Abstract

The problem formulated is how the validity, and practicality of practical colaborative teaching-based accounting practice. As for the purpose of this study is to describe the level of validity, and practicality of materials accounting practice course -based collaborativelearning. This type of research is Research & Development (R & D) by Borg & Gall. Population in this study all students of economic education academic year 2017-2018. The sample of research that is students Indralaya class which take Accounting Practice course that amounts to 45 students. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires and tests of learning outcomes. With a validity test 91.67% obtained from the material experts and 90% of linguists who showed the results of both valid categorized vallidators. Then from the test practically obtained results stating that this resource is practically used to understand the material of accounting practice. Thus the development of cooperative learning materials based on collaborative learning accounting is valid and practical use in lectures activities.

Abstract

This research is aimed to describe the professional competences of economic teachers at SMA Negeri Kecamatan Ilir Barat I Palembang. It is a qualitative descriptive research. The subjects of this research were all of economic teachers forwhom had educational sertificate at SMA Negeri Kecamatan Ilir Barat I Palembang. The data collection was done through observation,interview, and documentation. In analyzing the data, the researcher used descriptive data analysis through data reduction, data classification, data interpretation, data display, and inference. Validity test was conducted through source triangulation. The result shows that the highest indicator was learning planning shows the results of 91,66%, itꞌs indicated a highest criteria. Understanding of professional development shows the results of 82,23% itꞌs indicated a highest criteria, so the average total of both indicator show the results of 87,02% itꞌs indicated a highest criteria.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the development of self in pedagogical competencies carried out by economic subject teachers as well as supporting and inhibiting factors in developing themselves in the SMA Kota Palembang Model. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The research subjects were determined using purposive sampling so that three teachers were certified on economic subjects at SMAN 4 Palembang. Data collection techniques used are interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman models. Self-development in the pedagogical competence of the teacher is still focused on the intensive activities held by the school, and has not touched cooperative and independent activities. Supporting factors for self-development are the opportunities provided by Palembang N 4 High School to develop themselves. While the inhibiting factor is the lack of participation from the government for self-development activities and lack of motivation from educators to develop self-competence through independent activities.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to prove the influence of Visual, Auditory, Kinesthetic- assisted multimedia learning models based on Prezi on student learning outcomes in tax tax subjects in FKIP Unsri Economic Education. This research is an experimental study using a Quasi Experimental Design research design in the form of Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The population in this study were all semester VII students who received tax and taxation subjects totaling 88 people. The sampling technique uses cluster random sampling, which is drawn so that Palembang campus students are obtained as an experimental class and the Indralaya campus as a control class. Data collection techniques used by the test. Analysis of test data by looking for improved student learning outcomes in the experimental class and control class with the formula n-gain. Hypothesis testing using non-parametric statistics, namely Kolmogorov Smirnov with the help of SPPS version 24 can be seen the value of Sig. 0,000 is smaller than @ 0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Then it can be concluded that there is an influence of Visual, Auditory, Kinesthetic learning model assisted by multimedia based on Prezi on student learning outcomes in taxation tax subjects in FKIP Unsri Economic Education.

Abstract

Classroom Action Research (CAR) is a study of teacher activities related to professional development in the class. The aims to improve the real and practical problems in improving the quality of classroom learning. Scientific articles are reports of research results presented and published in a recognized (accredited) scientific magazine (journal). The mentoring was conducted for four months at SMAN 3 Palembang. Beginning with a discussion of the learning issues facing the economics teacher then devising a plan to implement the CAR into the learning plan and practice it. During the implementation of the CAR, teachers practise observing, analyzing and evaluating the outcome of actions and then re-planning the second phase of action. In the second cycle the target of learning outcomes is achieved. The next practicing economy teachers compose the report in the form of scientific articles. Lastly, theresults of the mentoring activity of the economics of X-grade social sciences 4 at SMAN 3 Palembang was socialized to the management group of MGMP Economics in Palembang. The conclusion of this mentoring program demonstrates an increase in the understanding of economic teachers; 1) Implement a discovery learning model for economic learning, 2) Write a CAR proposal and apply it in class, 3) Write scientific articles sourced from the results of the CAR.
