The research population comprises all 52 permanent employees of the company, with the sampling method employing a saturated sampling technique, meaning the entire population was included as the sample. The findings indicate that both leadership style and work environment have a positive and significant impact on organizational commitment. Furthermore, leadership style, work environment, and organizational commitment each have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. However, organizational commitment does not function as a mediating variable in the relationship between leadership style and employee performance.
