Abstract

PERANCANGAN ULANG, PEMASANGAN DAN KOMISIONING SISTEM INFUSER REAKTOR TRIGA 2000. Dalam kegiatan peningkatan daya reaktor TRIGA Mark II, untuk mengurangi konsentrasi nitrogen-16 di permukaan air tangki reaktor telah dilakukan perancangan ulang dan pemasangan sistem difuser yang baru. Uji coba penggunaan sistem difuser ini juga sudah dilakukan dan sistem difuser dapat beroperasi dengan baik. Data percobaan menunjukkan bahwa debit aliran sistem difuser pada pipa utamanya adalah 60 GPM dan harga ini setara dengan kecepatan dispersi nosel sebesar 2.56 rn/s. Pengoperasian sistem difuser pada saat daya reaktor 2000 kW menghasilkan laju dosis di permukaan air tangki antara 30 - 50 mrad/jam, sedangkan laju dosis di permukaan air tangki bila sistem difuser dimatikan adalah antara 110 - 200 mrad/jam. Besarnya laju dosis di permukaan air tangki reaktor TRIGA 2000 pada daya 2000 kW mendekati laju dosis di permukaan air tangki reaktor TRIGA Mark II (sebelum dilakukan peningkatan daya) pada daya 600 kW.

Abstract

An issue related to waste and waste management is a problem that is getting more complicated from day to The purpose of this study was to determine communication and employee work effectiveness, to determine the relationship between communication and employee work effectiveness and to determine the magnitude of the effect of communication on employee work effectiveness at the Manpower and Transmigration Office of Sumedang Regency. This study uses descriptive analysis method with a quantitative approach and the type of statistics used is descriptive statistics with probability sampling technique. The number of samples studied were 33 respondents. The analysis used includes percentage calculation, correlation test, significant test and coefficient of determination test. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the Communication in the Manpower and Transmigration Office of Sumedang Regency is in good criteria with the results of the analysis reaching 80.82%. Likewise, the Work Effectiveness of Employees at the Department of Manpower and Transmigration in Sumedang Regency is also in good criteria with the results of the analysis reaching 77.38%. From the correlation analysis, a correlation value of 0.63 can be found which indicates a positive and significant relationship between communication and the work effectiveness of employees at the Department of Manpower and Transmigration. From the results of the significance test, the t-count value is greater than the t-table, namely 4.496 > 2.039. From the analysis of the coefficient of determination, it is known that the communication variable has an influence on the work effectiveness of employees by 39.81%.

Abstract

Desa Dewasari Kecamatan Cijeungjing Kabupaten Ciamis termasuk salah satu desa yang pada tahun 2020 telah melaksankan pemilihan desa serentak dan telah menghasilkan kepala desa terpilih yang dilantik pada tanggal 3 Februari 2021 oleh Bupati Ciamis. Dengan demikian, pemerintahan Desa Dewasari berkewajiban menyusun RPJM Dewasari Tahun 2021-2027 sebagai bagian dari perencanan pembangunan di wilayahnya. Tujuan tulisan ini untuk mengetahui proses penyusunannya RPJMDes wajib menampung aspirasi masyarakat melalui partisipasi masyarakat desa mulai dari tingkat RT, RW, Dusun sampai dengan Desa. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan induktif. Metode deskriptif dapat diartikan sebagai prosedur pemecahan masalah yang diselidiki dengan menggambarkan atau melukiskan keadaan objek/subjek penelitian berdasrkan fakta-fakta yang tampak. Prosesnya dibentuk Tim RPJMDes yang menyelenggarakan musyawarah dari tingkat dusun dengan sebutan “Musdus” sampai pada musyawarah desa “Musdes” bersama BPD dan akhirnya musyawarah rencana pembangunan desa “Musrenbangdes” yang melibatkan semua perangkat desa, BPD, Tim RPJMDes serta para tokoh masyarakat desa dengan simpulan bahwa terbentuknya Dokumen RPJMDes adalah sebagai pedoman pelaksanaan pembangunan bagi pemerintah Desa Dewasari Kecamatan Cijeungjing Kabupaten Ciamis.

Abstract

This study aims to fill the gap in the financial feasibility study of FOLU-based carbon projects by using a case study of a carbon credit-based mangrove forest restoration project initiated by Mahkota Mangrove Indonesia (Mangrovin) in Indramayu, West Java in an area of ??340 hectares. A descriptive quantitative approach is used in this study by applying financial modeling methods, including Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Discounted Payback Period (DPBP). Data were obtained through primary and secondary sources. Common allometric equations from Komiyama et al. (2005) are used to calculate the carbon sequestration potential which is then converted into carbon credits considering project emissions and uncertainty buffers. Cash flows for 30 years are projected using discounting based on green bond and SRI yields. The results of the analysis show strong financial feasibility with an NPV of IDR 223 billion, an IRR of 25.18%, and a DPBP of 7 years. It is known that WACC and revenue factors have the greatest influence on NPV based on sensitivity analysis. A change of ±20% WACC has impact of 30.9% and -23% on NPV, meanwhile revenue factors have an impact of ±24.1%-24.5% on NPV.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the Coordination of Preparing the 2022-2023 Regional Government Work Plan to Improve Basic Infrastructure (Clean Water and Adequate Sanitation) in Sumedang Regency. What factors are the obstacles and how to overcome the obstacles. The research method used in the research is qualitative methodology The research informants were four informants. The data collection techniques used were literature study and field study consisting of observation, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile the processing procedures in this research were data reduction, data presentation, data verification and triangulation. Based on the research results, it was concluded that coordination in preparing regional government work plans to improve basic infrastructure (clean water and adequate sanitation) was considered effective, but target achievement was still below expectations. It is necessary to increase efforts to find solutions to achieve the expected targets in the context of basic infrastructure development in the future. Including inadequate prioritization of basic infrastructure services and lack of coordination in planning. Development planning, especially through the RPJMD, is an important focus for formulating more effective policies in BAPPPPEDA Sumedang district. At the end of writing this research, the researcher provides suggestions, namely that strong collaboration between sectors and government levels, a holistic approach and regular coordination meetings are needed to realize sustainable and comprehensive development goals

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the implementation of the Regional Indicative Budget Ceiling Policy on the effectiveness of achieving the priority objectives of the Musrenbang program in Sumedang Regency, using a case study in Buahdua District. This research was conducted using a quantitative method, based on the philosophy of positivism, with the aim of testing the established hypotheses. In this study, the researcher employed descriptive inferential data analysis techniques to describe the collected data as it is and draw generally applicable conclusions. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling, with a population of 30 individuals. Based on the research results, the implementation of the Regional Indicative Budget Ceiling Policy in Bauhdua District, Sumedang Regency, reached 70.33% of the ideal criteria, with a total score of 2110, categorized as Poor. Similarly, the effectiveness of the program in achieving the priority objectives of the Musrenbang program in Buahdua District, Sumedang Regency, reached 76.1% of the ideal criteria, with a total score of 2283, categorized as Good. The correlation between the implementation of the Regional Indicative Budget Ceiling Policy and the effectiveness of the program in achieving the priority objectives of the Musrenbang program in Buahdua District is very strong, with a correlation coefficient of 0.94, categorized as strong. Meanwhile, the impact of the implementation of the Regional Indicative Budget Ceiling Policy on the effectiveness of the program in achieving the priority objectives of the Musrenbang program in Buahdua District is 89.30%, while the remaining 10.7% is influenced by other factors (epsilon) that influence program effectiveness.
