Abstract

This study aims to analyze the literature review of the effectiveness of innovative learning spaces based on digital technology in Islamic Religious Education learning. This research method uses a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) which consists of the stages of determining the theme, searching, selecting literature, analyzing, compiling, and results. This study uses 11 articles from 25 articles obtained from various sources with publication years 2019-2024. This study focuses on 3 components: strategy, implementation and impact. The results of the study show that: 1) the strategies used in the application of digital technology in Islamic Religious Education learning vary widely according to the needs of students and the facilities available. 2) the implementation that can be carried out is also adjusted to the available media. 3) the resulting impacts have positive and negative sides, the positive impacts produced are in the form of increasing the quality of Islamic Religious Education education and student learning motivation, the negative impacts caused are dependence on technology and reduced conventional learning abilities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh fenomena degradasi moral siswa di tengah arus globalisasi yang berdampak pada melemahnya karakter Islami siswa serta belum optimalnya pengelolaan kurikulum secara sistematis dan transparan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengelolaan kurikulum di Kuttab Yadul Ulya Panawuan Garut dalam membentuk karakter Islami siswa, mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya, serta mengidentifikasi implikasinya terhadap perkembangan karakter Islami siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi kasus. Lokasi penelitian berada di Kuttab Yadul Ulya Panawuan, Kabupaten Garut. Sumber data primer diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan catatan lapangan yang melibatkan kepala Kuttab, guru dan siswa, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari buku dan jurnal ilmiah yang relevan. Teknik analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan, dengan uji keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengelolaan kurikulum di Kuttab Yadul Ulya dilaksanakan melalui empat tahapan: perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Pengelolaan kurikulum di Kuttab menekankan pada iman, Al-Qur’an dan adab sebagai inti pendidikan. Pengelolaan kurikulum yang sistematis memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap pembentukan karakter Islami siswa, khususnya pada aspek tauhid, akhlak, ibadah, tanggung jawab, kejujuran, adab, keadilan, menghormati ilmu dan guru. Faktor pendukung utama yaitu komitmen lembaga, keteladan guru dan keterlibatan orang tua, sedangkan faktor penghambat berasal dari keterbatasan waktu, perbedaan latar belakang keluarga dan pengaruh negatif teknologi dan pergaulan diluar sekolah. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan pengelolaan kurikulum yang terintegrasi dan berbasis nilai Islam efektif dalam membentuk karakter Islami siswa di lembaga pendidikan Kuttab.

Abstract

Investigates implementation of Islamic Religious Education, condition of students’ Islamic character, and teachers’ strategies in fostering these values at SD IT Al-Furqon. Qualitative approach was employed, with data collected through interviews, observations, also document analysis. Participants included PAI teachers as key informants, supported by school principal and students. Reveal that PAI learning at SD IT Al-Furqon is conducted systematically through integration of interactive lectures, discussions, memorization, also habituation of religious values in daily school activities. Students’ Islamic character is generally categorized as good, particularly in terms of discipline, politeness, and responsibility, although challenges such as behavioral inconsistency and environmental influences remain. PAI teachers play a crucial role in character development by integrating Islamic values into both instructional and non-instructional activities, including routine religious programs. Collaboration between teachers and parents strengthens students’ moral development. Contributes to literature by highlighting Islamic character education strategies based on religious habituation and teacher role modeling within context of an integrated Islamic elementary school.
