Abstract

Student mental health has become an increasingly important issue in higher education due to the rising prevalence of stress and psychological distress among university students. Limited accessibility to mental health services and the lack of integration between early detection and intervention systems often hinder timely psychological support. This study aimed to develop and evaluate an integrated web-based stress screening and counseling referral system as an early mental health intervention model for university students. The study employed a research and development approach involving needs analysis, system development, instrument validation, pilot testing, implementation, and evaluation. A total of 180 university students participated in the study. Data were collected using a web-based stress screening instrument integrated with an automated scoring and adaptive referral mechanism. The findings revealed that most participants were categorized within moderate to high stress levels, indicating the urgent need for preventive mental health services in higher education settings. The developed system demonstrated effective identification of stress levels and facilitated students’ engagement with recommended counseling services. These results suggest that the integrated system provides a scalable and technology-driven framework for improving early mental health intervention and promoting help-seeking behavior among university students.

Abstract

The denture laboratory plays a crucial role in supporting dental clinic services, especially in providing prosthetic products that are delivered on time and meet the medical needs of patients. At Quality Dental Care Semarang, the management of job requests and the recording of service process statuses are still done manually, which can lead to delays in information flow, difficulties in monitoring job statuses, and obstacles in performance evaluation. This study aims to develop a web based information system for managing job requests and monitoring the services of the denture laboratory using PHP, HTML, and MySQL. Through the Research and Development (RAD) method, the stages involved include needs analysis, design, implementation, and functional testing. The developed system provides features for recording job requests, monitoring process statuses, recording completion times, and generating reports, all integrated into a single database. The results of functional testing show that this system successfully improves workflow organization, enhances information management efficiency, and facilitates job status monitoring.

Abstract

Pengelolaan data dan penyampaian informasi Posyandu masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga berpotensi menyebabkan kesalahan pencatatan dan keterlambatan informasi. Penelitian sebelumnya telah mengembangkan aplikasi Posyandu, namun belum merancang antarmuka yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan kader Posyandu dan ibu balita serta dievaluasi menggunakan instrumen usability yang terstandar. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang antarmuka aplikasi Posyandu berbasis mobile menggunakan metode Design Thinking karena berorientasi pada kebutuhan pengguna. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS) karena merupakan instrumen yang sederhana dan valid untuk mengukur usability. Penelitian melibatkan enam responden, terdiri atas tiga kader Posyandu dan tiga ibu balita. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan aplikasi kader memperoleh skor SUS 81,66 dan aplikasi ibu balita 84,16, yang keduanya termasuk Grade B dengan tingkat usability yang baik. Penelitian ini menghasilkan dua rancangan antarmuka yang disesuaikan dengan karakteristik masing-masing pengguna sehingga dapat menjadi acuan dalam pengembangan aplikasi kesehatan masyarakat yang lebih berorientasi pada pengguna.
