Abstract

A learner's success is determined less by the amount of information received than by how that information is processed, stored, and retrieved when needed. This article examines information processing theory as a framework for understanding the cognitive processes of learning and for explaining why students forget. Using a library research method, it reviews verified books and scholarly journal articles published within the last ten years. The findings show that learning unfolds through a sequence of cognitive stages sensation, attention, encoding, storage, and retrieval strongly shaped by the limited capacity of working memory. Forgetting is understood not merely as failure but as an active process driven by encoding failure, trace decay, interference, and weak retrieval cues. Strategies such as chunking, multimodal instruction, elaborative rehearsal, and constructive feedback effectively manage cognitive load and strengthen retention. The article concludes that teachers' understanding of human cognitive architecture is foundational for designing effective, meaningful, and learner-centered instruction.

Abstract

Perkembangan pesat aset kripto dan keuangan terdesentralisasi (DeFi) memunculkan perdebatan mengenai kesesuaiannya dengan prinsip-prinsip syariah, sementara khazanah sistem moneter Islam klasik yang berbasis dinar-dirham telah terbukti mampu menciptakan stabilitas dan keadilan ekonomi selama berabad-abad. Penelitian studi kepustakaan ini bertujuan untuk meninjau sejarah sistem moneter Islam klasik sebagai fondasi konseptual bagi ekonomi digital dan DeFi modern. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem moneter Islam klasik dibangun di atas tiga pilar fundamental yaitu nilai intrinsik uang, larangan riba dan gharar, serta kewajiban zakat yang mendorong sirkulasi harta, dengan instrumen non-logam seperti suftajah dan sakk yang menjadi cikal bakal sistem perbankan modern. Prinsip-prinsip normatif ekonomi Islam seperti larangan riba dan gharar menemukan padanan teknologisnya dalam mekanisme profit-and-loss sharing dan transparansi smart contract pada protokol DeFi, sementara akad mudharabah dan musyarakah termanifestasi dalam model yield farming dan Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO). Terdapat benang merah konseptual antara dinar emas sebagai sound money dengan Bitcoin sebagai emas digital yang memiliki pasokan terbatas, meskipun volatilitas ekstrem dan ketiadaan nilai intrinsik pada kripto masih menyisakan persoalan kepatuhan syariah. Maqashid syariah terbukti mampu menjadi kerangka etik yang operasional untuk mengevaluasi dan mengarahkan inovasi DeFi dari praktik spekulatif menuju inklusi keuangan yang berkeadilan, termasuk melalui otomatisasi zakat dan wakaf digital berbasis smart contract. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa sistem moneter Islam klasik memiliki relevansi yang kuat sebagai fondasi konseptual bagi pengembangan ekosistem keuangan digital yang etis, inklusif, dan sesuai syariah di era modern.

Abstract

This research is focused on counseling leaders' leadership in management transferencing of group counseling members using behavioral approach. Transferencing is a common psychological dynamic in therapeutic relationships where a member fans his/her/counselor or other members with feelings and experiences from the past. This can affect the quality of relationship and the effectiveness of counseling, so the counselors need to have adequate leadership skills. The study was based on a qualitative approach using a library review. Journal, book and relevant scientific sources data were subjected to content analysis through identification, classification and synthesis. The results, transferencing can be a problem as well as an opportunity. The success of its management depends on counselor leadership in forming relationships, managing group dynamics, and directing behavior change. In behavioral, a transferencing is seen as a behavior pattern that can be modified through the experience of a constructive group. Its novelty lies in the integration of the concepts of transference, counselor leadership, and behavioral in a comprehensive framework to enrich group counseling theory and practice.
