Abstract

The Influence of Organizational Culture and Employees’ Engagement on Employees’ Performance at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Baturaja Branch. This study discusses the Influence of Organizational Culture and Employees’ Engagement on Employees’ Performance of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Baturaja Branch. The population in this study were 30 employees of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Baturaja Branch. The analytical method used is quantitative method using Multiple Linear Regression analysis tool. The results of the analysis explain that the t-count for each variable of Organizational Culture (X1) is 4.458 and Employees’ Engagement (X2) is 3.622, which is greater than the t-table value of 2.052 which states that all variables have a significant influence on Employees’ Performance at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Baturaja Branch. The calculated F value of 91.749 is greater than the F table of 3.35 which states that together Organizational Culture and Employees’ Engagement have a significant influence on Employees’ Performance at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Baturaja Branch. The value of the coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.872 means that in this case the contribution of the influence of Organizational Culture and Employee Engagement on Employees’ Performance is 87.2%, while the remaining 12.8% is influenced by other variables outside of the variables included in the model. This study, namely work motivation, responsibility, work discipline and incentives (Sedarmayanti, 2017: 228).

Abstract

Baturaja Mobile Multi Media. The data analysis method used was quantitative method using Multiple Linear Regression analysis tool. The results of the analysis explain that the t-count of each variable of Work Morale (X1) was 2.024 and Work Discipline (X2) was 5.656, which was greater than the t-table value of 2.01973 which stated that all variables had a significant influence on Employees’ Work Productivity at PT. Multi Media Selular Baturaja. Simultaneously, it was found that there was an influence of work spirit and work discipline on the work productivity of PT. Multi Media Selular Baturaja. The calculated F value of 40.975 was greater than the F table of 3.23 which stated that together Work Spirit and Work Discipline had a significant influence on Employees’ Work Productivity at PT. Multi Media Selular Baturaja. The value of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.667 means that in this case the contribution of the influence of Work Spirit and Work Discipline on Employees’ Work Productivity was 66.7% while the remaining 33.3% was influenced by other variables outside the variables included in this research model, namely supervision. , calmness, and perseverance in work (Busro, 2020:356).

Abstract

For banking companies, large assets provide advantages or benefits large amount of which in its use as working capital is required management policy keeping in mind the precautionary principle that is always applied banks in running their business. This study aims to analyze the efficiency the use of the company's working capital with financial ratios at PT Bank RakyatIndonesia Tbk. The method or analysis technique used is research quantitative descriptive, namely analyzing the results of the ratio in the financial statements the company then performs an analysis, description or interpretation of the data. The results of the study stated that the use of working capital at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk for the 2014-2019 period has been efficient in terms of performance achievements companies that are still able to maintain financial ratios are in very good criteria. Large working capital and high liquidity generally will affect the decline in profit, therefore PTBank Rakyat Indonesia as the bank with the largest assets is required to always provide the best and satisfactory performance for each stakeholder which exists.

Abstract

This study discussed the Influence of Position Promotion and Work Discipline on Employees'Work Productivity at PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KC Baturaja Rahman Hamidi. The data collection technique used in this study was through the distribution of questionnaires. The total population was 30 people. The analytical method used was multiple linear regression. The results showed that partially Job Promotion had a significant influence on Employees'Work Productivity at PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KC Baturaja Rahman Hamidi. For the Work Discipline variable had a significant influence on Employees' Work Productivity at PT. Indonesian Islamic Bank (BSI) KC Baturaja Rahman Hamidi. All X variables, namely Position Promotion (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) jointly had a significant influence on Employees' Work Productivity At PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KC Baturaja Rahman Hamidi. The value of the coefficient of determination (R Square) was 0.796, this indicated that 79.6% was the contribution of Employees'Productivity at PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KC Baturaja Rahman Hamidi could be explained by the variables of Job Promotion (X1) and Work Discipline (X2), while the remaining 20.4% were influenced by variables other than the variables in this study, for example competence (wages or salaries, incentives, rewards and benefits), empowering human resources, and others.

Abstract

This research is entitled The Analysis of Factors Influencing Regency/City Workforce Absorption in South Sumatra Province in 2017-2020. The main objective of this study is to determine the influence of minimum wage, GRDP and capital expenditure on employment in South Sumatra Province. The method used in this study is Panel Data Regression Analysis with the Random Effect Model method. This study combines time series and cross section data, namely 2017-2020 and 17 districts/cities in South Sumatra Province, then for the data processing and analysis using the help of EView's 12 program. Based on the results of the research analysis, it can be concluded that the variables of minimum wage, GRDP and capital expenditure simultaneously have a significant influence on employment. While partially, the minimum wage variable has a negative and insignificant influence on employment, the GRDP variable has a positive and significant influence on employment, and the capital expenditure variable has a negative and significant influence on employment. The value of the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R2) shows that the contribution of the minimum wage, GRDP and capital expenditure variables is 40.90%, while 59.10% is influenced by other variables not included or variables that are not examined in this research model.

Abstract

This study discusses the influence of giving rewards, punishments and teamwork on the employees’ performance of PT. KeretaApi Indonesia (Persero) DIVRE IV TanjungKarangBaturaja Station. The data collection technique used in this writing is through the distribution of questionnaires. The total population in this study were 34 people. The analytical method used is a quantitative method using multiple linear regression analysis tools. Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out, it is concluded that either partially or simultaneously giving rewards, punishments and teamwork to the performance of PT. KeretaApi Indonesia (Persero) DIVRE IV TanjungKarangBaturaja Station. The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R square) is 0.564. This means that the contribution of the variable effect of reward, punishment and teamwork on employees’ performance is 56.4% while the remaining 43.6% is influenced by other variables besides the variables in this study, namely work motivation, responsibility, work discipline and incentives ( Sedarmayanti, 2017:228).

Abstract

This study discusses the effect of receivables turnover and inventory turnover on profitability in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2020. The data collection technique used in this study is quantitative data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the financial statements section for data on each ratio. The analytical method used is Panel Data Regression. The results showed that partially for the Accounts Receivable Turnover (X1) variable at tcount < ttable or -0.507570 < -1.99601, the decision was Ho accepted and Ha rejected, meaning that Accounts Receivable Turnover had no significant negative effect on profitability in food and beverage companies listed on the IDX. And the Inventory Turnover variable (X2) obtained the value of tcount < ttable or -0.838780 < -1.99607, then the decision Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. Based on the F test, the value of fcount > ftable or 5.205996 > 3.13 means that Accounts Receivable Turnover (X1) and Inventory Turnover (X2) have a simil- taneous effect on the profitability of food and beverage companies listed on the IDX. The value of the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.780656, this shows that 78.06% of the contribution of profitability to food and beverage companies listed on the IDX can be explained by Accounts Receivable Turnover and Inventory Turnover, while the remaining 21.94% can be explained by other variables outside the model such as cash dividends, profit per share. Stocks, interest rates, and rates of return. (Husnah 2016:7).

Abstract

This study discussed the influence of discipline and teamwork on employees’ performance at the fire and rescue service in Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. The population in this study were 44 respondents, the data collection technique used in this study was through the distribution of questionnaires. The analytical method used was a quantitative method using multiple linear regression analysis tools. The results of the analysis in this study explained the t count of each discipline variable (X1) of 6.765 and teamwork (X2) of 2.385 which was greater than the t-table value of 2.019 which stated that each variable had a partial influence on the employees’ performance of fire and rescue service of ogan komering ulu regency. Simultaneously there was the influence of discipline and teamwork on the performance of the fire and rescue service employees in Ogan Komering Ulu Regency with Fcount of 371.192 which was greater than Ftable of 3.23. The coefficient of determination (R square) of 0.948 means that in this case the contribution of discipline and teamwork was 94.8%, while the remaining 5.2% was influenced by other variables not examined in this study such as work motivation and work culture.

Abstract

This reseacrh discussed the influence of Business Location and innovation on businees success This reseacrh discussed the Influence of Business Location and Innovation on Business Success in Catfish Pecel Culinary Business in East Baturaja District. The population in this study was 31 businessmen of catfish pecel in East Baturaja District. The data analysis method used was quantitative method using Multiple Linear Regression analysis tool. The results of the analysis explained that the t-count of each Business Location variable (X1) is 3.154 and Innovation (X2) was 3.932 which was greater than the t-table value of 2.04841 which stated that all variables had a significant influence on Business Success in Catfish Pecel Culinary Business in the District of East Baturaja. Simultaneously, it was found that there was an influence of Business Location and Innovation on Business Success in Catfish Pecel Culinary Business in East Baturaja District. The calculated F value of 56.975 was greater than the F table of 3.34 which stated that together Business Location and Innovation had a significant influence on Business Success in the Catfish Pecel Culinary Business in East Baturaja District. The value of the coefficient of determination (R2) was 0.803. this showed that the contribution of the influence of business location and innovation to business success was 80.3% while the remaining 19.7% was influenced by other variables outside this study, namely motivation, competence and so on (Noor. 2017:401).

Abstract

The data analysis technique used was Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the partial analysis, there was an influence of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) on employees’ work productivity at the PT. PLN (PERSERO) ULP Baturaja Service Unit for Disturbances with a t-value of 2.900. The Work Discipline variable partially had an influence on employees’ work productivity at the PT. PLN (PERSERO) ULP Baturaja Service Unit for Disturbances with a tvalue of 3.729. Simultaneously, it was found that there was an influence of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) and Work Discipline on employees’ work productivity at the PT. PLN (PERSERO) ULP Baturaja Service Unit for Disturbances. The determination coefficient (R2) obtained was 0.854. This means that the contribution of the influence of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) and Work Discipline on work productivity was 85.4%, while the remaining 14.6% was influenced by other variables outside of this research such as wages, loyalty, and work ethic (Afandi, 2018: 93)
