Abstract

The trend of drinking coffee among productive people has impacted the growth of coffee shops in Indonesia. To strengthen its market position, Tomoro Coffee utilizes mobile applications. However, there is dissatisfaction with the quality of Tomoro Apps' digital services in reviews. This study evaluated the quality of Tomoro's digital application services using the Electronic Service Quality model. The model focuses on comprehensive digital services from technical aspects and other aspects related to user satisfaction. The assessment was conducted on students of Jember University who made transactions through Tomoro Apps. Data was collected using a questionnaire involving 100 students as research samples. The data were processed using instrument testing, classical assumption testing, and multiple linear regression analysis. An analysis of the data showed that efficiency, responsiveness, and contact positively affected user satisfaction. From the data analysis, seven dimensions of e-service quality were known to have a significant positive and negative effect and were able to explain 88.3% of user satisfaction variability. Through this study, we found that there is still a gap between expectations and application performance. Therefore, improvements in digital service quality should be made in each dimension of electronic service quality, balanced and focused on service users, so that Tomoro Coffee continues to be a competitive advantage. These findings have managerial implications for Tomoro Coffee as recommendations on each dimension of Electronic Service Quality to improve the quality of digital services and strengthen its position in the market.

Abstract

Kabupaten Bondowoso terkenal luas sebagai salah satu sentra produksi kopi terbaik di Indonesia. Berada di daerah pegunungan, tanah Bondowoso cocok untuk budidaya tanaman perkebunan, salah satunya adalah kopi. Kopi Bondowoso sudah diakui dunia, dibuktikan dengan data ekspor. Melihat potensi ini, para pemangku kebijakan merancang sebuah website untuk mengoptimalkan penjualan dan manajemen keuangan Sekolah Kopi RAISA. Pendekatan pengembangan antarmuka yang digunakan adalah desain thinking, sebuah metode yang terdiri dari 5 tahap, yaitu empathize, define, ideate, prototype, dan tes. Proses empathize merupakan proses penggalian informasi mengenai permasalahan yang dihadapi calon pengguna. Permasalahan tersebut didefinisikan untuk mendapatkan gambaran solusinya sebelum dilakukan perancangan antarmuka dan purwarupa. Proses pengujian dilakukan dengan melibatkan calon pengguna dari dua peran, yaitu admin Sekolah Kopi RAISA dan mitra UMKM, untuk melakukan uji penggunaan. Berdasarkan waktu eksekusinya, fitur untuk admin lebih kompleks dengan waktu penyelesaian 27,96 detik per skenario dengan total 4 skenario, sedangkan fitur untuk UMKM diselesaikan dalam waktu 18,02 detik per skenario dengan total 7 skenario. Berdasarkan hasil tes ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa calon pengguna, baik admin maupun mitra UMKM, sudah siap untuk mengoperasikan sistem ini. Namun, dibutuhkan pendampingan yang intens bagi admin Sekolah Kopi RAISA agar mereka dapat semakin mahir dan selanjutnya dapat memberikan pelatihan kepada calon mitra UMKM. Selain itu, diperlukan perbaikan minor untuk fitur-fitur di sisi admin karena prosedur untuk admin cukup kompleks. Salah satu perbaikan yang harus dilakukan adalah menyederhanakan tata letak, warna, dan font sehingga admin dan pegawai lain yang berkepentingan dalam proses bisnis ini dapat memberikan pelayanan yang optimal bagi para pelanggan.

Abstract

This study assesses telecommunications infrastructure and traffic engineering in Raja Ampat, Indonesia, comprising four main islands and over 1,500 smaller islands across 46,000 km² of marine protected area. Field measurements at 48 points over 2023–2024, combined with QoS evaluation and SWOT-based assessment, revealed adequate signal coverage (–65 to –80 dBm) only within 1 km of shore-based stations, degrading to –95 to –110 dBm at offshore diving locations (5–15 km), where throughput dropped to 2–5 Mbps against the 10–50 Mbps requirement. A Modified Erlang B Model showed 3–4× seasonal traffic variation, with peak busy-hour demand reaching 2.5–4 Gbps from 300–560 concurrent users and the Misool–Salawati backhaul reaching 95% utilization. Capacity forecasting (R² = 0.91) indicates saturation within 2–3 years. An integrated approach combining additional base stations, expanded backhaul, LEO satellite integration, and renewable energy is essential.
