Abstract

This article was written to explain the relation between religion and modern culture in the perspective of Islam and explaining the attitudes of religious in their response to modern culture. Modern culture provides a great challenge for Muslims in the world, especially in Indonesia. It certainly affects the existence of the world's religions, especially Islam. Modern culture is considered to make a significant change and threaten the existence of religion within religious communities. Religious needs of mankind is shrinking as the development of modern culture, even religion in modern culture can no longer be needed, because all human needs can be fulfilled with the advancement of science and technology. On the other hand, religion is used as guidance in the face of circumstances, it looks less so in response to the progress of time. For the relationship between religion and modern culture needs to be established format, which is described in this article that the relation between the two begins with vertical and horizontal relationships, which is then translated into relations in the form of indigenization, negotiation, and conflict. From this relation, there arose attitudes beragamam people, that refuse to accept fully and analyzed first before deciding.

Abstract

Domestic violence (KDRT) problems in Indonesia each year has increased high and then women often become victims. Violence against women has become an important issue and cause anxiety in every country in the world, including developed countries are said to be highly appreciative of human rights. The legal culture of society, especially the Malay culture that is still embraced by the Siak Sri Indrapura people have the perception that the household is a private area and a disgrace that should not be known or told to others. It is also one of the inhibiting factors in law enforcement on Domestic violence (KDRT) in Siak Sri Indrapura. The application of traditional sanctions in Siak Sri Indrapura still entrenched in people’s lives. The existence of traditional law is still maintained by the Siak Sri Indrapura community until today, in the form of dispute resolution through traditional law always used the kinship principle and the principle of the peace, based on the basis of deliberative consensus.

Abstract

Islam is a religion falsifies revealed to the prophet Muhammad by the angel Gabriel intermediary. Al-Qur'an as the holy book of Islam is the only heavenly books that God promised the integrity and authenticity of the truth until the end of time. Abstract

This study of the founders of the organization Nahdlatul Ulama ', which is the largest organization of his followers in Indonesia, is still very interesting to study. Therefore, researchers memunculka four issues: how the background of the birth of Nahdlatul Ulama '?, who Proclaimers character? How objectives to be achieved? In this research study method to figure mengunkap understanding of the persona of an individual in a particular community and in specific areas, revealing views, motivation, life history, and ambitions as individuals through confession, then analyzed using historical analysis, fenomenologig and conten analysis.The purpose of the study is the first, to reveal more about the background of the establishment of Jam'iyya Nahdlatul Ulama (Ulama Awakening). Secondly, To reveal character Jam'iyya Prokalmator establishment Nahdlatul Ulama (Ulama Awakening), third, to reveal the intent and purpose of the establishment of Jam'iyya Nahdlatul Ulama (Ulama Awakening). The conclusion of this study is that the birth Jam'iyah Nahdlatul Ulama 'in essence an attempt to accommodate an existing item. By other terms, the form as jamiyyah diniyyah Nahdlatul Ulama (religious organizations) that currently, merely affirmation formal recognition of informal routines among scholars agree. Abstract

This paper will try to review the special problems of religion in the aqidah is faced with a growing culture of trust in our society today. Although it has experienced a shift towards the establishment and implementation of the values to Islamization in this case is a creed, but not necessarily completely eroded confidence entrenched culture of our ancestors. Abstract

This article seeks to describe and explain the presence of the Doctrine of Ahmadiyah in Indonesia. The existence of Ahmadiyah in Indonesia is still considered getting opposition from Muslims in part because some of the teachings of Ahmadiyah is not in accordance with Islam, including about his Prophet. But also the people of the Ahmadiyya consider it still recognizes as the religion of Islam. Writing this paper uses descriptive qualitative method, using an analytical approach, the theory used to analyze the Ahmadiyah issue is of the thought of Alfred North Whitehead. Especially on Ontology from Whitehead thought in understanding the process of one's religion. Ontology Whitehead, who starts from entities actual, whose presence as an actual first as the process of the emergence of the Ahmadiyya in understanding the prophet, Mirzam Ghulam, which would also have an impact on the process kebertuhanannya and own religion and religious experience of adherents of Ahmadiyah in Indonesia. Therefore, the Ahmadiyya, an Islamic religion which is continuously preparing dogma and doctrines into a coherent system, logical, adequate and applicable. Islamic religion that developed in real Ahmadiyah religious splinter flow in the process, something that is "becoming". Thus, Muslims must know, understand and appreciate the values of the differences Ahmadiyah teachings of the Islamic religion in general and it's part of the philosophy of the process. Whitehead also said that every experience (experience) that man is bagiana of a change and the human process that is different from the others, to create a "novelty", with the actual units. It further confirms that the thought Whitehead would like to emphasize the plurality or plurality of human reality in finding keberagamaaannya. The author can assert that the existence of the Ahmadiyya in Indonesia as a religious sect that is the religious experience of each of each man to "be 'good and create creativity and uniqueness transcendentally.

Abstract

Jarȋmah ta'zȋr are criminal acts that have not been determined by the legal sanctions Personality ', but a stipulation submitted to the judge / government (ulil amri). The intent and purpose of punishment ta'zir is to educate the offender to be a deterrent. Ta'zir bil mȃl is one part of jarȋmah ta'zȋr form of punishment, ie the punishment imposed by the judge / government (ulil amri) against perpetrators jarȋmah (criminal offense), by taking the wealth jarȋmah actors. Although the intent and purpose of the enactment of this sentence is to educate the offender. but it is becoming a dilemma for property taken was not known clearly and definitely on the utilization and usage. This raises a very sharp differences among scholars about whether authorized or imposed such a punishment is motivated ini.Penelitian the discrepancy between theory and practice concepts that occur, and to describe the views of legal scholars ta'zȋr bil mȃl to determine the underlying reasons. This research is a library (library research) that is descriptive qualitative. Collecting data in this study using techniques of documentation. The technique of analysis in this study is qualitative using deductive reasoning. The results showed that the law ta'zȋr bil mȃl by scholars there are differences of opinion are allowed, with a record of property taken was not meant to be privately owned by the judges / government itself, but the treasure was returned to its owner after he promised not reiterates does (repent), and prohibits (absolutely not allowed) to punish the offenders took possessions jarȋmah (ta'zir bil mȃl), because it is not permissible for someone taking someone else's property without legal cause is based, it is an unjust act or false. For the judge / government returned to the intention respectively. Because the intent and purpose of the penalty is intended to educate and deter perpetrators jarȋmah (criminal act) in order not to repeat back in his actions, not menzaliminya.

Abstract

Indonesia is a nation inhabited by people with a background of religious, ethnic, and social groups. The one hand, this diversity becomes the social capital development of the nation, and on the other hand be the latent potential for social conflict. This is what makes the slogan of tolerance is not grounded to the community. The type of research that the author use a qualitative research technique is the analysis diskriptive analysis methods, data analysis process includes three phases, namely (1) description, (2) formulation, and (3) the interpretation. With research results, 1) Tolerance in this regard in line with the principles of Islamic law because, of all Muslims in Indonesia recognize the intellectual principle tolerance as a principle that should be protected or safeguarded in a pluralistic society. The attitude of tolerance is a manifestation of the principle of equality to engender the nature please help and social caring attitude among our fellow citizens, which in turn will bring forth a sense of unity and social solidarity is strong in the life of society.

Abstract

Tulisan ini mencoba membuka wawasan tentang hubungan antara Islam dengan budaya di dunia Barat. Tulisan ini menggunakan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif berbasis library reseacrh dengan analisis deskriptif kualitatif berusaha membuka dialog antara Islam dan Dunia barat. Kajian ini memfokuskan akan perlunya pemahaman agama Islam sebagai agama perdamaian dan agama yang sanggup hidup dalam berbagai budaya masyarakatnya. Negara-negara di Barat terkenal dengan negara maju dalam segala aspek, berpenduduk mayoritas non muslim meliputi Amerika dan Eropa. Biasanya mereka bersikeras mempercayai sesuatu dan mempunyai pandangan rendah terhadap sesuatu yang mereka anggap rendah. Berkembangnya Islam di dunia Barat begitu perlahan dan memakan waktu yang tidak begitu singkat, terjadi hambatan, pertentangan, dan dukungan. Barat beranggapan Islam agama teroris. Sehingga Islam dan Barat tolak menolak, dan mengalami perselisihan hingga saat ini. Seperti Islam dianggap agama terorisme. Tulisan ini juga diarahkan pada masalah pengaruh Islam di dunia Barat, perkembangan Islam, dan posisi Islam sebagai agama yang berbudaya. Islam dengan budayanya menyebar di berbagai penjuru dunia Barat dengan dilengkapi proses penyadaran melalui pendidikan. Tingkat kesadaran muslim di Barat mulai tumbuh seiring dengan kemajuan Barat.
