Based on data from the public health center Sukawati II in the Gianyar District Health Office, there were 13 cases of DHF in Batubulan Village in 2017. Batubulan Village 13 cases with PR 0.10% ABJ of 92.9% with a population of 8,812 people. Community service aims to reduce the incidence of DHF in Batubulan Village after Selective Abatation, PSN and health education activities.The results of evaluation of community service activities obtained 494 containers from 130 houses examined, tested positive for Ae larvae. Aegypti as many as 20 containers with House Index (5.4%), Container Index (4.2%) and Bruteau Index (15.4%). The larvae free rate was 94.6%, it was categorized as having a high risk of transmission of DHF.It is expected that the community will continue to actively carry out activities to eradicate mosquito nests by draining, burying, closing and larvicidal activities as well as to health workers / cadres to carry out counseling about controlling DHF.Keywords: Selective Abatization and Eradication of Mosquito Hives

Abstrack.In maintaining and maintaining the cleanliness of the urban environment especially the cleanliness of the highway, the city government must be supported by optimal resources, including human resources or cleaning workers who are the spearhead in urban cleanliness especially the cleanliness of the highway environment in the 8 research routes. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of knowledge levels, attitudes and actions of use personal protective equipment cleaning staff at the Department of the Environment of Gianyar Regency in 2020. The type of research in this study is an observational research method with a cross sectional analysis approach. The number of samples in this study were 82 janitors. The sample in this study used the Cluster Random Sampling technique because researchers randomized from a large population. Test statistics using Chi Square. The results showed that there was a relationship between knowledge and actions of janitors about the use of personal protective equipment (p=0.019), and there was a relationship between attitudes and actions of janitors about the use of personal protective equipment (p=0.031). The conclusion in this study is that there is a significant relationship between knowledge, attitudes with the use of personal protective equipment cleaning officers in the Environmental Service of Gianyar Regency.

Abstract: Tirta Yasa Swimming Pool was opened on 2006, it is located in Mambal Village, Abiansemal District, Badung Regency, it has 3 pools. At the first observation indicate there is not box for food wash, also many garbage in the pool. We interviewed some of customer and the said that they got eye’s irritation ifter swim there. The purpose of this research are to know the pool’s sanitation condition, to know quality an alchemy of pool’s water. Variable that used for this research is pool’s sanitation such as water’s quality, and also sanitation’s facilites that available at Tirta Yasa Swimming Pool. Category of the assesment divide as 3 cathegories such as skors 0-22 is less sanitation, skors 22-44 is enough sanitation, and skors 44-66 is good sanitation. The result of observation of Tirta Yasa Swimming Pool are : from 66 items that has been checked 45 point “Yes” and 21 point “No”, it categoried as good sanitation. Recomended to Tirta Yasa Swimming Pool to provide sanitation’s facilities and use desinfectan as on rule.

Abstract.AndikaPanguripan trading business is a home industry that produces tempe. AndikaPanguripan's trading business is in TagtagKaja Village, Singasari Utara street, Uma Punggul II alley No. 31, which was established in 2010, has 10 employees.The purpose of the study was to determine the description of personal hygiene and the sanitation conditions of AndikaPanguripan Trade Business tempe in TagtagKaja Village, North Denpasar Subdistrict in 2019. The research method used is descriptive research method with cross sectional approach.Data collection is done by observation and interview.Examination is carried out with observation sheets on the state of sanitation (buildings and sanitation facilities, food sanitation) and personal hygiene.The collected data is processed and presented in the form of tables. The results of this study are that the condition of buildings and sanitation facilities is categorized as moderate with 9 (43%), food sanitation is categorized as being moderate with a score of 13 (62%), sanitation conditions are categorized as being moderate with a score of 22 (52%) and personal hygiene of employees categorized as being moderate with a score of 6 (60%).Conclusions from the results of research on the state of sanitation, food, building and personal hygiene AndikaPanguripan trading business is included in the medium category.Suggestion is to make repairs to buildings and sanitation facilities at tempe processing sites, maintain cleanliness of tempe processing facilities, and employees to apply personal hygiene while working. Family in the Village Seraya Tengah District Karangasem that hasn't yet healthy latrinesas many as 282 (8.6 ) KK. Researcher want know connection level knowledge and attitude head family with ownership healthy latrines. Type study use survey analytic with method Interview with approach cross sectional. Sample study as many as 97 families. Technique taking sample by simple random sampling. Data collected use sheet questionnaire , analysis statistics use test chi square. As for results level knowledge head family about healthy latrines that is own level knowledge bad namely 35 respondents , while 33 respondents and both 29 respondent. Results attitude head family about healthy latrinesthat is own attitude bad 39 respondents , moderate 36 respondents , and both 22 respondents. Results ownership healthy latrines those who have latrine 41 respondents and those who don't own healthy latrine 56 respondents . Results test chi square that is there is connection level knowledge with ownership healthy latrines (ρ value = 0.000 0.05 ) and level connection medium (CC = 0.585 ). And there are connection attitude head family with ownership healthy latrines(ρ value = 0.000 0.05 ) and level connection medium (CC = 0.514). Expected to head family who haven't own healthy latrinesto make the simplest latrine with utilise ingredients local and latrine made in accordance with condition healthy latrines.

Amertha Sedana traditional market is a market managed by the Mengwitani Traditional Village with an area of approximately 43 acres, located on the Denpasar-Gilimanuk route. This market is open every day from 04.00 – 11.00 WITA in the morning and in the afternoon it is open from 15.00 to 22.00 WITA. Based on preliminary information, the traders who occupy the 2 main buildings consist of 42 kiosks, 71 stalls and 15 seasonal traders and 22 sengol traders. Priority problems that need to be solved Increasing knowledge of traders and visitors through health education with booklet media and giving masks to traders and visitors. Addition of temporary garbage shelters at each end of the stall. Addition of portable handwashing stations and hand sanitizers in strategic places before visitors and traders enter the market. The service method is by observing the Amertha Sedana traditional market, Mengwitani Traditional Village. Conduct an assessment before the service treatment is carried out on the health level of the traditional market. After the service is carried out, an assessment of the health of the market is carried out again. The target audience is managers, traders and visitors to traditional markets with working procedures. Prior to the assistance, a healthy market was infected using the Indonesian Ministry of Health's Decree No. 519/Menkes/SK/VI/2008 on traditional markets in Mengwi District. After the infection has identified the market sanitation problems that are still lacking, then assistance is provided to managers, traders and visitors. Furthermore, the level of market infection is measured after mentoring is carried out. The health level of Amertha Sedana Traditional Market in terms of market location, market buildings, sanitation, PHBS, security and other facilities in the market is generally healthy. Before each mentoring there was a clean and healthy living behavior of traders and penjung who were still not healthy, after mentoring by providing booklets, sinks and masks there was a change in clean and healthy living behavior into the behavior of traders and visitors in the healthy category. The total value of the Mengwi market health score is 6571 including healthy after mentoring the Amerta Sedana market health score in the Mengwitani Traditional Village to 7436 so that there is an increase of 865
