Abstract

Title: Risk Factors of Home Conditions with Incident of Acute Respiratory Infection in Kerobokan Kaja Village Badung Regency, In 2025 Background: The ISPA case data obtained by the author at the North Kuta Community Health Center (UPTD) showed 295 ISPA cases from January to July 2025, including 73 ISPA cases in Kerobokan Kaja Village. Kerobokan Kaja is a residential area, so the author was interested in conducting research in that area. The purpose of this study was to determine the risk factors for housing conditions with the incidence of ISPA in Kerobokan Kaja Village, Badung Regency in 2025. Method: This study used an observational analytical survey. The data analysis techniques used in this study were univariate and bivariate analysis to analyze whether there are risk factors for ARI and the incidence of ARI in Kerobokan Kaja Village. Result: The existence of a risk factor for ventilation area with the occurrence of ISPA with the results obtained through the Chi-Square test, namely OR 53,760> 1 with a p-value of 0.000. The absence of a risk factor for floor area with the occurrence of ISPA with the results obtained through the Chi-Square test, namely OR 0.077<1 with a p-value of 0.000. The absence of a risk factor for temperature with the occurrence of ISPA with the results obtained through the Chi-Square test, namely OR 0.060<1 with a p-value of 0.001. The existence of a risk factor for humidity with the occurrence of ISPA with the results obtained through the Chi-Square test, namely OR 1,719> 1 with a p-value of 0.011. Conclusion: Of the four research variables, there are two variables that have risk factors for home conditions with the occurrence of ISPA, while two variables do not have risk factors for home conditions with the occurrence of ISPA.
