Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of economic growth (x1), and poverty rate (x2), on human development index (y) in South Sumatera in 2010-2018. The data used is secondary data from Central Bureau of Statistics.The method of analysis used is panel data regression. The results show that all independent variables simultaneously affect dependet variable proven by the f-statistic value smaller than α 5%. The result of t-test shows that economic growth (x1) has negatively and significantly effect on human development index (y), while poverty rate (x2) has negatively and significantly effect on human development index (y). The result of coefficient of determination test shows that dependent variable can be explained by independent variable amounted up to 89,3% and the rest of 10,7% is explained by other factors outside this model.

Abstract

Based on the resultsof dataprocessingresults obtainedfrom theReturn OnAsset(X1) to the dividendpayout ratio(Y), fort-count lessthant-table is (-0.011) <t-table (2.11) means that Hois acceptedandof Harejected. So it provedthatreturn on assetdoes notaffect thedividendpayout ratio. whileDebt ToEquityRatio(X2) onthe dividendpayout ratio(Y), fort-count lessthant-table is (-3.098) <t-table (2.11) means that Hois acceptedandof Harejected. So it provedthatdebt to equityratio does notaffect thedividendpayout ratio. As for theF test(simultaneous) 4829is greaterthanthe Ftable3.68thatthereis significant relationship betweenreturn on assetanddebt-to-equity ratio todividendpayout ratio. The percentagecontribution ofreturn on assetanddebt-to-equity ratio todividendpayout ratio of0392or(39.2%), while the rest of60.8% influencedorexplainedbyother variables notincluded in the modelisstudyis the ratio ofliquidity, solvency ratio, the ratio ofgrowthandrateof return(cashmere, 2008:106).

Abstract

The Influence of Good Corporate Governance and Leverage on Financial Performance at PT. Kimia Farma Tbk. 2013-2018. This study aims to determine the influence of Good Corporate Governance and Leverage on Financial Performance at PT. Kimia Farma Tbk. Research period 2013-2018. The statistical analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis used to test the influence of Good Corporate Governance and Leverage on a company's financial performance. The data used in this research is secondary data. Sources of data from this study were obtained by downloading the company's 2013-2018 financial statements, which were obtained through a website published by the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) www.idx.co.id. The results of this study indicate that Good Corporate Governance Influences Financial Performance and Leverage does not influence financial performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of supervision and workload on the discipline of Bappeda Staff in South OKU Regency. Based on the results of data analysis by researcher and the discussion that has been done, it can be concluded that there is an influence of supervision and workload on work discipline both partially and simultaneously Bappeda Litbang employees in South OKU Regency. The results of the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.942 then the amount of contribution between supervision and workload on work discipline obtained a contribution of 94.2%, while the remaining 5.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study such as objectives and abilities, role models leader, remuneration, justice, inherent supervision (waskat), sanctions, assertiveness, and human relations (Hasibuan (2017: 192))

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of remuneration, motivation, and job satisfaction on the performance of employees of the Baturaja Religious Court. The author conducted research using Multiple Linear Regression analysis tools, with the help of SPSS 24. The technique for data was through a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Before the analysis, the authors conducted a validity test and a reliability test so that the data obtained were valid and reliable. From the results of the regression equation analysis Y = - 1.255 + 0.420X1 + 0.674X2 + 0.358X3. Hypothesis testing shows that Remuneration, Motivation, and Job Satisfaction have an effect on Employee Performance at the Baturaja Religious Court, either partially or simultaneously. Analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.954, which means that the variables of Remuneration, Motivation, and Job Satisfaction contribute to Employee Work Effectiveness by 95.4% while the remaining is 4.6% or varied by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The objectives to be achieved in this study were to determine the effect of clarity of budget targets, accounting control on the OKU District Government Agency Performance Accountability report. The analytical method used is a quantitative method using multiple linear regression analysis tools. From the results of this study it can be concluded that, partially there is a significant effect of clarity of budget targets on the Performance Accountability of Local Government Agencies of OKU Regency, and there is no significant effect of accounting control on the Performance Accountability of Local Government Agencies of OKU Regency. The contribution of the clarity of budget objectives, accounting control on Performance Accountability was 36.8%, while the remaining 63.2% was influenced by other variables not included in this research model.

Abstract

The research objective was to determine the performance of revenue at the OKU Regency BAPENDA office analyzed from the 2013-2017 Budget Realization Report. The method used is descriptive quantitative by using analysis of variance and income growth. From the results of the analysis it was concluded that the income performance based on analysis of variance in 2013-2017, which is an average of 87.59% in BAPENDA OKU Regency, results of variance analysis showed results below 100%, which means that BAPENDA OKU District has not been able to realize its regional tax revenues has been budgeted. Income growth from the budget realization report from 2013-2017 which reached an average of 11.86% because income growth in BAPENDA OKU Regency can be said to be good, although there are several types of taxes that have not been realized for that BAPENDA OKU Regency must optimize the results- the results of his income. From the results of the budget realization report that the author did show that the OKU Regency BAPENDA is very effective in realizing its income.

Abstract

Based on the results of data analysis using the multiple correlation calculation shows that the corellation value obtained for Interpersonal Communication (X1) with Employee Performance (Y) of 0.937 means that there is a correlation with very strong criteria between Interpersonal Communication (X1) and Employee Performance (Y). Correlation value obtained for Job Stress (X2) with Employee Performance (Y) of 0.709 means there is a correlation with strong criteria between Job Stress (X2) and Employee Performance (Y). Correlation value obtained for Interpersonal Communication (X1) with Work Stress (X2) of 0.886 means that there is a correlation with very strong criteria between Interpersonal Communication (X1) and Work Stress (X2). While simultaneous testing (together) Interpersonal Communication (X1) and Work Stress (X2) variables with Employee Performance (Y) of 0,000. Then compared to the probability value of 0.05, it turns out the probability value of 0.05 is greater than the value of Sig. F Change or 0.05 ≥ 0,000 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means there is a very strong relationship between Interpersonal Communication and Work Stress with Employee Performance in the Office of Religious Affairs in West Baturaja District.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of people, process amd phisical evidence On Colleger Satisfaction. Students College of Baturaja University were taken as the case studi. Both primary and secondary data were obtained in this study. Secondary data were obtained from various sources such as journals, books and other related publication. Primary data were obtained using questionnaires which were distributed to the target respondents. A Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with the SPSS v26 program was employed to analyze data. The result showed that people, process and physical evidence had a positive and significant effect on college satiffaction and process was found dominant. For further research, adding other variables such as product, price, and promotion was also suggested. It suggestted the referent group can help provide a better procedure and mechanisms for lectures activity and administrative service for colleger.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of Brand image, service quality, and rate of satisfaction on customer loyalthy (for example, customer PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia-Persero). The independent variables in this study are Brand Image, Service Quality, and Rate of Satisfaction. This is the customer loyalthy made by a PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero). The data collection method is used by sending questionnaires. The analysis method used in this study are based on the data of 100 customers of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, using the coefficient of determination analysis, multiple regression analysis F-test and SPSS 26.00 testversion. It can be seen from the t-test results that the brand image t-value is 2.080, the service quality t-value is 8.052, and the rate of satisfaction t-value is 3.255, which are all greater than the t intable 1.688. This indicates that the brand image, the service quality and the rate of satisfaction may have a positive impact on the customer loyalthy of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia. F-count>F-table or 31.004>2.87or significance level (signal) 0.000. The adjusted definition shows that the influence of brand image, the service quality, and the rate of satisfaction are 69.8%.In this study, the adjusted R2 value is 69.8%, which means that the dependent variable of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia’s customers maybe different. We canuse 69.8% of the model to explain using explanatory variables, and there maining 30.2% isused for other variables besides independent variables, namely the contribution of the brand image, the service quality, and the rate of satisfaction. the remaining 30.2%, namely the level of other variables that are not related to Brand Image, Service Quality, and Satisfaction Level.
