DER tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga Saham dalam Kelompok JII tahun 2008-2011.This research aimed to test the effect of EPS, PER, ROA, DER and MVA on stock price, either simultaneously or partially, the companies in the group Jakarta Islamic Index Year 2008-2011. Sampling techniques were selected by purposive random sampling of 30 companies in the group that became the Jakarta Islamic Index study population and 21 companies were selected as sample. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that simultaneous EPS, PER, ROA, DER and MVA affect the stock price in year groups 2008-2011, and partially just EPS, PER and MVA were significant positive effect on stock price while the ROA and DER no significant effect on Stock prices in the year 2008-2011 JII Group.
