Competition and human resource management demands in Islamic banking require organizations to pay greater attention to reward systems and values that shape employee loyalty. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the reward system, the internalization of Islamic work motivation, and the forms of employee loyalty at Bank Sulselbar Sharia Service Pinrang Branch. This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach and was conducted from June to July 2026. Data were collected through observation and interviews with seven informants selected based on their roles, authority, and involvement in the research focus. The data were analyzed through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, while data validity was examined using source triangulation. The findings show that the reward system is implemented through financial rewards, including salaries, allowances, incentives, bonuses, and length of service rewards, as well as non-financial rewards such as promotion, appreciation, recognition, praise, and certificates of achievement. Islamic work motivation is internalized through religious activities and the application of trustworthiness, honesty, responsibility, usefulness, and an orientation toward seeking the pleasure of Allah SWT. Employee loyalty is reflected in compliance with organizational rules and standard operating procedures, willingness to cooperate, a sense of belonging to the organization, harmonious interpersonal relationships, and enjoyment of work. These findings indicate that organizational rewards and the internalization of Islamic values are associated with the development of loyal employee attitudes and behaviors.
