Abstract

In the process of teaching and learning activities at Integrated Islamic Elementary School Bina Amal 1 Semarang, a Qira'ati teacher is required to be able to master learning management including planning, implementation and evaluation properly and correctly so that implementation in the field can run effectively and efficiently. This study aims to determine the objective conditions planning, implementation and evaluation as well as supporting and inhibiting factors. This study used a qualitative approach through interviews with the vice principal and coordinator of Qira'ati. The results of the interview with the deputy principal and the Qira'ati coordinator resulted in an analysis that the Qira'ati method of planning learning to read and write the Qur'an includes the annual program, semester program and syllabus. While the implementation process includes preliminary activities, core activities and closing. In the evaluation of learning there are 4 stages, namely evaluation of page increments, evaluation of volumes, semester evaluations, and final learning evaluations. Supporting factors involve existing stakeholders. Mean while, the inhibiting factor is that the teacher does not master the theory and practice in the field, the difference in the level of intelligence between students and students are less active in learning. To produce quality Qira'ati teachers, a Qira'ati teacher training program and a Qira'ati shahadah teacher program are held.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the RAPBS (School Revenue and Expenditure Budget Plan) including the source of funds originating from BOS (School Operational Assistance). This study uses a qualitative design, taking full advantage of the ways of interpretation by presenting it in the form of a description. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique. Methods of data collection in this study use interview techniques, observation, and documentary studies. The results of the study indicate that the principal has placed a team in the management of education funds. Education funds are managed in a flexible, accountable, and transparent manner according to procedures. In the initial stage, the team carried out financial planning by compiling a list of items to be spent. At the stage of implementing the financing of goods, the team made transactions through a non-cash system, so that all funds were in the school's account and could only be used according to the approved budget plan. In the supervision process, the realization of the RAPBS is supervised by officials. Finally, as a form of accountability for financial management, the team printed several accounting reports documents.

Abstract

The national curriculum at the Teacher Training Institute (LPTK) produces no difference in financial literacy competencies between teachers in public and private schools. In fact, financial literacy varies among students in private and public schools. The paper focuses on the analysis of teacher competence in public and private schools. The primary data were 22 private and public school teachers and were analyzed using the student test (t-test). The result of the research is that there is no difference in financial literacy between teachers in public and private schools. Teachers as a complement to students' financial literacy. As a result, if students are more social, economic, indifferent between public and private schools, and complemented, the teacher is more competent.

Abstract

The online learning system used by most higher education institutions is moodle. Researchers will also use Moodle as a source of student activity data. Student activity data, including the frequency of accessing the LMS, the number of assignments completed, and the amount of material accessed, can be retrieved and analyzed through data stored in Moodle. Researchers took data in the first and even semesters using the Learning Analytics method combined with statistical analysis and data analytics. The results showed that the submission variable that shows the frequency of completion of students completing assignments or quizzes has a positive influence and a significant correlation to the final score in 1 school year. The duration and action variables both showed insignificant and even negative impacts on students' acquisition of final grades. In addition, the duration and action variables have a solid insignificant correlation to the acquisition of the final value.

Abstract

Along with the dynamics of organizational activity, archive management activities in the office are becoming increasingly dynamic. Many office practitioners have difficulty managing archives because they lack a good understanding of archive management both conventionally and electronically. This research focuses on the management of digital archives at the Faculty of Law, UNNES by analyzing the obstacles to digital archive management. The method used in the study is qualitative to descriptive research. The result of the research is that the archiving system carried out by the Archives Processor of the Faculty of Law has not been optimally carried out because they do not understand digital archives, with the creation of archive manuals/guidelines digital is expected to be an archive processor at the Faculty of Law to easily carry out digital archive management, thus the digital document storage system has a good influence on the performance of archive managers and for archive processors on stored documents. The application of this research is the ease of managing archives by moving, and finding documents implemented effectively and efficiently for not too long.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to examine, analyze and develop the concept of leadership, namely the relevance and implications of the values of Kawruh Jiwa Ki Ageng Suryomentaram on the leadership of the principal. The results of the study prove that the concept and value of Kawruh Jiwa Suryomentaram can be applied to the leadership of the principal because of its universal nature. Kawruh Jiwa functions to create a healthy personality that focuses on kandha-takon which is based on a pengawiyakan pribadi process that is used to ngudari reribed internal and interpersonal faced by the principal. The quality of Manungsa tanpa tenger in Ukuran IV: jiwa Kramadangsa is not bound by an exclusive identity, but raos sami, raos bebas and raos bungah as characteristics of humanism whose principle is to understand raos piyambak then we will weruh raos liyan. Personal Manungsa tanpa tenger places every reribed through introspective behavior as a mboten raos leres attitude. The ngudari reribed technique as part of the means of making feelings through kandha-takon in Junggringan which aims to convey the idea of a healthy raos experience that gives birth to raos sih which plays an important role in relationships between school members to avoid conflict and serves as a guide for leaders to think, behave and act appropriately in harmony. These moral principles and values are expected to optimize performance and avoid conflict to achieve more advanced visons missions and school goals.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and produce digital marketing management products through websites and social media at Al-Furqon Vocational School. The type of research is Research and Development (R & D) using the Borg & Gall development model with modifications to the research and development steps by Sugiyono consisting of potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design revision, product testing, product revisions, and final products. The research subjects are admins and teachers at SMK Al-Furqon. Data collection techniques are literature study, interviews, and questionnaires. The instruments used are expert validation questionnaires and product trials. The data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that digital marketing management through websites and social media was feasible to be tested after being declared valid by design experts and material experts. The results of the assessment of the research subject stated that it was very good and feasible to use. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that digital marketing management through websites and social media has met the categories of validity, practicality, and efficiency so that it is suitable for use in Al-Furqon Vocational School.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate teacher performance, its supporting and hindering factors, as well as solutions to the hindering factors in 21st-century learning management. one of the most crucial school goals is the development of student skills, since, with technologically pervasive prospects in all fields, including education, economics, communication, and politics, students are required to have a wide range of abilities, particularly in the field of information and communication technology. This is since science and technology is the heart of information system in the digital era. The emphasis of the learning foundation is on the process of forming and developing student competencies as demanded by the needs of the 21st century. It is a qualitative descriptive study. The object of this study is the lesson plans compiled by teachers participating in the madrasa learning management training in Jepara Regency in 2022. The data were gathered through documentation studies, observations, and interviews. The results suggested that participants in the Madrasah Learning Management Training in Jepara Regency in 2022 indicated good performance in 21st-century learning management. The supporting factors that contributed to teacher performance comprise motivation, competence, and work environment. Whereas, the hindering factors include work environment, principal’s leadership, motivation, and competence. Several steps were taken to overcome the hindering factors of teacher performance, such as providing facilities and infrastructure to support teaching and learning activities in a madrasa, by encouraging principals’ roles as a supervisor and a leader, and teachers’ efforts to improve their competencies independently.

Abstract

The research aim to analyze teaching factory as product-based learning model that utilizes the synergy of schools with industry to produce graduates who are competent and in line with the needs of the business and industry world. The CIPP program evaluation model is designed to improve the program implementation system comprehensively so that it can be considered in the future for implementing the program. SMK Pancasila 1 Kutoarjo has implemented a teaching factory learning program in order to improve the competence of its students. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, for data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Researchers conducted interviews with school principals, program administrators, TBSM skill competency heads and teachers of automotive productive subjects at SMK Pancasila 1 Kutoarjo. The results of this study indicate that; (1) the results of the context evaluation regarding the implementation of the teaching factory learning program are in line with the school's vision, mission, and goals, (2) the results of the evaluation of inputs have gone well, 3) the results of the evaluation of the process in the teaching factory learning program have gone well because so far the learning process of the program has been running well according to the plan and has not encountered any significant obstacles; (3) the results of product evaluation in the implementation of the teaching factory learning program have gone well.

Abstract

In an environment full of changes, both due to the Covid-19 pandemic and the technological advancements, teachers as employees of an organization needed adaptive performance to support organizational success. Employee Adaptive Performance was related to many factors, such as organizational climate, knowledge sharing behavior and innovative work behavior. This study aimed to examine the effect of organizational climate, knowledge sharing behavior, and innovative work behavior to the employee adaptive performance of the teachers. The research subjects were the entire population of the teachers at Sekolah Musik Indonesia in nine cities, a total of 131 teachers. This study used a quantitative approach PLS-SEM with path analysis. The results showed that organizational climate, knowledge sharing behavior, and innovative work behavior had a positive effect on employee adaptive performance
