Abstract

Abstrak Di lingkungan universitas untuk menyajikan informasi dan data-data yang lengkap dan cepat serta tepat sangat diperlukan, sehingga mampu menyediakan dan mempermudah kelangsungan pembelajaran akademik, dan mempercepat pengolahan data mahasiswanya terutama hal ini dirasakan oleh STMIK IIJ. Oleh karenanya penyajian informasi dan data secara realtime sangatlah penting, untuk itu diperlukan juga suatu framework yang mampu menangani kondisi tersebut. Hal lainnya adalah pemilihan metodologi yang tepat untuk mengimplementasikan framework tersebut. Untuk menjawab kondisi ini, maka implementasi framework SisFo Kampus perlu dilakukan dan adapun metodolgi yang digunakan untuk implementasi adalah dengan menggunakan metodologi FAST (Framework for the Applications of Sytems Thinking). Dari hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa penyajian informasi dan data pada institusi ini dapat teratasi secara akurat dan realtime demikian juga rekapitulasi terhadap data-data yang ada dapat dilakukan dengan mudah dan fleksibel.   Kata kunci : Sistem Informasi Akademik, metodologi FAST, Framework SiFo Kampus

Abstract

Watermarking audio files has recently become the attention focus. This is primarily due to faster data transmission rates on the Internet, which has allowed the often illegal proliferation of digital audio files. Watermarking may give the ability to enforce copyright protection of digital audio files products. The difficulties in watermarking audio lie in both the desire to preserve file quality and the need for the watermark to remain intact after a number of possibly damaging file operations. This topic discusses about watermarking on audio file with AES (Advanced Encryption Standard) – Rinjdael algorithms with embedding procedure and extraction to purpose protection Watermarking method to used embedding process and extraction is low bit coding method. None of the transformations to and from frequency domain are performed either in embedding or extraction part of the proposed scheme. Testing process done using 5 ways such as suitability of process and data, audio quality, audio size and the last is data robustness, those result showed that embedded watermark introduces uncertainly and the embedded watermark into audio signal very is difficult to be detected by human auditory system. Abstract

Human being wishes to finish problems and gain advantages as much as possible with efficiency of resources.The research discusses and compares the use of algorithms: back-tracking and cellular automata (CA) to look for the best way and solution. The main objective of this research is to learn the characteristic of CA and backtracking methos with their implementation at seeking walke at maze. Abstract

Managers are the key informants in the information system (IS) success measurements. In fact, besides the determinant agents are rarely involved in the assessments, most of the measurements are also often performed by the technical stakeholders of the systems. Therefore, the results may questionable. This study was carried to explain the factors that influence the success of an e-performance reporting system in an Indonesian university by involving ± 70% of the managers (n=66) in the sampled institution. The DeLone and McLean model was adopted and adapted here following the suggestions of the previous meta-analysis studies. The collected data was analyzed using the partial least squares-structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM) for examining the four hypotheses. Despite the findings revealed acceptances of the overall hypotheses, the weak explanation of the user satisfaction variable towards the net benefit one had been the highlighted point. Besides the study limitations, the point may also be the practical and theoretical considerations for the next studies, especially for the IS success studies in Indonesia

Abstract

The area of coverage of waste management services in some areas sometimes only focus on specific areas such as the capital province, district or city. Some areas of the region (district) still do not get special attention for waste management facilities services from local City Sanitation Department. In this study we raised two villages located on the banks of the Kampar River and examined the management of non-organic domestic waste in this area. We choose Pulau Birandang Village and Alai Village because of the habit this people to throw garbage like non-organic waste (such as paper, plastics, etc) to the Kampar river. This act is very dangerous for the sustainability of water security and can cause silting rivers. The aims of this research to analyze the influence of commercial approach as a solution to solve waste problem in both villages. Commercial approach is the method applied by giving incentives to people who are sort the non-organic waste according to its kind. Data for this study were collected from observation using 80 questionnaires to 80 respondents from both villages, the Pulau Birandang village and Alai village. Results of the analysis is also reinforced by opinión from the leaders of them (people) who are likely to reflect the wishes of the people too. The results from this study is the commercial approach (take and give system) which applied in this villages could increase people's enthusiasm in managing domestic waste by sorting waste before it is collected.

Abstract

It is inevitable that information system (IS) has been the essential role in the management and academic functions of the higher education institutions (HEIs) in developing countries, like Indonesia. In this country, despite the IS project developments have been performed since 1980s, but its performances tended still low. The efforts have been performed for responding this issue, but the studies have been remained in limited number. Accordingly, this study was carried out to know what factors that influence the satisfactions, in respect of its significant effects towards the project performances. The internal stakeholders were the population, which was sampled using the purpose random sampling. The 52 (87%) paper based data and the 61 (9%) online ones were then used in the data analysis stage with the partial least squares-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) method. The results revealed that, besides the system and service qualities directly affected the endogenous variable, the institutional contexts also indirectly influenced the variable. The study remained limitations, but its findings may theoretically and practically contributes towards the user satisfaction measurement, especially from the perspectives of the Islamic HEIs in Indonesia.

Abstract

User satisfaction is one of the system use variables which is affected by the system creation variables in the information system (IS) success measurements, especially in the mandatory use of IS. This paper reports the relational variable assessments between three variables of the system creation dimension towards the user satisfaction variable in the library information system (LIS) implementation of a sampled university in Indonesia. Practically, the measurement has never been done since the early system implementation in the institution. The study focused on the status of the user satisfaction construct and what are the factors which influenced the construct. The used measurement model was adopted and adapted from the DeLone and McLean’s IS success model. A total of 185 respondents were selected in this study using multi-stage purposeful random sampling. The researchers used the partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) with the SmartPLS version 2.0 for analyzing the collected data. Findings of the study showed that users of the LIS were sufficiently satisfied and the proposed hypotheses were accepted. In terms of the adopted model, besides the findings theoretically proved that the user satisfaction construct has affected by the system creation constructs; the findings may also have proposed the practical recommendations to the sampled institution for the next LIS improvements in particular.

Abstract

Teknologi baru menawarkan peluang besar bagi pengguna dan penyedia layanan kesehatan. Hal ini dimanfaatkan oleh para pelaku bisnis yang memberikan layanan kesehatan untuk mengembangkan usahanya, atau yang saat ini biasa dikenal dengan aplikasi kesehatan online. Aplikasi kesehatan mobile berpotensi mengubah kerja sistem kesehatan dan cara pasien berinteraksi dengannya. Hal ini dikarenakan populasi kaum muda yang besar di Indonesia semakin mencari solusi digital untuk mengakses barang dan jasa. Bisnis, pemerintah, dan organisasi non-pemerintah mencari teknologi kesehatan digital untuk meningkatkan efisiensi perawatan kesehatan dan meningkatkan hasil kesehatan pasien. Halodoc merupakan salah satu aplikasi kesehatan mobile yang memfasilitasi masyarakat untuk mendapatkan pelayanan kesehatan secara online. Untuk bersaing dengan penyedia layanan kesehatan online lainnya, pelaku bisnis harus selalu mengukur seberapa baik dan dapat diterimanya aplikasi tersebut bagi pengguna mereka.Penelitian ini menguji metode Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT2) yang terdiri dari faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penerimaan aplikasi kesehatan mobile Halodoc dengan menambahkan variabel Trust. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan teknik analisis PLS-SEM dengan survei menggunakan kuesioner terhadap 304 pengguna aplikasi Halodoc yang berada di wilayah Jakarta. Hasilnya penenlitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari 11 hipotesis yang diuji, terdapat 6 hipotesis yang diterima dan 5 hipotesis ditolak. Variabel Habit (HT) merupakan faktor dengan perngaruh. Penelitian ini dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan pertimbangan untuk pengembangan aplikasi kesehatan Halodoc kedepannya.

Abstract

With the development of technology in the 4th century, it can be seen from before the christian period (SM) such as the compass, calendar, pozzolana and wheel. And now the world is about to undergo a tremendous transformation. In this extraordinary change there are inventions such as printing machines, machines, digital computers, vaccines, telegraph technology, ironing tools, airplanes, and even the internet. With this discovery, the world underwent a tremendous transformation from the previous century, due to technological advances over time. Inventions made before Christ must take a long time, even centuries, but making changes today only takes a few years. But in this study, we will describe blockchain technology even centuries, but by making changes now it only takes a few years. But this research will describe blockchain technology. On Facebook, which has a new change to the concept of decentralization, but this concept is still somewhat contradictory to the current world system, so why do users need intermediaries, namely third parties to keep the transaction secure? This research will provide answers to arguments starting with a conceptual understanding which will then go through the stage of case study stages in various industries such as administration, banking, chain management, intellectual management, transportation, even asset management, logistics and energy materials. With blockchain technology, it is used to describe blockchain technology and technology that humans do everyday. There is a concept of a ledger that undergoes a gradual transformation carried out by Satoshi Nakamoto, who has a triple entry ledger that is used to master blockchain technology. In blockchain technology, it has cryptography that is useful for avoiding money laundering, knowing customer activity, knowing all banking transactions and even administration in storing people's identities. In this case study, we will discuss big companies such as IBM, Amazon, Maersk, and even a kind of startup like Ezremit and Signazy. And in this administration section it is important to identify global educational techniques and develop technology in a better direction so that it can advance society in Indonesia and blockchain technology is included in technology that advances future change.

Abstract

This research is a review of the literature on digital business as a subset of e-business, which has a significant impact on the fast-paced evolution of the business world today. Because of the rise of online shopping and selling, a wide range of products can now be viewed and pricing may be negotiated without having to travel to the location where the goods are sold. Detik.com, Vivanews.com, Tibunnews.com, Goals.com, Kapanlagi.com, tokobagus.com, online palasari, inexpensive online books, and various other media of various forms are a form of community search in a more ordered, efficient, and effective manner of living. The utilization of e-business in a business unit might result in profits or losses for that particular business unit. However, a closer examination reveals that the beneficial effects outnumber the negative effects. The poll results show that firms who use internet devices as a promotional medium have better sales growth than enterprises that employ traditional formats. Thousands of suppliers and millions of buyers are always available on the digital business market, allowing them to purchase goods that meet their needs. This situation demonstrates that digital business has evolved into a business that has a significant impact on entrepreneurship, resulting in a model and format that is significantly more flexible and accessible to all sectors of consumers, regardless of location.
