Abstract

The aim research to know spatial distribution villages affected drought, characteristics disaster households drought, and household preparedness drought in district Bringin. Research method is quantitative descriptive. Technique data collection with the documentation, questionaire, interview, observation. Sampling techniques using sampling area to find sample region examined villages with level regions drought and technique purposive random sampling specified village samples and sampling proportional to number each region samples taken together. Result spatial distribution villages affected drought consists three categories low, medium and high. Low class village named Truko, medium categories named Wiru, high categories named Rembes. Household characteristics drought in village of Truko classified well to support drought preparedness, Wiru Village classified as a household characteristics enough to support drought preparedness, while villages classified as Rembes not good. Level of village preparedness. Preparedness household in Truko including ready, Villages Wiru quite ready, while Villages Rembes not ready.

Abstract

Kecamatan Kaliwungu terletak di wilayah pesisir Kabupaten Kendal yang memiliki potensi perikanan tambak. Dengan adanya penelitian ini maka diharapkan dapat menentukan lokasi tambak yang sesuai. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah mengetahui kesesuaian lahan untuk budidaya perikanan tambak di Kecamatan Kaliwungu Kabupaten Kendal. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua satuan lahan di Kecamatan Kaliwungu Kabupaten Kendal. Sampel pada penelitian ini diambil berdasarkan beberapa satuan lahan yang ada, penentuan titik lokasi sampel berdasarkan tenik Purposive area sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis metode overlay dan scoring. Hasil analisis spasial menunjukkan penyebaran kelas lahan untuk budidaya tambak adalah : 1) Kelas Sesuai untuk Budidaya Tambak (S1), luasnya 2861,059 ha dengan persentase 59,83%. 2) Kelas Cukup Sesuai untuk Budidaya Tambak (S2), luasnya 1720,249 ha dengan persentase 35,97%. 3) Kelas Tidak Sesuai untuk Budidaya Tambak (N), luasnya 200,807 ha dengan persentase 4,20%. Saran sebagai rekomendasi berdasarkan analisis yang diteliti kawasan kelas sesuai untuk budidaya tambak berada di daerah yang memiliki penggunaan lahan seperti kebun, sawah, tegalan.  Untuk kelas cukup sesuai ini penggunaan lahannya sebagian besar ada di wilayah sawah, pemukiman, hutan rawa, hutan pantai, dan kebun. Sedangkan kawasan kelas tidak sesuai penggunaan lahannya berada di pertambangan, pemukiman, dan kebun. Perlu  dilakukan  penelitian lanjutan  tentang  lokasi untuk  budidaya  tambak yang berada di Kecamatan Kaliwungu Kabupaten Kendal. Penegakkan peraturan pemerintah mendukung kelancaran budidaya tambak dan ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana produksi untuk budidaya  tambak. Subdistrict Kaliwungu located in coastal areas that have the potential Kendal fishing pond. With the existence of this study it is expected to determine the appropriate location of the pond. The aim of the study was to determine the suitability of land for aquaculture ponds in District Kaliwungu Kendal. The population in this study were all land units in District Kaliwungu Kendal. Samples were taken by some of the existing land units, determining the location of sampling points based tenik purposive sampling area. This study uses an overlay method of analysis and scoring. The results of the spatial analysis shows the distribution of land classes for aquaculture are: 1) Class Suitable for Aquaculture Pond (S1), the extent of 2861.059 ha with percentage 59.83%. 2) Class Quite Suitable for Aquaculture Pond (S2), the extent of 1720.249 ha with percentage 35.97%. 3) Class Not Suitable for Aquaculture Pond (N), the extent of 200.807 ha with percentage of 4.20%. Suggestions as recommendations based on the analysis of the studied region corresponding class for aquaculture are in areas that have land use such as gardens, fields, moor. Quite appropriate for this class of land use largely in the area of ​​rice fields, residential, swamp forest, coastal forest, and garden. While not appropriate class neighborhood located in the mining land use, settlement, and gardens. Further research needs to be done on location for aquaculture in Sub Kaliwungu Kendal. Enforcement of regulations to support the smooth aquaculture and the availability of facilities and infrastructure for aquaculture production.

Abstract

Petani merupakan bentuk mata pencaharian yang digeluti oleh mayoritas masyarakat di Desa Bulung Cangkring Kabupaten Kudus. Bencana alam berupa banjir membuat petani di desa tersebut mengalami kondisi krisis, dimana mereka tidak dapat bercocok tanam untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menjawab rumusan masalah yang muncul yaitu untuk mengetahui tingkat kerentanan petani dan upaya pemenuhan kebutuhan oleh petani di kawasan rawan genangan banjir. Ruang lingkup dalam penelitian ini adalah semua komponen yang berada di Desa Bulung Cangkring Kecamatan Jekulo Kabupaten Kudus. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah petani di Desa Bulung Cangkring. Data dikumpulkan dengan cara wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data penelitian dianalisis secara analisis domain dan analisis taksonomi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pertanian di daerah penelitian masih dalam bentuk pertanian budaya. Kerentanan sumber daya alam yang disebabkan langsung oleh datangnya banjir yang menggenangi lahan pertanian. Pada sumber daya manusia, tingkat pendidikan petani rata-rata masih rendah, yang berdampak pada sifat petani yang sulit diarahkan. Sumber daya keuangan mempunyai kerentanan berupa kurangnya modal yang dimiliki petani untuk menggarap lahan pertanian. Sumber daya fisik tidak terlalu memberikan sumbangan kerentanan kepada petani karena baik aset pribadi maupun umum dinilai baik. Farmers is a form of livelihood cultivated by the majority of the people in the village Bulung Cangkring Kudus District. Natural disasters such as floods make the peasants in the village is experiencing a crisis, where they can not grow crops to make ends meet. The purpose of this study was to answer the research question will be to test the vulnerability of farmers and addressing the needs of farmers in areas prone to flood inundation. The scope of this research is all the components are in the Village District Bulung Cangkring Jekulo Kudus District. Informants in this study is a farmer in the village of Bulung Cangkring. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data were analyzed by analysis of the domain and taxonomic analysis. The results of this study indicate that agriculture in the study area is in the form of agricultural culture. Vulnerability of natural resources caused directly by the flood that inundated farmland. In human resources, the level of education of farmers on average is low, the impact on farmers properties that are difficult directed. Financial resources in the form of lack of capital has vulnerabilities growers to cultivate agricultural land. Physical resources contributed less susceptibility to farmers because both private and public assets rated as good.

Abstract

Kabupaten Bekasi yang secara geografis berada di sebelah timur dari Provinsi DKI Jakarta menjadi salah satu daerah pendukungnya (hynterland), dengan demikian pembangunan daerah dapat menjadi lebih cepat. Melihat juga di Kabupaten Bekasi sudah terdapat banyak industri besar sehingga mampu memberikan masukan pendapatan daerah yang cukup besar. Penelitian ini bertujuan: 1) Mengetahui kondisi sarana prasarana transportasi 2) mengukur tingkat aksesibilitas 3) mengukur interaksi wilayah dan  4) memberikan pertimbangan lokasi ibukota untuk calon Ibukota Kabupaten Bekasi Utara. Metode penelitian  adalah metode penelitian survei, dengan obyek penelitian adalah kecamatan yang menjadi menjadi calon lokasi ibukota di daerah proyeksi pemekaran wilayah. Penelitian dilakukan di  Kabupaten Bekasi yang sedang berproses untuk pemekaran wilayah. Tehnik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara dengan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah analisis deskriptif, perhitungan dengan Accesibility index, model gravitasi dan analisis perbandingan. Hasil penelitian berupa pertimbangan lokasi ibukota baru di daerah proyeksi pemekaran Kabupaten Bekasi Utara, dengan lokasi prioritas pertama berada di Kecamatan Sukatani.   Bekasi Regency which geographically reside in eastside from DKI Jakarta Provinsi become one of its supporter area ( hynterland), thereby the area development can become quicker. See also in Bekasi Regency have there are a lot of big industry so that able to give big enough area earnings input.The purpose of the study to: 1) Determine the condition of transportation infrastructure 2) measuring the level of accessibility 3) measuring the region’s interaction and 4) giving consideration for the location of the capital of North Bekasi District. The research method that will be used is the survey method, with the research object is the district that will become a candidate for location of the capital in the projection of regional expansion. Research was conducted in Bekasi District which being proceed to a regional expansion. Data collection techniques are including observation, documentation, and interviews with questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used in the study is a descriptive analysis and calculation with accessibility index, gravity models, and scale analysis . Results of the research is a consideration of the new capital location in projection of regional expansion of North Bekasi District, which the first priority location is in Sukatani District.

Abstract

Changes in ecosystems with cultivation in Sub DAS Garang Hulu led to problems of erosion in the uplands and sedimentation in downstream areas, so it needs to be done through the calculation of the prediction results of the sediment. The purpose of this study is to calculate the sediment in Garang Hulu using MUSLE (Modified Universal Soil Loss Equation). The results showed the results of sediment (sediment yield) is out of Garang Hulu varies. The largest sediment occurred on February 6, 2010 at 23.1313 tons / events and the smallest occurred on February 15, 2010 amounted to 1.4025 tons / occurrence of rain events on 19 January to 4 March 2010. Prediction the result of analysis using the method MUSLE with constanta a = 11.6 and b = 0.56 shows that results are significantly different from an analysis using field measurements. Having made application for a method with constants a = 309.350 b = 0.332 and the results obtained sediment was not significantly different from field measurements at 95% significance level. While the application of the method remains significantly different from the results of field measurements of sediment due to the high surface flow

Abstract

The dynamic development of Semarang was based on the development activity which brought the physical and social changes. The purposes of this research were to analyze the dynamics and variation of cities system development and the city character to choose or to determine the new alternative growth pole in Semarang, so that the area development distributed evenly. This research used descriptive analysis method with secondary data analysis. The areas of the research were 16 subdistricts in Semarang. The variables used were demografics and public facility. The former was used to analyze the hierarchy system and cities; while the latest was used to analyze the city character (city classes), to analyze the Spearman correlation and the making of area typology. In addition, the the program of Arc View was used to spatial analysis or mapping. The conclusion of this research was there was the primacy decreasing in Semarang followed by the increasing of the suburban area role which became the new growth pole. In addition, the researcher recommands the government to take political will policy in order to take some actions based on the research results by determining political document.

Abstract

National road in Semarang regency have traffic load is very high with the problems of Traffic jam and traffic accidents. The purpose of this research are: 1) Identify the characteristics of the location of critical points of congestion and traffic accident-prone areas. 2) Make the handling of traffic jams. 3) Make the handling of a traffic accident in accident-prone areas. The method used in this study using quantitative research analysis technique level of service (LOS) and for crash analysis technique Z-Score as well as the ranking of the crash site to identify accident-prone areas. The research result is a level of service across the national road into the sample Semarang regency, during peak hour have class LoS D until class LoS E, and the average LoS C during the hours roll. Roads that identified accident-prone areas include roads Ungaran-Bawen with the number of the accidents amounted to 314 events with a Z-score of 1.80 and the accident rate 34.20 (100JPKP), roads Bawen-Salatiga with the accidents amounted to 142 events with the value of Z-score of 0.02 and the accident rate 35.47 (100JPKP) and roads Bawen-Temanggung with the accidents amounted to 176 events with a Z-score of 0.37 and the accident rate 21.35 (100JPKP).

Abstract

Pati Regency is one of the largest rice-producing areas nationwide. However, data on the productivity of rice plants have been inadequate. So it appears the problem, 1) how the productivity of rice and how to estimate productivity of rice in support of food self-sufficiency program in Pati District? Population rice area Pati regency with Sample 85 points based on the interpretation of NDVI. The sampling method is simple random sampling. The first variable is productivity of paddy and the second variable is rice productivity estimates. The research instrument used questionnaire. Data analysis using the digital image interpretation technique and quantitative descriptive. Comparing the results mean produtivitas rice by BPS with the results of the study (2014) 5.43 with 5.5 tons / ha, the difference of 0.07 tons / ha. Among the data DISPERTANAK with the results of the study (2015) 109480 with 106,188.62 ha / year. There is a difference of 3.00%. So that remote sensing methods utilizing NDVI value in rice plants can be used to estimate the harvest area.
