Abstract

This study aims to know the character values of the students in economic learning at SMAN 2 Tanjung Raja. The method in this study is descriptive.Subjectsin this study are 51 students from class X IPS 2 and XI IPS 3. The technique of data collection used questionnaire and interview as the primary method, observation and documentation as the secondary method. The result of this study showed character values of the students in economic learning at SMAN 2 Tanjung Raja that high category with the average score of 3.7. There are five character values developed through learning by economic teacher. Character honest students showed the average score of 3.7 which classified in high category. Character discipline students showed the average score of 3.7 which classified in high category. Character curiosity of students showed the average score of 4.0 which classified in high category. Character social care students showed the average score of 3.6 which classified in high category. Character responsibility of students showed the average score of 3.6 which classified in high category. Furthermore, they find a way of teachers in developing the character values of students through the economic learning at SMAN 2 Tanjung Raja by putting motivational words in examination sheet like honesty is more valuable than the value without the honesty, the consequences of giving extra score and stars when the students obeying rules and giving punishment separate study of friends if they break the rules, active learning model, ice breaking, visiting sick friends, and spritual cleansing.

Abstract

The problem in this research is whether there are differences in the influence of learning strategy rotates the exchange of opinions of groups of three people with the strategy of learning exchange between groups to motivation learners learn on economic subjects in SMANegeri 14 Palembang? Population in this research is all student of class X SMA Negeri 14 Palembang year lesson 2012/2013 consisting of 6 class with population of 255 students. The sample in this research is taken by using cluster random sampling technique so that X2 class is selected as experiment class and X1 class as control class. Technique of collecting data in this research is questionnaire and observation. Questionnaires are used to collect data on learners' motivation, while observation is used to collect data on the implementation of learning strategies and collect data on learners' motivation. Data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis of t-test. After the hypothesis testing, it can be concluded that there are differences in the influence of learning strategies rotating the exchange of opinions of groups of three people with learning strategies of inter-group exchange on students' learning motivation oneconomic subjects in SMA Negeri 14 Palembang. From this study, it is suggested for teachers to make learning strategies rotate the exchange of opinions of groups of three people as an alternative in the use of learning strategies to improve students' learning motivation on economic subjects.

Abstract

This research aims to know about comparison effect of learning strategy of Index Card Match with Giving Questions and Getting Answers to students' learning outcomes on economic subjects in SMA Negeri 3 Tanjung Raja. The problem formulation is "whether there is comparison effect of learning strategy of Index Card Match with Giving Questions and Getting Answers to students' learning outcomes on economic subjects in SMA Negeri 3 Tanjung Raja". This is an experimental research, using completely randomized design, with pretest posttest. Population in this research are all class X in SMA Negeri 3 Tanjung Raja. The sample of this research used cluster random sampling, so chosen X2 class as experiment class 1 and X3 as experiment class 2 which each amounted to 36 students. Data collection techniques used tests and observations.Data analysis techniques used to use regression analysis and partial correlation. Hypothesis used parametric statistic that is one way anova and obtained value of count bigger than F table hence hypothesis of Ho refused and Ha accepted. Then it could be concluded that there was a difference influence Index Card Match strategy with Giving Questions and Getting Answers to students'learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study entitled Implementation Study of Curriculum 2013 on IPS Subjects at SMPN 1 Indralaya. The formulation is how the level of ability of IPS subject teachers in implementing the 2013 curriculum on the aspects of planning, process, and assessment of learning. As for the purpose of this study is to determine the level of ability of IPS subject teachers in implementing the 2013 curriculum on aspects of process planning, and assessment of learning. In this study, the subject of research is the subject teachers IPS SMPN 1 lndralaya teaching in class VII amounted to 2 people. The data pengmnpulan techniques used in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation. Statistics used in analyzing data is the mean formula while to test the validity of data using triangulation data. From the results of data analysis conducted then the level of ability of teachers subjectsIPS at SMPN 1 India in mengimplememntasikan 2013 curriculum on the aspect of planning included in the integori capable enough with a percentage of 50%, then on aspects of the learning process included in the category very capable with percentage of 88.15 %, and on the aspect of the assessment of learning included in the category of capable enough with the percentage appears at 64.28% and not visible 35.7%. Although the actual 2013 curriculum is not fully applicable by teachers in learning activities this is due to the lack of facilities and infrastructure as well as instructional media to support the implementation of the 2013 curriculum at SMPN 1 Indralaya. However, the implementation of the 2013 curriculum in these social studies subjects can still be continued for the learning process.

Abstract

This research entitled Analysis Teaching Style Teachers Economics in SMA Negeri Se-Subdistrict Lahat. The formulation of the problem in research is how to teach style of economics teacher in SMA Negeri Se-Kecamatan Lahat. The method used is descriptive quantitative. Variable in research is teacher teaching style. The teaching styles studied are classical teaching style, technological, personalization and interconnection teaching style. The population in this study were all teachers of economics in Lahat Sub-district with 17 teachers. The sample selection was taken by using purposive sampling technique with 7 teachers. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation and interview. Observations and interviews were used to collect data on teachers' teaching styles. From the research results show that teaching style is often used is as follows, 1) interactional teaching style with an average of 75.08%, 2) teaching style personalization with an average of 73.60%, 3) technological teaching style with the average of 64.20%, and 4) classical teaching style with an average of 48.52%. In addition, in this study also found that the factors that influence the style of teaching of economic teachers in SMA Negeri Se-Kecamatan Lahat influenced by the teacher's working period and school infrastructure advice. The suggestion of this research result is that teacher and school side can improve their knowledge and teaching skill so that the learning process can run better.

Abstract

This study aims to test the influence of Coop-Coop Model on Student Learning Interest in Economic Subject in SMA Negeri 19 Palembang. The research problem is "is there any influence of Coop-Coop model on the interest of learners on economic subjects in SMA Negeri 19 Palembang". This research is an experimental research, which uses Pre-experimental design design, with the form of One Group pretest posttest. The population in this research is all class XI IPS in SMA Negeri 19 Palembang which amounted to 174 students. The sample used cluster random sampling, so selected XI IPS 2class of 34 students as experimental class.Data collection techniques used are observations and questionnaires. Observation data collection techniques obtained from teacher observation and interest of learners at the time of learning took place. Hypothesis testing using parametric stasis is product moment coller obtained r = 1. With very strong interpretation, Coefficient of Determination of 100% and t-test obtained value t count ≥ t tabel = 55,58>1,67 so Ha received Ho rejected. So it can be concluded there is influence of Coop-Coop model on the interest of learners on the subjectsEconomic at SMA Negeri 19 Palembang.

Abstract

This research wants to describe the learning models and media applied by teachers teaching the Economics subject at SMA in the sub-districts of Indralaya and 4 teachers teaching the Economics subject asked as the samples. The data collection in this study is done by using the technique of documentation, observation, and interviews but the analysis techniques is done descriptively. The results showed that the teachers use the direct instructional model, discussion learning models, and cooperative learning model, while the instructional media used is a visual medium, such as original drawings, concept maps made from cardboard, and use of a whiteboard as a learning medium. The learning plan created and used by teachers has been excellent with an average score of 75%, the ability of teachers in implementing the learning process, the learning evaluation model, and the use of instructional media is categorized into good grade of average score reached 78.2%.

Abstract

This study is intended to look at the differences in the influence of wordpress blog media with SlideShare media on the students’ learning outcomes on economics subjects at SMAN 6 Palembang. It uses is a “Quasi-experimental method” in the form of “Nonequivalent control group design”. The study population were students of class X IIS SMA Negeri 6 Palembang of the odd semester of academic year 2014/2015 consisting of four classes, namely X IIS.1, X IIS.2, X IIS. 3, and X IIS.4 the number of 107 learners. Sampling technique using cluster random sampling and obtained two classes of class X IIS.1 as an experimental class numbering 26 students and X IIS 2 as the control class numbering 27 students. The test is used to collect data on learning outcomes before and after the use of media and media SlideShare wordpress blog. For mengalisis used t-test with significance level (α = 0.05). T test results showed that the value of t = 3.03, while table = 1.99, meaning in this study Ha accepted. Based on these results, it is suggested media wordpress blog can be used as a medium of learning by teachers to improve student learning outcomes. To overcome the disadvantages of the application of the media when it is difficult to connect to the Internet, it must open a wordpress blog through a database owned laptop in offline.

Abstract

This research is aimed at producing hypermedia development of valid, practical, and the potential effects of the use of hypermedia produced on student learning outcomes. The model used is a model development Rowntree which consists of three stages, namely planning, development and evaluation phase which has been modified with a formative evaluation Tessmer. To see the validity, the researcher uses a validation performed on the stage of assessment experts (Expert Review) with the average yield - media expert assessment average of 87.5% to the category of Very Good / Very Valid and average - average expert assessment of materials 77.1 % with good category / Invalid. To see the practicalities, carried out at one of the test phase (One To One) through interviews with students and obtained yield was 91.1% and the small group (Small Group) uses a questionnaire with the results of the average - average response of 85.3% of students with Very Good category. As for seeing the potential effects of extensive tests performed on stage (Field Test) using the test results of the initial study (pretest) and the final achievement test (posttest). Field Test in this study conducted in a computer lab SMA Negeri 1 Tanjung King of the number of students as many as 34 people, and the percentage increase in value of 73.6% complete and total average - average value of 91.2% completion has passed classical completeness criteria for 85%, so that the use of hypermedia produced, including effective category. It concluded that hypermedia produced has a valid, practical and effective on subjects economy and can be used as an alternative in the learning process, and is expected to continue to apply a hypermedia learning that has been developed to see the high interest of the students in the learning process through a computer.

Abstract

This study aimed to prove the effect of Classroom Management on Student Learning Motivation on Economics Subjects in SMA Negeri 1 Tanjung Raja. The Population of this study ware all classes X IIS in SMA Negeri 1 Tanjung Raja. The Sample of this study ware 28 students of X IIS class as the experimental grup chosen by using Cluster Random Sampling. To collect the data, observation, questionnaires and interview were used. Technique analysis of observation data using the formula percentage, obtained grade management average 93.75%. Technique of analysis of questionnaire data obtained by 70,40% with good criterion.Hypothesis test results obtained Fhitung ≥ Ftabel or 25.18 ≥ 4.22. This indicates that there is influence of classroom management on learning motivation of learners on economic subjects in SMA Negeri 1 Tanjung Raja. From the results of this study, teacher have to be moreunderstand of learning condition which is not optimal yet, in accordance with the situation in the process of learning in the classroom, so that learners are more interested in learning
