Abstract

Stunting remains a significant public health issue in Indonesia, particularly in Aceh Province, where considerable disparities continue to exist across districts and municipalities. Identifying regional prevalence patterns is crucial for developing evidence-based intervention strategies. This study assesses the performance of four unsupervised learning algorithms, namely K-Means, Hierarchical Clustering, Gaussian Mixture Model (GMM), and Fuzzy C-Means (FCM), for clustering district-level stunting data in Aceh Province across five observation periods. Algorithm performance was evaluated using the Calinski-Harabasz Index, convergence efficiency, and cluster interpretability. The findings demonstrate that Fuzzy C-Means outperformed the other methods, achieving the highest Calinski-Harabasz score of 49.75, followed by GMM with 42.61, Hierarchical Clustering with 36.48, and K-Means with 25.30. In addition, FCM showed the fastest convergence, requiring only three iterations. Three stable regional clusters were identified, representing high, moderate, and low prevalence levels. High-prevalence areas included Aceh Barat, Aceh Utara, Aceh Tenggara, Pidie Jaya, Aceh Barat Daya, Simeulue, and Bener Meriah, whereas Subulussalam constituted the low-prevalence cluster. These findings indicate that Fuzzy C-Means provides a reliable approach for regional stunting classification and may contribute to more targeted policy interventions in Aceh Province.

Abstract

The security of campus digital services has become increasingly critical due to the rising intensity of automated attacks such as brute-force attempts, vulnerability scanning, and file upload exploitation targeting web-based administrative systems. The eOffice server of Universitas HKBP Nommensen, which serves as the central platform for document management and official correspondence, is also exposed to such threats. This study aims to enhance server security by implementing a defense-in-depth hardening strategy on Apache 2.4. The methodology includes the activation of TLS 1.3 for modern encrypted communication, the implementation of OWASP-compliant security headers, directory isolation to restrict malicious file execution, and the deployment of Fail2ban as a log-based Intrusion Prevention System (IPS) using a multi-jail approach. Evaluation was conducted using SSL Labs, SecurityHeaders.com, and attack log analysis. The results demonstrate significant improvements, highlighted by an upgrade in SSL rating from grade B to A+ and an increase in Security Headers rating to Grade A. In addition, the implemented IPS proved effective in detecting and mitigating automated attacks in real time. In conclusion, the combination of Apache hardening, modern TLS configuration, and log-based intrusion prevention significantly enhances the resilience of eOffice services and can be readily replicated by other institutions with limited resources.

Abstract

Lembaga Perlindungan Anak dan Perempuan Burangir menghadapi kendala dalam penyediaan media digital resmi yang mampu menyajikan profil lembaga, program, informasi edukatif, advokasi, dokumentasi kegiatan, kanal relawan, donasi, dan kontak layanan secara terpadu. Kondisi ini menyebabkan akses masyarakat terhadap informasi perlindungan anak dan perempuan belum optimal. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas digital Lembaga Burangir melalui pengembangan website edukasi dan advokasi berbasis komunitas. Metode kegiatan dilakukan melalui enam tahapan, yaitu identifikasi kebutuhan mitra, pengumpulan data kelembagaan, perancangan struktur konten, pengembangan website, validasi bersama mitra, dan pendampingan pengelolaan konten. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa telah tersedia satu website lembaga yang aktif dan representatif dengan sebelas fitur utama, yaitu beranda, tentang kami, program, isu prioritas, agenda kegiatan, berita dan edukasi, FAQ, testimoni, relawan, donasi, dan kontak. Secara kualitatif, kegiatan ini meningkatkan kapasitas digital mitra dari kondisi belum terintegrasi menjadi lebih terstruktur, informatif, dan mudah diakses. Kontribusi pengabdian ini adalah tersedianya media digital terpadu yang mendukung visibilitas lembaga, edukasi publik, advokasi sosial, akses awal informasi layanan, serta penguatan partisipasi masyarakat dalam perlindungan anak dan perempuan.

Abstract

Cryptocurrency mining under a non-native token payout scheme presents multidimensional challenges involving technical performance, economic viability, and environmental impact. This study evaluates the operational feasibility of acquiring Shiba Inu (SHIB) tokens through the unMineable platform combined with XMRig mining software by applying a multidimensional efficiency framework. A descriptive-analytical mixed-methods approach was used, in which nine computing units equipped with Intel Core i5 processors and mid-range GPUs were observed continuously for approximately 30 days. The recorded variables included hashrate, power consumption, operating temperature, SHIB payout volume, electricity cost, and estimated carbon emissions. The results show that GPU units achieved a relative efficiency of approximately 208 H/W under the KAWPOW/Ethash algorithm, whereas CPU units running RandomX reached approximately 46 H/W, indicating that GPU mining was about 4.5 times more efficient per watt in the tested configuration. Economically, the combined configuration consumed 133.2 kWh per month with an electricity cost of IDR 213,120, while generating approximately 1,250,000 SHIB tokens valued at IDR 175,000 under the assumed price of IDR 0.14 per token. This resulted in a monthly deficit of IDR 38,120 and a profitability margin of -21.8%. Environmentally, the operation produced an estimated 93.24 kg CO₂ per month, equivalent to 1,118.88 kg CO₂ annually. These findings confirm that mining evaluation should integrate hashrate, power consumption, payout mechanisms, electricity tariffs, and carbon intensity rather than relying solely on computational speed. The study contributes a replicable evaluation framework and recommends GPU power throttling, XMRig huge-page optimization, and operational scheduling as realistic near-term interventions.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi mendorong lembaga keagamaan untuk beradaptasi dalam memberikan pelayanan yang lebih efektif dan inklusif. Gereja HKBP Medan Sudirman sebagai salah satu gereja besar di Kota Medan menghadapi kebutuhan akan media digital yang mampu mendukung pelayanan, penyebaran informasi, serta komunikasi dengan jemaat secara cepat dan terstruktur. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan website resmi Gereja HKBP Medan Sudirman sebagai sarana pelayanan digital dan informasi jemaat. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi tahapan koordinasi dengan pihak gereja, perancangan struktur dan tampilan website, pengembangan website menggunakan sistem manajemen konten, uji coba dan peluncuran website, serta pelatihan pengurus gereja dalam pengelolaan konten. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa website gereja berhasil dikembangkan dan dimanfaatkan sebagai media penyampaian informasi jadwal ibadah, warta jemaat, renungan, serta dokumentasi kegiatan gereja. Selain itu, pengurus gereja memperoleh peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan dalam mengelola konten website secara mandiri. Kegiatan PKM ini memberikan manfaat nyata bagi mitra berupa peningkatan kualitas pelayanan gereja, keterbukaan informasi, serta penguatan komunikasi antara gereja dan jemaat melalui media digital.
