Abstract

Title (Bahasa Indonesia): Pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan pengguna jasa di Pelabuhan Perikanan Samudera (PPS) Bitung, Indonesia This study evaluates the effect of service quality on the service users’ utilization in the Ocean Fisheries Port (OFP) of Bitung, Indonesia. It employed 3 quantitative methods,Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), Importance Performance Analysis and Gap Analysis. From 14 services, there were 13 services categorized as satisfactory services. It means that Ocean Fisheries Port of Bitung has performed well in most of its functions. The unsatisfactory one was clean water service. To increase the users’ level of satisfaction in the OFP of Bitung, improvement needs to be done in the services of ship arrival and departure document preparation, fishing vessel log book inspection, recommendation for subsidized fuel use, fish catch certification, port hygiene, entrance ticket, information building rental, electricity, clean water supply, equipment rental, and mooring. Penelitian tentang pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan pengguna jasa di Pelabuhan Perikanan Samudera (PPS) Bitung, Indonesia, telah dilakukan. Dengan mengunakan 3 metode kuantitatif, yaitu Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), Importance Performance Analysis dan Gap Analisis, didapat hasil sebagai berikut: dari 14 layanan, terdapat 13 layanan yang mendapatkan predikat puas meskipun tidak ada yang sangat memuaskan. Ini dapat diartikan, bahwa PPS Bitung telah melakukan tugas pokok dan fungsinya dengan baik. Hanya ada satu pelayanan yang kurang memuaskan, yaitu pelayanan air bersih. Untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna jasa/stakeholder di PPS Bitung, maka perbaikan perlu dilakukan terhadap pelayanan persiapan dokumen kedatangan dan keberangkatan kapal, log book penangkapan ikan, rekomendasi bahan bakar minyak solar subsidi, sertifikat hasil tangkapan ikan, kebersihan kolam pelabuhan dan kebersihan pelabuhan, pas masuk, sewa lahan bangunan informasi, jasa listrik, jasa air bersih, sewa peralatan, dan tambat labuh.

Abstract

Title (Bahasa Indonesia): Pengoptimalan penggunaan dermaga di Pelabuhan Perikanan Samudera Bitung, Sulawesi Utara, Indonesia. This study was aimed to determine the basic and functional facilities conditions in the ocean fishing port of Bitung and analyze the level of utilization of basic and functional facilities. This research used a descriptive method, in which data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature reviews. Results indicated that the basic facilities, such as port, reclaimed land, docks 1 and 2, and the complex, were in good condition. The functional facilities were also good, so that the the fishing port of Bitung has met the requirements of technical and operational criteria for fisheries activities. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kondisi fasilitas dasar dan fungsional yang ada di Pelabuhan Perikanan Samudera (PPS) Bitung dan menganalisis tingkat pemanfaatan fasilitas dasar dan fungsional yang ada di PPS Bitung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif di mana data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka. Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan, bahwa fasilitas pokok yang terdiri dari lahan pelabuhan, lahan reklamasi, dermaga 1 dan 2, serta jalan komplek dalam kondisi baik dan fasilitas fungsional di PPS Bitung juga dalam kondisi baik, sehingga PPS Bitung sudah sesuai dengan kriteria teknis dan operasional dalam kegiatan perikanan.

Abstract

Title (Bahasa Indonesia): Persepsi masyarakat terhadap penerapan eco-fishing port di Pelabuhan Perikanan Samudera (PPS) Bitung, Sulawesi Utara. This study was aimed to analyze public perception on the Eco Fishing Port, in Ocean Fishing Port of Bitung, North Sulawesi. It used interviews and questionnaires to all  stakeholders of the fisheries port. The analysis employed SWOT to study internal and external factors affecting the Eco Fishing Port management. Based on the SWOT analysis, the policy strategy of the Eco Fishing Port implementation in Bitung should apply many priority action plans, such as program continuity through government and private budget collaboration, possible extension of fisheries port area, appointment of professional manager of fish landing center, product diversification, waste utilization, environmentally friendly and renewable energy utilization, and blue economic concept-based stakeholder development approach. An integrated waste water treatment installation and reporting development of environmental management plan should also be done through implementation of ISO=14.001 management and certification  In addition, increased attention needs to focus on social and economic development, periodic environmental impact analysis, environmental hygiene, port facility restructure, better management of fish landing center space, and port ecology. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis persepsi masyarakat terhadap eco-fishing port (EFP) di Pelabuhan Perikanan Samudera (PPS) Bitung, Provinsi Sulawesi Utara. Metode penelitian menggunakan wawancara mendalam dan kuisioner kepada seluruh stakeholder pelabuhan perikanan ini. Analisis SWOT juga digunakan untuk mengawali kajian internal dan eksternal faktor yang mempengaruhi pengelolaan EFP. Hasil analisis menunjukkan, strategi kebijakan penerapan EFP di Kota Bitung, perlu disusun rencana tindak prioritas terkait dengan keberlanjutan program melalui kolaborasi pendanaan antara pemerintah dan konsorsium (swasta nasional/internasional), perluasan daerah PPS Bitung sesuai ketersedian lahan yang memungkinkan, penunjukan pengelola tempat pendaratan ikan (TPI) yang professional, diversifikasi produk, pemanfaatan limbah, pemanfaatan energi ramah lingkungan dan terbarukan, dan pendekatan pembinaan stakeholder dengan konsep blue economy. Pengembangan instalasi pengelolaan air limbah terpadu dan peningkatan pelaporan Rencana Kelola Lingkungan (RPL) juga perlu dilakukan melalui pelaksanaan manajemen dan sertifikasi ISO 14.001. Di samping itu, peningkatan perhatian perlu juga difokuskan pada pengembangan aspek sosial dan ekonomi, dampak lingkungan sesuai kondisi terkini, manajemen sanitasi lingkungan, restrukturisasi fasilitas pelabuhan perikanan, kualitas konstruksi dan tataruang tempat pendaratan ikan (TPI), dan ekologi pelabuhan.

Abstract

Title (Bahasa Indonesia): Profil asam lemak dari campuran minyak ikan tongkol (Euthynnus spp.) dan ikan lele (Clarias sp.) dalam berbagai perbandingan. The purpose of this study was to determine the fatty acid profile. Samples of mixed tuna (Euthynnus spp.) oil and catfish (Clarias sp.) oil of 1 ml : 1 ml, 1 ml : ¾ ml, and 1 ml : ½ ml ratio were prepared. The fatty acid profile analysis used gas chromatography. Results showed that saturated fatty acids (SFA) consisted of myristic acid, pentadecanoic acid, palmitic acid, eikosatetranoic acid and stearic acid. The SFA content in 1 ml: 1 ml ratio reached 42.79%, followed by 1 ml : ¾ ml ratio, 41.23 %,and then 1 ml : ½ ml ratio, 40.07 %. Mono unsaturated fatty acids (MUFA) comprised palmitoleic acid, eicosenoic acid, and oleic acid. MUFA content was the highest, 28.19% at  1 ml: 1 ml ratio, followed by 1 ml : ¾ ml ratio, 26.66 %, and 1 ml : ½ ml ratio, 24.24%. Poly unsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) consisted of linoleic acid, eicosatetranoic acid, EPA, and linolenic acid. PUFA content was 34.18% in 1 ml : 1 ml ratio, followed by 1 ml : ¾ ml ratio, 29.45 %, and 1 ml : ½ ml ratio, 22.89 %. As conclusion, the oil mixture of tuna fish (Euthynnus spp.) and catfish (Clarias sp.) contains saturated fatty acids (SFA), mono unsaturated fatty acids (MUFA), and poly unsaturated fattyacids (PUFA). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui profil asam lemak. Sampel minyak ikan campuran minyak ikan trongkol (Euthynnus spp.)dan ikan lele (Clarias sp.) dibuat dengan perbandingan 1 ml : 1 ml, 1 ml : ¾ ml dan 1 :ml : ½ ml. Analisis profil asam lemak menggunakan Gas Kromotografi (GC).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa asam lemak jenuh (SFA) terdiri atas asam miristat, asam pentadekanoat, asam palmitat, asam eikosatetranoat dan asam stearat. Kandungan SFA pada perbandingan 1 ml : 1 ml sebesar 42,79%, 1 ml : ¾ ml sebesar 41,23%, dan 1 ml : ½ ml sebesar 40,07% . Asam lemak tidak jenuh tunggal (MUFA) terdiri atas asam palmitoleinat, asam eikosenat dan asam oleat. Kandungan MUFA pada perbandingan 1ml : 1 ml sebesar 28,19%, 1 ml : ¾ ml sebesar 26,66%, dan 1 ml : ½ ml sebesar 24,24%. Asam lemak tidak jenuh ganda (PUFA) terdiri atas asam linoleat, asam eikosatetranoat, EPA dan asam linolenat. Kandungan PUFA pada perbandingan 1 ml : 1 ml sebesar 34,18%, 1 ml : ¾ ml sebesar 29,45%, dan 1 ml : ½ ml sebesar 22,89%. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa campuran minyak ikan trongkol (Euthynnus spp.)dan ikan lele (Clarias sp.) mengandung asam lemak jenuh (SFA), asam lemak tidak jenuh tunggal (MUFA) dan asam lemak tidak jenuh ganda (PUFA).

Abstract

Title (Bahasa Indonesia): Histopatologi daging dan hati ikan kakap putih (Lates calcarifer) pada musim berbeda dari Perairan Teluk Kao yang tercemar merkuri (Hg), Halmahera Utara, Indonesia. Fish caught in Kao Gulf waters has been contaminated by mercury in low concentration. This study aimed to identify and analyze the impact of mercury (Hg). Water, sediment and fish samples were taken using a plastic scoop, a grab, and fishing. Hg content analysis used AAS (atomic absorption spectrophotometer). While the histopathological analysis of the fish meat and liver used automated slide stainer and microscope. Hg concentration of Kobok and Taolas river water in dry season and rainy season was not safe to consume according to Indonesian National Standard of 7387/2009 for natural mineral water. Hg concentration of the sediment also did not meet the Indonesian quality standard according to Government Regulation Numbered 82/2001. Fish were still allowed to be consumed. The meat and liver histopathology  in dry and rainy season had tissue cell change, such as edema, degeneration hydrophic, and lamellae fusion. Ikan yang tertangkap di Perairan Teluk Kao telah terkontaminasi dengan merkuri dalam jumlah rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis dampak pencemaran merkuri (Hg) dengan menginformasikan keamanan konsumsi ikan Kakap Putih di perairan Teluk Kao Halmahera Utara.  Sampel air diambil mengunakan gayung plastik, sampel sedimen dengan alat grab sampler sedangkan sampel ikan mengunakan alat pacing. Analisis kandungan Hg air, sedimen dan ikan dengan metode AAS (atomic absorption spectrophotometer). Analisis histopatologi daging dan hati ikan dengan alat automated slide stainer dan mikroskop. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Nilai Hg air sungai Kobok dan Taolas pada musim panas dan musim hujan tidak layak dikonsumsi menurut SNI 7387/2009. Konsentrasi Hg dalam sedimen juga tidak memenuhi Standar Baku Mutu Indonesia menurut Peraturan Pemerintah No. 82 Tahun 2001.  Ikan kakap putih masih diizinkan untuk dikonsumsi. Histopatologi daging dan hati ikan kakap putih pada musim panas dan musim hujan yang mengalami perubahan jaringan sel, seperti mengalami edema, degenerasi hidropis, dan fusi lamellae.
