Abstract

For the Dayak Muslim community, marriage agreements attempt to minimize divorce by imposing singers. However, for those experiencing marital problems but unable to pay singers, they might not divorce even after long periods of separation. This condition creates legal uncertainty. The study aimed to analyze the hindrances of divorce due to the singer's avoidance in the Dayak Muslim community. The research was empirical legal research in Gunung Mas Regency. Moreover, it used a juridical-sociological and socio-legal approach. Primary data were validated using triangulation techniques and analyzed in the context of relevant theory. The findings indicated that the application of singers in Dayak customary marriage agreements is formalistic, imposing sanctions for those who file for divorce without considering the fault of either party. This condition creates legal uncertainty because couples tend to live apart without a formal divorce due to the economic burden of customary sanctions. Therefore, rechtsvinding by customary authorities is needed through a more substantive approach to determining responsibility based on fault.

Abstract

In the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, teaching materials need to be adapted to technological developments so that students can be interested. The type of teaching material that can attract students' interest is teaching materials in the form of interactive media. This study aims to develop digital teaching materials in the form of interactive learning media that can be used by students in grade III in learning Akidah Akhlak. This study follows the ADDIE model with five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Data were collected through interviews, observations, documentation, and questionnaires. The results of the questionnaire from material experts, design and field trials showed that this interactive learning media was very appropriate, with a percentage score reaching 93.2% including the "Very Appropriate" Qualification according to design experts 95.4%, teacher assessment of 100%, field trial results 91.1%, T-Test Results 0.00 that the teaching materials are very significant in improving learning outcomes, and N-gain Analysis of 0.22 with high criteria. While the effectiveness of the teaching materials is 22,29 with the category of Quite effective use in learning. The conclusion of the research on the development of teaching materials can improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

The problem of kitchen waste, especially organic waste such as fruit peel and vegetable waste, is still one of the environmental problems because not all people have the knowledge and skills to manage it. This service activity aims to improve the knowledge and skills of the community in utilizing organic waste through the creation of Eco-enzymes and encourage independent and sustainable waste management. The activity was held in the Raudatul Jannah mosque, Jl. Dulin Kandang, Palangka Raya, using socialization methods and direct practice. Participants were given an understanding of the definition, benefits, ingredients, dosage, stages of manufacture, as well as Eco-Enzyme treatment during the fermentation process. The results of the activity showed a positive response and enthusiasm of the community during the delivery of materials and manufacturing practices. The community gained knowledge about the use of organic waste as an Eco-Enzyme material and skills in the manufacturing process. This activity has an initial impact on increasing public awareness of the sorting and utilization of organic waste. Monitoring and assistance is still needed to see the sustainability of the implementation of organic waste management after the activity.
