ENGLISH: Development of a Family Literacy Ecosystem Based on Islamic Values through the Read Aloud Method: A Participatory Action Research Approach Purpose: This study aims to analyze the development of a family literacy ecosystem grounded in Islamic values through the integration of the read aloud method and the Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach. Method: This study employed the PAR approach, consisting of problem identification, participatory planning, collective action, observation, evaluation, and reflection. Participants included families, literacy communities, educational institutions, and strategic partners in Bengkulu City. Results: The findings indicate that the Islamic values-based read aloud method effectively enhances children's reading interest, strengthens parental involvement, and fosters moral values. The PAR approach also promotes the development of a participatory, collaborative, and sustainable family literacy ecosystem through multi-stakeholder engagement. Conclusion: Integrating the Islamic values-based read aloud method within the PAR framework effectively promotes holistic family literacy development by addressing cognitive, affective, and behavioral dimensions. Contribution: This study offers a conceptual and practical model for developing a family literacy ecosystem grounded in Islamic values that can be adapted for sustainable community-based literacy programs.INDONESIAN: Pengembangan Ekosistem Literasi Keluarga Berbasis Nilai-Nilai Islam melalui Metode Read Aloud: Pendekatan Participatory Action ResearchTujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengembangan ekosistem literasi keluarga berbasis nilai-nilai Islam melalui integrasi metode read aloud dengan pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR). Metode: Penelitian menggunakan metode PAR yang meliputi identifikasi masalah, perencanaan partisipatif, pelaksanaan aksi, observasi, evaluasi, dan refleksi, dengan melibatkan keluarga, komunitas literasi, lembaga pendidikan, dan mitra strategis di Kota Bengkulu. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode read aloud berbasis nilai-nilai Islam meningkatkan minat baca anak, memperkuat keterlibatan orang tua, dan menanamkan nilai-nilai akhlak. Pendekatan PAR juga berhasil membangun ekosistem literasi yang partisipatif, kolaboratif, dan berkelanjutan melalui sinergi antarpemangku kepentingan. Kesimpulan: Integrasi metode read aloud berbasis nilai-nilai Islam dalam kerangka PAR efektif mengembangkan literasi keluarga secara holistik, mencakup aspek kognitif, afektif, dan perilaku. Kontribusi: Penelitian ini menawarkan model pengembangan ekosistem literasi keluarga berbasis nilai-nilai Islam yang adaptif sebagai acuan bagi implementasi program literasi berbasis komunitas secara berkelanjutan.
