Abstract

The trend of drinking coffee among productive people has impacted the growth of coffee shops in Indonesia. To strengthen its market position, Tomoro Coffee utilizes mobile applications. However, there is dissatisfaction with the quality of Tomoro Apps' digital services in reviews. This study evaluated the quality of Tomoro's digital application services using the Electronic Service Quality model. The model focuses on comprehensive digital services from technical aspects and other aspects related to user satisfaction. The assessment was conducted on students of Jember University who made transactions through Tomoro Apps. Data was collected using a questionnaire involving 100 students as research samples. The data were processed using instrument testing, classical assumption testing, and multiple linear regression analysis. An analysis of the data showed that efficiency, responsiveness, and contact positively affected user satisfaction. From the data analysis, seven dimensions of e-service quality were known to have a significant positive and negative effect and were able to explain 88.3% of user satisfaction variability. Through this study, we found that there is still a gap between expectations and application performance. Therefore, improvements in digital service quality should be made in each dimension of electronic service quality, balanced and focused on service users, so that Tomoro Coffee continues to be a competitive advantage. These findings have managerial implications for Tomoro Coffee as recommendations on each dimension of Electronic Service Quality to improve the quality of digital services and strengthen its position in the market.

Abstract

This study assesses telecommunications infrastructure and traffic engineering in Raja Ampat, Indonesia, comprising four main islands and over 1,500 smaller islands across 46,000 km² of marine protected area. Field measurements at 48 points over 2023–2024, combined with QoS evaluation and SWOT-based assessment, revealed adequate signal coverage (–65 to –80 dBm) only within 1 km of shore-based stations, degrading to –95 to –110 dBm at offshore diving locations (5–15 km), where throughput dropped to 2–5 Mbps against the 10–50 Mbps requirement. A Modified Erlang B Model showed 3–4× seasonal traffic variation, with peak busy-hour demand reaching 2.5–4 Gbps from 300–560 concurrent users and the Misool–Salawati backhaul reaching 95% utilization. Capacity forecasting (R² = 0.91) indicates saturation within 2–3 years. An integrated approach combining additional base stations, expanded backhaul, LEO satellite integration, and renewable energy is essential.

Abstract

This research develops a 64-element microstrip antenna array design using the Dolph-Chebyshev method for capturing Himawari-8 satellite data. Proximitycoupled feed is employed to enhance efficiency and minimize unwanted radiation. Dolph-Chebyshev amplitude distribution is implemented through Wilkinson unequal power dividers and λ/4 transformers for optimizing beamwidth and sidelobe levels. Simulation results show the antenna operates in the frequency range of 4.1036-4.459 GHz with a gain of 23.46 dB at 4.148 GHz. The directional radiation pattern has a 3 dB beamwidth of 6.5° in the E-Plane and 4.9° in the HPlane, with main lobe directions of 0° and 1° respectively. The total antenna dimensions of 752 mm × 627.94 mm × 3.255 mm without requiring a parabolic reflector make it more compact compared to previous designs.
