Abstract

Knowledge is realized is something very valuable, and vice versa, ignorance is a bad thing in human life. However, most do not know in depth what they consider to be knowledge. This article discusses the basic assumptions of human science. First explained Rationalism, Empiricism, Criticism, and Intuitionism. The type of research used in this article is descriptive analytics, this article uses data collection techniques in the form of a literature study to collect data as the main source. This is followed by a description of the various basic assumptions.

Abstract

Initially named Arabische School which was educated by KH. Abdurrasyid, then changed its name to Madrasah Rasyidiyah during the time of KH. Juhri Sulaiman. Furthermore, it changed to Ma'had Rasyidiyah during the time of H. M. Arif Lubis and at the time of KH. Idham Chalid changed to Normal Islam and Rasyidiyah Khalidiyah which held the principle of tafaqquh fi ad din (Normal Islam). KH Idham Chalid's efforts as the leader of the Pesantren at Normal Islam were to combine exact lessons and general science as support with a presentation of 60% religious lessons and 40% general lessons using Arabic as an introduction. Context related to the study of Islamic education thought and aspects of advancing Islamic education, especially during the struggle for independence of the Republic of Indonesia. This article uses a literature study with the type of research using qualitative, through this method the facts revealed include heuristic and historigraphy in revealing the history and role of KH. Idham Chalid in the world of education. The purpose of this research is to reveal patterns of thought in the development of Islamic education and the findings obtained are KH. Idham Chalid made reforms in the world of pesantren education related to three aspects, namely improving pesantren institutions, improving the education system, and developing infrastructure

Abstract

Fenomena viral pengibaran bendera Jolly Roger dari anime One Piece oleh generasi muda di Indonesia menjelang hari kemerdekaan telah memicu perdebatan nasional mengenai makna nasionalisme. Artikel ini menganalisis fenomena tersebut bukan sebagai gejala degradasi patriotisme, melainkan sebagai manifestasi dari nasionalisme kritis. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui analisis wacana media digital dan studi literatur, penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana penggemar (fandom) memaknai ulang simbol budaya populer global sebagai medium kritik sosial terhadap praktik bernegara yang dianggap tidak sejalan dengan nilai-nilai keadilan dan kemanusiaan dalam Pancasila. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa tindakan ini merefleksikan pergeseran dari kepatuhan pada simbolisme negara (nasionalisme seremonial) menuju penagihan janji-janji substansial ideologi bangsa. Solidaritas dalam fandom, yang diistilahkan sebagai nakama, menjadi cerminan kerinduan akan komunitas kebangsaan yang lebih afektif dan adil. Fenomena ini sekaligus menyingkap tantangan mendesak bagi Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan (PPKn) yang seringkali gagal terhubung dengan lanskap budaya digital generasi Z. Sebagai kesimpulan, artikel ini berargumen bahwa fenomena bendera One Piece merupakan kritik konstruktif dan sumber daya pedagogis yang kaya. Diperlukan rekonstruksi PPKn menuju pendekatan yang lebih dialogis, kritis, dan transformatif dengan mengintegrasikan budaya populer sebagai teks untuk mendiskusikan nilai-nilai kebangsaan secara relevan.

Abstract

Improving the quality of education hinges significantly on the leadership strategies of school principals, especially in the systematic development of teacher professional competence. This systematic review explores the strategic approaches employed by school principals to foster teacher professional competence and, consequently, improve educational quality. Employing a qualitative Systematic Literature Review (SLR) guided by PRISMA standards, this study synthesizes research published between 2020–2025, emphasizing frameworks such as TCCM and best practices in educational leadership. The findings reveal principal strategies that integrate instructional leadership, collaborative professional development, data-driven decision-making, inclusive school culture, and adaptive change management. Challenges persist, including resource constraints, varying teacher motivation, and policy-practice misalignments, but successful strategies hinge on collaborative environments, targeted professional development, continuous evaluation, and fostering a culture of innovation and resilience. The review provides robust theoretical and practical recommendations for policymakers, educational leaders, and practitioner communities seeking to elevate educational outcomes via strategic principal leadership in teacher competency development.
