<![CDATA[Meranti merah (Shorea leprosula) is one of the prima donna species that has its own charm. The utilization of Meranti merah (Shorea leprosula) is used for various purposes including the wood is suitable for household furniture, house construction or carpentry, and has very good prospects, is quite hard, durable, and easy to process for various needs. Manifestation to meet the availability of these raw materials and at the same time to maintain sustainability is by cultivating various types of commercial trees such as meranti merah (Shorea leprosula). One of the advantages of planting meranti shoot cuttings by means of shoot cuttings is that the provision of plant shoot cuttings can reproduce more quickly and the maturity period of flowering and fruiting is faster. The purpose of this study was to analyze the growth percentage of meranti merah (Shorea leprosula) shoot cuttings. This study used the shoot cuttings method for the propagation of meranti merah (Shorea leprosula) saplings. The results showed that the survival percentage of Meranti merah shoots (Shorea leprosula) with growth regulators (Naturestek) obtained the best treatment successively 100 ppm at 95%, 150 ppm at 80%, 200 ppm at 70% and no treatment (control ) by 60%. The overall survival percentage is 76.25%, the results can be said that Naturestek administration is quite good.Meranti merah (Shorea leprosula) merupakan salah satu jenis primadona yang mempunyai daya tarik tersendiri. Pemanfaatan meranti merah (Shorea leprosula) ini digunakan untuk berbagai keperluan diantaranya kayunya cocok untuk perabotan rumah tangga, pembangunan rumah atau pertukangan, serta mempunyai prospek yang sangat baik, cukup keras, awet, dan mudah diolah untuk berbagai kebutuhan. Manifestasi untuk memenuhi ketersediaan bahan baku tersebut dan sekaligus untuk menjaga kelestarian adalah dengan upaya membudidayakan berbagai jenis pohon komersil seperti meranti merah (Shorea leprosula). Salah satu keunggulan stek pucuk tanam meranti dengan cara stek pucuk bahwa penyediaan stek pucuk tanaman dapat lebih cepat perbanyakannya serta periode dewasa berbunga dan berbuahnya lebih cepat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Menganalisis persentase tumbuh stek pucuk meranti merah (Shorea leprosula). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode stek pucuk untuk perbanyakan anakan meranti merah (Shorea leprosula). Hasil menunjukan bahwa Persentase hidup stek pucuk meranti merah (Shorea leprosula) dengan pemberian zat pengatur tumbuh (Naturestek) diperoleh perlakuan terbaik secara berturut-turut 100 ppm sebesar 95%, 150 ppm sebesar 80%, 200 ppm sebesar 70% dan tanpa perlakuan (kontrol) sebesar 60%. Persentase hidup keseluruhan sebesar 76,25%, hasil tersebut dapat dikatakan pemberian Naturestek tergolong baik.]]>
