ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh komitmen organisasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja guru di MTsN 4 Jombang. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei, penelitian ini melibatkan 40 responden yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner yang diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komitmen organisasi dan motivasi kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Secara parsial, motivasi kerja merupakan faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja guru. Temuan ini mengindikasikan perlunya penguatan program peningkatan motivasi dan komitmen guru melalui pelatihan, insentif, serta penciptaan lingkungan kerja yang suportif. ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational commitment and work motivation on teacher job satisfaction at MTsN 4 Jombang. Using a quantitative approach with a survey method, the study involved 40 respondents selected through purposive sampling technique. The research instrument was a questionnaire tested for validity and reliability. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination. The results showed that organizational commitment and work motivation simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Partially, work motivation was the dominant factor influencing teacher job satisfaction. These findings indicate the need to strengthen teacher motivation and commitment programs through training, incentives, and the creation of a supportive work environment.
