Abstract

The problem of malnutrition is still the main problem faced in human resource development. The problem of growth and development of Baduta is a serious problem because at this age the process of physical and intellectual growth and development is critical. Malnutrition problems mostly occur in poor families but are not caused by poor families who have well-nourished children. The Belawan Community Health Center working area is one of the community health centers with the highest number of cases of malnutrition in Medan City. To overcome this, a program is needed that is believed to be effective and sustainable. One of the existing programs to overcome the problem of malnutrition and malnutrition is positive deviation. This research aims to identify positive behavior in feeding (type of food, processing of food ingredients, mealtimes and method of feeding) of toddlers who are well-nourished in poor fishing families in the Belawan Community Health Center Working Area in 2022. This research method is qualitative research with a narrative approach. Researchers studied individual lives by asking one or several individuals to tell stories about their lives related to positive behavior in feeding well-nourished animals. This information is then retold by the researcher in a narrative chronology. The findings of this research indicate that addressing nutritional challenges in children can be effectively achieved by leveraging the potential and resources within the community. This is done through the identification of positive deviant behaviors, particularly those related to beneficial feeding practices. These practices encompass aspects such as the types of food provided, the methods of food preparation, the timing of meals, and the approach to food administration. Keep up the great work! Abstract

Pain relief is one of those unpleasant and complex states that is a very individual phenomenon with sensory and emotional components. According to the World Health Organization (WHO) as many as 303,000 women die during pregnancy and childbirth, 99% of all deaths occur in developing countries. The purpose of this study is to Analyze the Effect of Deep Back Massage on Pain Reduction During 1 Active Phase in Maternity Women at Dandy Clinic 2023.The research design in this study is using the Pre-Experimental Design approach design in the form of One Group Pre-test and Post-test. The population in this study is all active phase I maternity mothers who want to give birth at Dandy Clinic with pain complaints in June 2023 as many as 20 people with sampling techniques using the total sampling technique. The data analysis used in this study was univaraiat and bivariate analysis using the Wilcoxon test with a significance value of 0.05. Identification before deep back massage intervention was moderate pain as many as 4 people (20%) and severe pain as many as 16 people (80%) with an average reduction in pain during the active phase I before was 7.1 with the lowest pain - the highest 5-8. Identification after deep back massage intervention was mild pain as many as 12 people (60%), moderate pain as many as 6 people (30%) and severe pain as many as 2 people (10%). With a decrease in pain during the I active phase after is 3.45 with the lowest pain - the highest 1-8. Wilcoxson test results obtained a p-value of 0.000 (<0.05). The conclusion in this study is that there is an effect of deep back massage on reducing pain during the active phase in maternity mothers at Dandy Medan Clinic 2023.

Abstract

The problem of menstrual pain is the problem most often complained of when women come to the doctor regarding menstruation. Menstrual pain can attack women who menstruate at any age. There is no age limit, and it is often accompanied by aggravating conditions such as dizziness, cold sweats, and even fainting. The research aimed to determine how giving young green coconut water reduces dysmenorrhea pain in adolescents. This research method uses a pre-experimental design using a one-group pre-test post-test approach. The research population was 40 people, and a quota sampling technique was used. The population in this study was young people, and the sample size was 17 respondents. Based on the results of statistical tests using the Wilcoxon test, the Asymp.The sig (2-tailed) value was 0.00; this value is smaller than the alpha (α) value of 0.05. so it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, so it can be concluded that there is a significant effect before and after being given a drink of young green coconut water on reducing dysmenorrhea pain. The results of this study concluded that young green coconut water had a significant effect on lowering dysmenorrhea pain.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Bayi merupakan anugerah yang terindah yang diberikan oleh sang pencipta kepada manusia. Memberikan ASI Eksklusif juga dapat membantu bayi untuk pertumbuhan dan perkembangan kelak. Secara fisik ia mendapatkan asupan gizi yang cukup, jauh lebih cukup dari segala yang ditawarkan oleh dunia. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian sayur rebusan daun Katuk terhadap produksi ASI pada ibu menyusui di UPTD Puskesmas Meukek Kabupaten Aceh Selata. Metode: Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan metode Eksperimen semu. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh ibu menyusui sebanyak 15 orang dan sampel yang diambil dengan menggunakan Total Sampling yaitu sebanyak 15 orang. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu data primer, sekunder dan tersier. Analisa data yang digunakan yaitu analisis univariat dan bivariat dengan uji chi-square. Hasil: Mayoritas responden berumur antara 20-30 tahun sebanyak 80,0%, dan mayoritas responden mengalami peningkatan produksi ASI setelah diberikan sayur rebusan daun katuk dengan produksi ASI cukup sebanyak 15 orang (100%). pemberian rebusan sayur daun katuk kepada ibu menyusui berpengaruh terhadap produksi ASI. Kesimpulan: Pemberian rebusan sayur daun katuk kepada ibu menyusui berpengaruh terhadap produksi ASI. Diharapkan kepada ibu menyusui mampu untuk lebih meningkatkan kesehatan ibu dan bayi, terutama ibu menyusui lebih mengetahui tentang manfaat daun katuk sehingga mendukung untuk keberhasilan Pemberian ASI ekslusif.
