Abstract

This study analyzes the difference in the average income of IKM entrepreneurs who enter modern shops, namely Indomaret and Alfamart. The purpose of this study is to determine the average income of IKM entrepreneurs who enter Indomaret and IKM entrepreneurs who enter Alfamart. In this study, there is the income of IKM entrepreneurs consisting of the average monthly income received by IKM entrepreneurs who enter Indomaret which is assessed in rupiah, and the average monthly income received by IKM entrepreneurs who enter Alfamart which is valued in rupiah. The number of samples in this study were 15 entrepreneurs, consisting of 10 IKM Indomaret entrepreneurs and 5 IKM Alfamart entrepreneurs. Data collection through interviews with IKM Indomaret and Alfamart entrepreneurs. To find out the difference in the average income of entrepreneurs between IKM Indomaret entrepreneurs and IKM Alfamart entrepreneurs using an independent T-test analysis.

Abstract

The community service carried out aims to train the community on the application of appropriate technology for measuring soil fertility (pH). Service activities in Rejoso Hamlet, Rejosopinggir Village, Tembelang District, Jombang Regency, East Java. The implementation of community service activities will be carried out in November 2021. The implementation method for implementing community service activities in the Participatory Action Research method. The action and participatory method was carried out in the socialization of the use of soil fertility (pH) measuring devices. Community service, the application of appropriate technology for soil fertility (pH) testing equipment, has several benefits, including being able to make it easier to predict soil fertility on agricultural land, increasing fertilization efficiency, increasing the ability and independence of farmers. The socio-economic conditions of the community have undergone many changes in the fertilization process because fertilization is aimed only at less fertile land. Balanced fertilization and as needed will improve the quality of the soil chemically so that it is more optimal for plant growth. Fertilization efficiency can be achieved so that it will reduce farmer's capital and potentially increase farm income. Farmers are also given the opportunity to develop themselves and utilize used goods into appropriate technological tools. Keywords : soil fertility, pH, appropriate technology, community service

Abstract

Many students are poor in language aspects, including regional languages, Indonesian, English and Arabic, and there are no multilingual books that attract students' interest, and due to differences in curriculum, there are differences in lessons in each class. Students' language skills are felt to be less than optimal. Therefore, language introduction and training is held. The aim of this activity is to improve students' language skills. The approach method that can be used are socialization, education, implementation, and evaluation by combining Jigsaw and Outdoor Study learning methods. The stages that have been implemented in the Multilingual Introduction and Training work program have an influence on students' work results. This plays an important role in motivating students to develop skills in mastering English and Arabic. The results of the training show data on increasing learning outcomes from 20 students who were held in a pre-test with an average score of 62, a maximum score of 78 and a minimum score of 50. After receiving multilingual training, the students were able to achieve a score that met the KKM, namely more than 79 by 60 %, so it can be concluded that multilingual training can be said to be quite effective.
