Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of village community participation in village development planning meetings to establish village government work plans (RKPDes). Belanting village is chosen using the Perposive Sampling method, with the research method using Descriptive Research. The research data collection technique uses observation techniques. From the results concluded: (1) The level of participation of the community attendance is high, (2) The constraints faced by the community when facing the development planning meeting are the letter of invitation in the village planning meeting.

Abstract

   Tourism is one of the promising business sectors, if local people can see well the potential available around their neighborhood. With the position of the country of Indonesia which is located on the equator which causes diverse types of flora and fauna, as well as the archipelago's topography providing a stretch of both coastal and cultural diversity available, it is no wonder that tourism opportunities are still wide open to be developed. Labuan Pandan Village is a coastal village with 2 (two) dykes in the east, so that it becomes a magnet for tourists who want to see first hand the beauty of coral reefs and mangrove ecosystems. Tourism stretching has begun to be seen in the activity of tourism activists who joined a community called KOMPAK (Labuan Pandan Kreatif Youth Community). The concept of CBT (Community Based Tourism) has been started by the KOMPAK community since 2017 and of course since then the people in Labuan Pandan Village are involved in the tour activities.   This study aims (1) To examine the process of empowering local communities with the concept of CBT (Community Based Tourism), (2) Constraints faced by the community in conducting tourism activities with the concept of CBT (Community Based Tourism) in Labuan Pandan Village. This research method uses descriptive method with a qualitative approach; the data used are primary and secondary. Primary data obtained from interviews and observations. The results showed that: (1) Community empowerment activities through village tourism with the concept of CBT (Community Based Tourism) went very well. This is indicated by the high level of community participation in existing tourism activities. This includes preparing accommodation, culinary, cultural arts performances and participating in educational learning activities (Educational Tourism), (2) Constraints faced by the community, that is, they have not mastered fluent foreign languages, so that they are quite inhibiting information disclosure.

Abstract

Village funds have begun to be disbursed in 2015 with an allocation of around 20 (Twenty) Trillion Rupiahs throughout Indonesia and crept up in 2016 to be 40 (Forty) Trillion Rupiahs and lastly in 2017 to 60 (Sixty) Three trillion Rupiahs, so the average village gets village funds transfers around 800 - 900 million per village in 2017. This is a new history for the world of rural development in Indonesia. Rapidly, villages in Indonesia have begun to move forward and show positive changes in building themselves since the enactment of the Village Law Number 6 of 2014. Sambelia Subdistrict is one of the sub-districts within the administrative area of East Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara Province. With the number of villages reaching 11 (eleven) villages. In 2017 the amount of village funds that entered into Sambelia District was Rp. 9,732,506,800, - (Nine Billion Seven Hundred Thirty Two Million Five Hundred Six Thousand Eight Hundred Rupiahs). This amount is the first time in the history of rural development, that is, the funds disbursed by the central government to villages in 2017 are the biggest as long as these villages are formed.This study aims to find out the amount of village funds that go into villages in Sambelia sub-district and in what area of 2017 village funds are used the most. This research method uses descriptive method, while the source of data from this research is primary and secondary data, and data retrieval techniques are carried out by document observation and field observation. The results of the study indicate that: (1) The amount of Village Fund in 2017 that enters villages in Sambelia Subdistrict is Rp. Rp. 9,734,764,000, - (Nine Billion Seven Hundred Thirty Four Million Seven Hundred Sixty Four Thousand Rupiah). (2) The area of village development is the area that is the most to be funded by village funds which is 96.2% (percent) of the total village funds in villages in Sambelia sub-district

Abstract

      The study, entitled comparative analysis of the feasibility of the dodol agro-industry business on various flavors at UD. Warna Sari Suranadi Village, Narmada District, West Lombok Regency, has been implemented, by purposive sampling with the consideration that at UD. Wanasari, had problems regarding business feasibility and was given permission to carry out research. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation, while the tools used in this study were questionnaires. Then the data analysis used cost and benefit analysis, RC ratio, BC ratio and BEP      The results showed that: the dodol agro-industry which had the greatest profit and was feasible to operate per month was the jackfruit flavored dodol agro-industry, with an average profit of Rp. 3,447,500, and the acquisition of R / C = 30.45, B / C = 10.24, higher than the other variant dodol agroindustry with break-even point (BEP volume) = 121.8 mica and BEP sales value = Rp. 508,470.07. All dodol variants taste profitable and worth working on, because the RC ratio, BC ratio is> 1, so it is recommended to the owner of UD. Wanasari, Suranadi Village, Narmada District, Lombok Regency, to keep making dodol with various flavors, to attract consumers to shop at the trading business.
