Abstract

The teaching profession is a complex and challenging profession. In addition it must be competent and mastered the science that was involved, teachers also charged must be capable of creative, innovative, and inspiring when teaching in the classroom. It is not easy to become a professional. As a professional teacher who dedicated himself to education, teachers must be routinely adding their knowledge by reading and writing. Thereby you can summarize the valuable experience for the important things like understanding the instructional design, understanding learning styles of students, as well as the utilization of the internet in learning.Activities conducted by teachers such as these can be poured in a classroom research conducted by teachers through Classroom Action Research activities or better known as PTK. The purpose of the the activities of this devotion is producing material on how that can be done by teachers in improving the professionalism of teachers in the High School State Srijaya Palembang through Class Action Research Activities (PTK). This devotion activities carried out in the High School State Srijaya Palembang and followed by 20 teachers from a variety of different fields of study. A model of devotion used was mentorship with methods of delivery of material concerningthe Class Action Research (PTK). Evaluation test of understanding PTK with an average of 50 increased to 58.5 in the final test. The increase in accompanied by a very strong interest of participants to be able to make and carry out research activities actions class amounted to 87%. The conslusion of this activity the participants enthusiastically follow the activities of mentoring to improve the ability of professional teachers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of learning motivation of students in class X across cross-interest programs on economic subjects at Palembang State High School 16. This study used a descriptive method where the subjects in this study were students of class X MIPA which amounted to 52 students. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis techniques were scored based on the rating scale. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be seen that students' learning motivation in economic subjects cross-interest programs in Palembang State High School 16 influenced by intrinsic factors of 74.23% in (high category) and extrinsic at 79.78% at ( high category). Researchers suggest that teachers motivate students more cross-interest programs in growing successful desires while learning economic subjects.

Abstract

Classroom Action Research (CAR) is a study of teacher activities related to professional development in the class. The aims to improve the real and practical problems in improving the quality of classroom learning. Scientific articles are reports of research results presented and published in a recognized (accredited) scientific magazine (journal). The mentoring was conducted for four months at SMAN 3 Palembang. Beginning with a discussion of the learning issues facing the economics teacher then devising a plan to implement the CAR into the learning plan and practice it. During the implementation of the CAR, teachers practise observing, analyzing and evaluating the outcome of actions and then re-planning the second phase of action. In the second cycle the target of learning outcomes is achieved. The next practicing economy teachers compose the report in the form of scientific articles. Lastly, theresults of the mentoring activity of the economics of X-grade social sciences 4 at SMAN 3 Palembang was socialized to the management group of MGMP Economics in Palembang. The conclusion of this mentoring program demonstrates an increase in the understanding of economic teachers; 1) Implement a discovery learning model for economic learning, 2) Write a CAR proposal and apply it in class, 3) Write scientific articles sourced from the results of the CAR.

Abstract

The study aimed to prove the Implementation of Authentic Assessment of Economic Learning in State Senior High School 1 Palembang reviewed from: (1) Implementation Authentic Assessment of Attitude Aspect, (2) Implementation Authentic Assessment of KnowledgeAspect, and 3) Implementation Authentic Assessment of Skills Aspect. This research is a descriptive research using a quantitative approaches. The subjects in this research are the Economic Teachers of the Palembang 1 State Senior High School class X and XI which had 3 teachers. Data collection techniques consist of observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques using Milles and Hubberman techniques with the presentation of inverted pyramid data are based on the highest to lowest indicators. The highest indicator is the Implementation of Authentic Learning in Economic Learning on Knowledge Aspects carried out through written test techniques, oral tests, and assignments with implementation categories (100%) which are very good Criteria. Implementation of Authentic Assessment of Economic Learning on Aspect Attitudes were carried out through observation techniques with implementation categories (90%) which are very good Criteria. Implementation of Authentic Learning in Economic Learning on Skills Aspects is carried out through performance and portfolio with implementation categories (88%) which are very good Criteria. Suggestions in this research were proposed on indicators of attitude and skill aspects.
