Abstract

The phenomenon of low app ratings and technical complaints on the Google Play Store became the background of this main research to expand which service quality dimensions are able to maintain the user base. The method used is E-SERVQUAL which includes seven dimensions: Efficiency, System Availability, Fulfillment, Privacy, Responsiveness, Contact, and Compensation. Data were collected through questionnaires from 405 respondents who use the SRIBU Mobile application and analyzed using the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling approach through SmartPLS software. The results showed that the aggregate service quality was assessed as good with an average value of 1.0379. The results of hypothesis testing confirmed that the dimensions of Efficiency, System Availability, Fulfillment, Privacy, Responsiveness, and Contact have a significant effect on user satisfaction. Furthermore, user satisfaction was proven to have a very strong positive and significant influence on loyalty behavior with a path coefficient value of 0.875. However, the Compensation dimension was found to have no significant influence on satisfaction. In addition, the Contact and Compensation dimensions showed poor values indicating that there are aspects of the service that have not met user expectations. This study recommends that PT SRIBU Digital Kreatif prioritize improvements to customer support channels and compensation policies to minimize service failures and strengthen user loyalty amidst intense digital economic competition.

Abstract

Abstract

The UIN Jakarta Career Development Center is a dedicated unit focused on fostering the personal and professional growth of both current students and alumni of UIN Jakarta. Supported by student interns from diverse educational backgrounds and academic programs, the center operates daily to provide comprehensive services. These interns bring varied educational backgrounds and experiences, influencing their readiness to implement software for collaborative and coordinating purposes, replacing the previous system (Trello) at the UIN Jakarta Career Development Center. This study aims to evaluate Trello's effectiveness at the UIN Jakarta Career Development Center, intending to enhance the interns' performance and improve service delivery to uphold UIN Jakarta's reputation. The research methodology employs the System Usability Scale (SUS), with validity and reliability testing conducted using Cronbach's Alpha. Findings indicate that Trello's usability at the UIN Jakarta Career Development Center yields an average total score of 59.625 on the grade scale, categorizing usability as D with an adjective rating of OK and marginally acceptable. However, 37.5% respondents express skepticism regarding others' ability to quickly grasp Trello's use, while 55.5% state a need to acclimate themselves to Trello's usage. These insights underscore the importance of refining Trello's implementation to better support the center's operations and ensure a seamless user experience for interns and staff alike.

Abstract

The repository website of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta was designed to provide open access to academic publications produced by students and faculty members. However, it continues to encounter issues concerning interface usability, information accuracy, service personalization, and data access speed. These challenges underscore the necessity for a comprehensive assessment of its quality and the level of user satisfaction. This study aims to identify the key factors influencing user satisfaction, measure overall website performance through the WebQual Index (WQI), and analyze the alignment between user perceptions and expectations using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). A quantitative approach was employed, applying the extended WebQual 4.0 model with the inclusion of accuracy and timeliness variables adapted from the End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) framework. Data were collected from 402 undergraduate respondents and analyzed using SPSS through validity, reliability, partial t-tests, and paired sample t-tests. The findings reveal that all independent variables significantly affect user satisfaction, and the website achieved a WQI score of 0.80, indicating a very good quality level. Nevertheless, aspects such as visual appeal and service personalization require improvement. The gap analysis result of 0.35 signifies that current performance has yet to fully meet user expectations. Furthermore, the IPA quadrant mapping provides strategic insights, emphasizing the need to enhance data security and the timeliness of information delivery. This research contributes to both theory and practice by developing an integrated evaluation framework that combines WebQual 4.0, EUCS, and IPA, offering a structured model for assessing user satisfaction within digital academic repositories in higher education institutions.
