Abstract

Management curriculum is one of the primary management substances at school. Basic princeples of curriculum management is tryingto let the learning process can be run well. Talents kindergarten is inclusion in Semarang who receive learners with the various needs of children without distinction, either normal or children in need special. Formulation of the problem in the writing of this is how the planning, implementation, and evalution of the curriculum in the kindergarten school of Semarang Talents as inclusion. This type of research is qualitative research in methods of case studies. Data collextion method using observation, interview, and documentation. The data obtained are examined the validity of the data with the triangulation of sources and triangulation methods. Data were analyzed with the interactive model of data analysis, techniques Miles and Huberman. Based on data analysis, planning curriculum in kindergarten Talents Semarang arranged through work meetings between the principal and the teacher to design a learning device refers to the 2013 curriculum, early childhood education program that includes annual, semester, weekly, and daily. For children in need of special school still in the drafting stage of Talents as the school inclusion is basiclly almost the same with other conventional school. The curriculum used in reference to 2013 curriculum, early childhood education. The implementation of the curriculum through the learning process includes the structuring materials and tool main, welcoming the presence of children, play facilities, the line enters the classroom, morning devotion, transition, opening activities, the core activity of playing on central, eat together portlnd, closing activities, and the evaluation activities on that day. Curriculum evaluation activitites carried out regularly once a week by teachers and principals on Friday, while reports of child development reported to parents each semester through report cards.

Abstract

The provision of environmental education can be provided in accordance with the competencies in the 2013 curriculum of core competencies number 3 and 4 which can not be separated from each other as they are interconnected, containing knowledge and skills that can provide environmental education. Children have the skills and knowledge in the form of skills in solving problems, especially problems in the environment. This research uses qualitative method with descriptive research type in early childhood of Taman Belia Candi Semarang. Data collection in this study includes observation, interview and documentation. Interview with headmaster, head of curriculum, all central teachers and students from kindergarten class A student of Taman Belia Candi Semarang City. Environmental Education. Provision of environmental education in early childhood of Taman Belia Candi is given indirectly and activities. There are several factors that support and hinder the provision of environmental education. Supporting factors are; Improved curriculum, clean and healthy living habits, provision of hygiene aids, good communication with parents, and out-of-school visits for strengthening knowledge. Inhibiting factors include; Changing child responsiveness and lack of teacher and parent collaboration to develop the curriculum.

Abstract

One of the tasks of early childhood educator is to design a lesson plan, such One of the tasks of early childhood educators is to design a lesson plan, as RPPM and RPPH. However, there are educators who are still not able to develop their creativity in making lesson plans, so educators copy and paste other people learning plan without including the source or the so-called plagiarism. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of plagiarism in the planning of learning in early childhood educators in the Gugus Cut Nyak Dien, Kecamatan Margadana, Kota Tegal. The population in this study are all educators in the Gugus Cut Nyak Dien which amounted to 51 educators. The samples used in this study was 51 educators to use sampling techniques saturated. Data collection methods used in this study was a questionnaire. Methods of data analysis using simple linear regression analysis with SPSS for Windows Version 20. Based on the results of the study, showed that plagiarism in planning the learning effect in inhibiting the creativity of early childhood educators in the cluster Cut Nyak Dien, ie 66.4%.

Abstract

This study begins from the importance of developing the competence of PAUD educators in Semarang City. It caused by the variations of educational level qualifications that ultimately affect the competence of PAUD educators. The objective of this study is to examine the role of HIMPAUDI of Semarang in developing the competence of PAUD educators and the factors that inhibit the development of PAUD educators’ competence in the Semarang. This study uses qualitative approach with descriptive method and the instruments of the data collection are interview, observation and documentation.The findings of this study shows that the planning of PAUD educators’ competence development program done through the analysis of the identification of PAUD educators’ needs, so that the improvement of PAUD educators’ competence program is expected to solve their problems. The program of increasing the competence of PAUD educators implemented in the main program, that are tiered training, seminars, workshop and competitions for PAUD educators. To follow up the program of increasing the competence of PAUD educators, HIMPAUDI conducted an assessment by monitoring the progress of PAUD educators through HIMPAUDI branch and involving principals at PAUD institutions in Semarang. There are some obstacles in the effort of developing the competence of PAUD educators; funding, communication and determining the appropriate activity for the development of personality and social competence of PAUD educators.
