Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has significantly influenced public behavior, particularly in reading and purchasing books online. PT Gramedia Asri Media responded to this trend by launching the Gramedia Mobile application to provide users with an easier way to browse and purchase books. However, user reviews on the Google Play Store indicate that the application's usability still requires evaluation. This study aims to analyze the usability level of the Gramedia Mobile application using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method to obtain a quantitative overview of user perceptions regarding ease of use, efficiency, and satisfaction. The research employed a quantitative approach through a SUS questionnaire distributed to 100 Gramedia Mobile users. Data were analyzed using the official SUS scoring formula and validated through reliability and validity testing. The results show that the Gramedia Mobile application achieved an average SUS score of 79.78, categorized as grade A− within the 85–89 percentile range. This indicates that the application has good usability and is generally acceptable to users. The strongest usability dimension is learnability, where users find the application easy to learn and operate. Overall, the application is considered feasible but still has room for improvement to achieve the “Excellent” usability category.

Abstract

Community service was carried out in partnership with RW 11, Pamulang Timur Sub-district, South Tangerang, as an effort to support the technology-based Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DBD) prevention program. The activity was conducted through two stages: training on the use of the SMART DBD Zero application and counseling on DBD prevention. The SMART DBD Zero application is designed to assist Jumantik cadres (larvae monitoring cadres) in recording and reporting mosquito larvae findings more quickly, accurately, and integrally. Meanwhile, counseling was carried out to increase public knowledge regarding the symptoms, transmission, and DBD prevention steps through the 3M Plus principle. The goals of the community service activity were to increase the digital literacy of Jumantik cadres regarding technology, increase the knowledge of Jumantik cadres regarding DBD prevention with 3M Plus, and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of recording mosquito larvae using a website application. The methods used were needs identification, socialization of activities, training on the SMART DBD Zero application, 3M Plus Counseling, and activity evaluation. The results of the activity evaluation used Likert scale questionnaires, pre-tests, and post-tests. The pre-test results showed that the initial level of public knowledge was 55%, which significantly increased to 97% on the post-test following the counseling. Meanwhile, satisfaction with the application training and DBD prevention counseling was above 90%, with a dominant category of strongly agree.

Abstract

Posyandu plays a crucial role in promotive and preventive health efforts, particularly in stunting prevention and early detection of chronic diseases, yet challenges remain in data recording and information dissemination. This community service activity aimed to enhance cadre capacity and community participation through digitalizing services using the SehatLink website. The program involved 24 cadres from Posyandu RW 01 Ragunan Village, employing training, technical assistance, and pre-test and post-test evaluations. Results showed significant improvements in cadre management aspects: digital training needs increased by 74%, perceived effectiveness of the application in stunting prevention reached 83%, trust in digital data rose to 80%, and support for data-based decision making reached 81%. Among the community, understanding of healthy eating patterns increased by 73%, effectiveness of digital education by 85%, ease of access to health information by 78%, and family involvement in health monitoring by 73%. These findings confirm that SehatLink effectively strengthens cadre capacity and enhances community engagement in digital health services, especially for stunting prevention and early detection of chronic diseases. Program sustainability requires ongoing training, development of contextual educational content, and integration into regional health information systems.

Abstract

One of the most important aspects of Eid al-Adha celebrations is the distribution of sacrificial meat. However, the process of distributing sacrificial meat often faces various challenges, such as inaccurate data collection, difficulty in tracking the amount of sacrificial meat, and a lack of transparency and efficiency. The objective of this study is to design and develop an application that can enhance efficiency, accuracy, and accountability in the distribution of sacrificial meat through the systematic use of information technology. This study employs the waterfall method, which involves several sequential stages: needs analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. This system was developed to support the performance of the sacrificial committee in managing data on sacrificial animals, information on recipients, the distribution process of meat, and the documentation of all activities in a digital and real-time manner. In the user interface (front end), the Next.js/React.js framework is combined with Tailwind CSS to produce a responsive and user-friendly interface. Meanwhile, the server side (back end) was developed using Laravel as a reliable and efficient PHP framework, and MySQL as a database to store all information related to distribution. The result of this research is a web-based application prototype featuring animal sacrifice data collection, beneficiary data recording, and distribution report generation. It is hoped that this application will facilitate more organized and effective distribution of sacrificial meat
